This hotel has changed a lot — and not in a good way. I used to stay here repeatedly, but my experience last year was horrible. I will never return.

1. Room cleanliness was unacceptable. The room was not clean at check-in and was not properly cleaned during our stay. Hair from previous guests was still in the shower and was only removed after we explicitly pointed it out to the staff.

2. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Bed springs were poking through, making it impossible to sleep. When we complained, they added a thicker duvet — which shockingly was covered with dirt and what appeared to be animal (hopefully) feces.

3. A sharp glass fragment was found in our dessert. This is a serious safety issue.

4. Staff were poorly trained and unprofessional. Most could barely speak English, making communication very difficult.

5. Restaurant hygiene and service were poor. Tables and chairs were not properly cleaned. Food often got cold while waiting for cutlery or drinks.

6. Food allergies are not taken seriously. If you have any allergies, avoid this hotel. Ordering suitable food was a constant struggle, and we had to chase staff repeatedly to get our meals.

After all these serious issues, the hotel could not even offer a new bed, a room change, or any form of refund. Instead, the only “compensation” suggested was a fruit plate, alcohol service, or access to an à la carte restaurant — in a 5-star all-inclusive hotel.

At this price point, this is completely unacceptable. The most basic thing a hotel should provide is a clean, comfortable bed. A hotel is the second place people choose to sleep, after their own home — and this hotel failed at that fundamental level.

The resort itself is beautiful especially  if you have kids . There lots of activities  for both adult and kids.
Food what can I say . Its all day long you can eat for free everywhere on the resort and its good food too.
Staff are pleasant and very helpful.
My only downside  is the room which we stayed in . For paying for a 5,* its was not even as good as hotel inn. But I've seen some of the other rooms are nice.

What tremendous beauty, authenticity and luxury in one place. I stayed in one of the villas in the photos. The main hotel, the villas, the gardens, the facilities, the dining rooms, the tennis court, the football pitches, the staff, oh my God - the staff! So friendly, so helpful. Attending to even the tiniest issues in minutes, such as providing help to remove an oil stain from your shirt. Truly an unforgettable experience. Guest relations manager, Mahmut, does a lot more than guest relations. We wanted to watch a show on TV, with our whole group of 40 people, and he enabled us to watch in a kind of a cinema room. What a plus! What remarkable behavior. Çok teşekkurler!

This hotel is absolutely perfect. Great for everything, families or couples. The food is so great, the internet is amazing, the pools and aquaparks are amazing. The staff is very very nice, they are so friendly and understand many languages! The best staff is Ayșe who is a life guard and she is very very nice and friendly and will help you a log. She is very active too and is the best lifeguard.

This hotel is truly amazing and spectacular. The food is great and they offer many buffets and restaurants to pick from. The bars and drinks are so good and they have such helpful staff like Ms.Hurriyet or Mr.Fiyat who are very very friendly and makes you great specials! The pools are amazing, the aquapark and beach are so safe and are monitored heavily by amazing life guards. Ayșe is a very helpful friendly and funny lifeguard who will really enhance your trip by 10x. I recommend coming here and this is the second time we came here.

Very nice hotel, suitable for children. The food is tasty and fresh, the staff works well, the service is fast. The entertainment program is huge, many games and sports activities to choose from. There is also access to the gym completely free of charge. The evening program is super starting from the performances of the artists and ending with parties with DJ Serdar. We will advise our friends to visit this hotel.
