All is great - food excellent, tasty, varied, in abundance. Service great. Personnel - kind. Cleanliness - excellent. Location - great. Beach - sandy, gradual entry into the sea, clean.
Few small things I would improve:
- shades on the beach - I would spread another sheet of sunshades between the poles so guest who love the shade would not have to move the sunbeds around. As other hotels have done already.
- beach tables - it would be good if they are washed at the end of the day, so guests would not arrive at dirty tables the next morning, left by previous beachgoers. I leave them clean, and would appreciate to get a clean table when I come in the morning, and not clean the table left dirty by someone else.
- Animation could have been better, but we were early in the season. "Show time" chanting was annoying. Some people simply want to relax in the evening without being forced to show "energi".

We stayed at the Sural Hotel for 7 days in September and overall, we were very satisfied. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for good food, a peaceful atmosphere, and a truly beautiful beach – wide, clean, and perfect for relaxing.

If you’re looking for luxury, this is probably not the place – the hotel is more classic than modern. Rooms are of medium standard, a bit dated but clean and functional. It’s also not the best option for families with children, as there aren’t many attractions (only two water slides with limited opening hours, one small pool, and one larger pool).

The food was definitely a highlight – plenty of delicious fish, meats, wonderful desserts, and fresh fruits. Drinks were good as well, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Evening shows, however, were disappointing – starting quite late and much less entertaining compared to nearby hotels. The atmosphere is rather calm, with many older guests, mostly from Russia.

A special thank you to the animator Ozan – he brought so much positive energy, made us laugh, and really made the entertainment enjoyable. Thanks to him, we had a lot of fun ❤️

To sum up: this hotel is perfect for those who want to relax in a calm environment, enjoy great food, and spend time on a beautiful beach. However, it’s not ideal for families with kids, travelers seeking a luxury experience, or anyone expecting lively evening entertainment.

Rooms are dated but clean. Service is great, all employees try their best to do their best. Location is great in the sense that you have a one minute slow walk to the beach and the only issue is 50 of the shadeless walkway.

Food is abundant, only issue is that they start removing some options around 30 minutes before the meal is done.

Inside tip, ask baker for 🧀 pizza, but be mindful, it's calories heavy.

Hotel is great for going on vacation, if you need great rooms, stay at home 😜

This hotel was a huge disappointment from start to finish. Unfortunately, the rooms were outdated, and although they were cleaned daily, they clearly needed renovation. Housekeeping seemed minimal, and basic. The staff was indifferent and at times even rude, showing no interest in resolving issues. Service at the bar was especially disappointing. We ran out of rum, and when we asked for more, the bartender made unpleasant faces, which made us feel uncomfortable. Considering the price, the value was unacceptable. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodation.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. The barman’s are rude, management as well. They close the bar with 3-4 people on the line waiting, showing us the phone with 00:00. The curtains are very thin and you can’t sleep because of the light and the noise from everywhere. I will never return here in my life. I will put a few picture to see I’m right.

The resort is set in palm-filled gardens on its own private beach. Renovated in 2008, this air-conditioned establishment features a lobby with a hairdressing salon and auditorium. The conference facilities may be of use to business travellers. Guests are also provided with a bar, disco and restaurant.

The accommodation units have an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. A balcony and sitting area also feature as standard. A massage service is provided and a gym is available for sport enthusiasts. Guests may also take advantage of other facilities and activities on offer, such as water sports and tennis. Daily entertainment for adults and children are available, as are night time shows 6 times a week.
