I spent 10 days at this hotel at the beginning of November 2025. I am fully satisfied and next time for sure I will choose this place for relaxation.
Staff of the hotel is very friendly. Especially I want to thank Ms. Dilek at the reception. She was wonderful, very welcoming  and kind. She was always ready to find  solution in case of any question or problem.  She is very positive person and skilled professional. I would like to thank you very much. Other persons at the reception were good but she is excellent!!!!
I wish all staff of the hotel to be at her level. Unfortunately I can not say such good words about some personal of the hotel. I don't know how to explain behavior of lady at SPA-centre. She was very smiling and friendly with all guests, but as soon as she saw Russians her language, face and tone of speaking changed instantly. It was big contrast comparing with other personals of the hotel. I experience negative feeling after getting in touch with her in SPA centre
Location of the hotel is very nice, it took less one hour to get from airport to the place. Rooms are big enough and food could satisfy taste of any person: Italian, Turkish, Grill corners were located outside Big choice of food, vegetarian dish, various fruits and numerous deserts will not allow you to be hungry. My extra 2 kg during 9 days of staying there only confirms it.
Nice place for numerous beach-beds under palms, sandy beach, nice sea and possibility to enjoy sunset - what else people need  for relaxion?!  There are some big stones on the bottom of the sea so you must be careful and the hotel notify you about that

Staff doesn't understand or speak English except in reception.  German music German entertainment all in German. They automatically speak German to you even if you say you don't understand. Staff never smiles not helpful doesn't understand English orders at all i ordered rum and coke received only coke. I wanted 2x rum andcoke received 2 ice cubes and coke. Ridiculous. Food is about quantity not quality all same. Lots of repeatable stuff especiallysausages and mince beef. Very poor entertainment. Boring.........Good beach and beautiful gardens.  Pool water absolutely freezing. I paid for sea side room got room in building 7 miles of walking from sea and restaurant and no sea view. Luckily complained next day and got moved to building 2. Very basic rooms need updating. Hotel very old dirty windows, blocked shower, light switch on wall had tissues stuck in back to stay in place in room 74... Dangerous .... I had 10th wedding anniversary booked 5 star thinking it will be special....but couldn't wait to get home.  If you don't speak German or native language DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL as you are just bored and left on your own.... this hotel is like 3 star not even like 4.... There should be information that there is language preference in certain hotels. I would book different accommodation if that was clearly stated. Lovely waiter Ismael works there big thank you for Ismael. So friendly and speaks Polish quite a bit so it was extremely helpful. I will definitely research language bit from now... im coming to Turkey for Turkey music and experience so disappointed as got none of this here unfortunately.... Will be back to Turkey but definitely not this hotel.

Nice hotel,  good location and close to shops and local restaurants. The room was OK,  comfy bed and nice balcony.  The rooms are not 5 star and could do with an upgrade but it was fine.  The hotel food wasn't brilliant.  Breakfast was the same every day and I only felt about to have the fruit.

The pool was lovely and a good number of sun beds available throughout the day.  It was a few minutes walk to the sea which was lovely.  The estate and walk ways were beautiful to walk at night.

Mixed feelings: overall, everything was fine, but being there, you get the impression that you are in Anapa in 1995. The interior is probably extremely outdated, and the buildings definitely need some design updates.

However, if you don’t nitpick, everything was satisfactory.
The food was varied, and we really liked the grill area. The best part was having breakfast and dinner on the terrace with a beautiful view of the garden.
The alcohol, I would say, is mostly local, but I really enjoyed the wine.

The beach restaurant could be cleaner, but if you go for the Al-carte Turkish cuisine, the dinner is unforgettable!

There are 2 large pools, slides, and a kids’ pool (“frog pool”). You need to walk to the beach, but the stroll is pleasant. The beach is sandy, and there can be large waves in the sea, but they were visible, so there were no problems. Sunbeds were always available, though sometimes shared with others’ towels.

The room was clean, thankfully. We had a side sea view. At that time, it would have been nice if the bedding and towels had been updated—they were clean, but quite worn and overwashed.

I recommend taking a dolmuş (shared minibus) to Side: it goes directly to the old town and back. Cost is about €3 per person, and the ride takes around 20 minutes.

Very nice beachfront hotel with friendly and attentive personnel, great food, clean rooms and decent location.

Stayed one week (~€950 pp, all-inclusive). Beautiful grounds and beach, but overall value didn’t match the price for me.

Pros:

-Tasty food; drinks are okay
-Many water stations and daily minibar water
-Lush greenery; grounds well kept
-Clean rooms and public bathrooms
-Strong Wi‑Fi
-Beach is well maintained with plenty of sunbeds and fine sand
-Convenient beach showers and foot-rinse stations
Cons:

-Bathroom has only a fixed overhead shower; a handheld showerhead would make it much more practical
-In-room phone lacked a contact directory, which makes reaching reception inconvenient given the distance
-Very limited sound insulation; we could hear plumbing and corridor noise
-Soft drinks tasted like low-cost generics; would appreciate better-quality options

In summary, great setting and beach. With improvements to room features, phone info, and drink quality, this could be excellent.
