In general okay, but it isn't the five star experience you are waiting for, neither the "ultra" all inclusive.
We stayed 10nights and the bed sheets were not changed once or sweep/mop the floor! Ew! They changed the towels daily tho, and we left tips most of the days trying to get them to clean properly and the little thingy dangling on the door to ask to clean..
The food was mediocre and we all ended eating the same thing over and over, because whatever we tried was horrible and I have cooked for all inclusive and it was not like that.. all food was cold so you had to microwave everything you wanted to eat and the same grilled fish every single night, not even trying.. deserts were really not great and cocktails apart from the main bar were random and undrinkable... They even served us Pina colada with sour milk (yes it happens in the heat, but come on!) the pool bar was the worse, with the smell of rubbish overtaking even the pool around it... Cigarette buts all around the pool and rubbish even at 10 am so I can't say they were clean either and the brown dirt ring around the main pool waterline? Perfect! ah! What wonderful memories!? Take care, do your research thoroughly and don't fall in the trap we fell into!

Unfortunately, the conditions at the hotel leave a lot to be desired:

The level of cleanliness, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, is very poor.

The toilets by the pool and the beach are in such bad condition that even the children refuse to use them.

The dining area is not properly cleaned – when we arrive around 8:00 p.m., there are no clean tables, and we have to remove dirty dishes ourselves. The staff reacts very late or not at all.

The areas where food is served are dirty, with the cooking station being in particularly poor condition.

There is a lack of attention to hygiene throughout the property – all windows, glass surfaces, and the elevator are visibly dirty.

The rooms are not cleaned properly – since the beginning of our stay, the bathroom counter and mirror have not been wiped even once, the toilet has not been cleaned, and the floor was washed only after leaving a larger tip.

The minibar is hardly ever restocked – mostly just water is provided, with an occasional sweet drink.

My son’s bed was not made even once during the entire stay.

The aquapark and pool areas are dirty – the sunbeds and tables at the pool and beach are neglected, and there is visible litter around.

I have the impression that the main issue is an insufficient number of staff, which results in a lack of proper attention to cleanliness and guest comfort.

Everything in this hotel was truly perfect. 🌟 The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with careful daily housekeeping. The food is delicious, varied, and caters to all tastes. The entertainment team is dynamic, full of energy, and knows how to keep guests of all ages entertained; the evening events were especially enjoyable. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, making you feel right at home. I had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend this place! 💯✨

I would highly recommend staying here especially with a family. The food was amazing to me,the service was excellent and friendly. The only thing that made my vacation bad for a day was probably food poisoning ( even if i don't believe that it was ). The beach is gorgeous and never to busy, but if the sea was a few degrees colder it would be better, same for the pool. The hotel lobby is stunning and large. And at night you don't really have to leave the hotel, there are  entertainment like the game centre. The room and bathrooms were clean and always tidy. Deserved the five stars.

Title: Very bad experience – I do not recommend!

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about this hotel. I’m truly disappointed, and I feel obligated to share my experience due to the total lack of organization and professionalism.
•	The towels were thrown on the ground near the pool and removed from the sunbeds we had reserved as early as 7:00 AM. When we returned around 9:00 AM, they were simply tossed aside with no respect.
•	The rooms were never cleaned during our stay – only the towels were changed, nothing more. There was visible dirt and a clear lack of care.
•	Cleanliness and staff behavior were far from acceptable. On the last day, we woke up early to find a place at the pool, and still had our towels removed.
•	At breakfast, we were not allowed to sit down peacefully. We were with three children, and instead of helping us, the staff made us move around with our hands full, looking for a place to sit. No assistance whatsoever!

Overall, a zero-star experience – a disaster. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Believe me – I even have photos as proof!

Very bad experience – absolutely not recommended

We stayed at this hotel in Turkey and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. Every time we asked for something, it felt like we were bothering them — they clearly didn’t want to talk or help.

In our room, the shower was clogged. We reported it several times, but no one ever came to fix it. On the beach, the sand was not maintained properly, and my wife got a cut because of it.

The pool was in terrible condition — we found glasses, plastic cups, and even teeth (!) floating in the water. The hotel was overcrowded, with far too many children, making it loud and chaotic.

As for the food, it was the same every day — lunch and dinner — with no variety or real quality. Very repetitive and uninspiring meals.

To sum up: poor service, questionable hygiene, repetitive food… I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
