We arrived at the hotel on July 25th, where we were immediately greeted by an unfriendly man at the reception. He simply handed us the room cards and sent us off without giving us any information about the hotel, meals, or anything else. We were assigned two rooms in Block 4—one on the third floor and the other on the top floor.

Since the room on the top floor had poor air conditioning and old furniture, we complained and requested a new room. We were given a new one the following day, located in the renovated part of the hotel, and it was excellent—with a great view of the pool. This new room had no major issues, except that the cleaning staff didn’t do their job properly. Each day, they only brought toilet paper and water, while everything else remained untouched.

As for the room in Block 4, after two days we found live cockroaches. We immediately went to the reception to request a different room, but were given an even worse one, located in Block 1, which didn’t even have a separate bathroom—the toilet and shower were all in one open space. The next day, we asked for another room, which seemed fine at first—until cockroaches appeared again in the evening.

In one week, we had to switch rooms four times, which is unacceptable for the price we paid. The hotel staff is EXTREMELY rude, they mock your complaints and laugh in your face. The hotel is VERY dirty—food lies on the floor, dirty dishes are not collected, the pool water smells awful, and the condition of the pool bathrooms is beyond words.

The food was the same every single day, and in the snack bar, there were limits on portions, as the staff themselves put food on your plate. Wi-Fi is only free in the lobby bar.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location—everything else is a disaster.
If you can, avoid this hotel entirely—or at least make sure to request a room in the renovated part to avoid the cockroach problem.

Lovely hotel; graat food, service, entertainment. We loved this hotel even though we both got sick 1 day of our holiday. Food at the aback bar & in main restaurant was great.. plenty of choice. Meatballs, rice & veg or chips. Lamb & salmon cooked on the bbq one night. Happy, friendly staff. Maid cleaned our room every day, the hotel was always being cleaned.  It was spotless. We hope to be back next year 🇹🇷.  Go sit on the terrace bar..lovely.

Absolutely fantastic hotel — everything here exceeded my expectations! Every corner of this place is just perfect — clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The rooms are spotless, with daily cleaning service that really makes a difference. You always come back to a fresh, tidy room after a long day of enjoying yourself.

The food deserves a special mention — there is SO much of it! The variety is incredible, with something for everyone at every meal. You will never be hungry here — they literally feed you 24/7! There are three bars on site, so whether you want a cocktail by the pool or a late-night drink, you’re always covered.

The whole territory of the hotel is beautifully kept, and everything feels clean, organized, and welcoming. You can really relax and enjoy your holiday knowing that the service and cleanliness are at the highest level.

The beach is also very close — just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. But keep in mind, there are no free sunbeds or umbrellas there. If you want to relax comfortably, be prepared to pay around €10 for two sunbeds and an umbrella.

Overall, this hotel is the perfect choice if you’re looking for great food, drinks, spotless rooms, excellent service, and easy access to the beach. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who values comfort and quality.

I had read the reviews and went to the hotel a bit scared, worried there might be bugs as some people had written, and that it would be dirty.
But it was quite the opposite – we were absolutely delighted with the hotel, the food, and the cleanliness. Our room was cleaned every single day! I didn’t see a single bug, everyone was extremely kind, and we had a wonderful time.
