We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and most importantly – outstanding service. What impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Every team member was friendly, always smiling, and truly dedicated to making our stay pleasant from the very first to the last day.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious and diverse – especially the breakfast, which amazed us each morning with its freshness and variety.

The hotel’s location is also excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful enough for total relaxation.

Every moment spent here was a real pleasure. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Huge thanks to the whole hotel team – you are the reason we felt so at home! 👏💙

The hotel grounds are quite spacious. It's quiet and fun. The staff is friendly and polite. The entertainment team is quite efficient and attentive. We've been attending İremsi's yoga classes every morning since our arrival. We're very grateful to her and her sound therapy; she's made us very happy. The evening programs are quite lively. Seeing and learning the dances and music of each country was a wonderful experience for us. We'll be back.

A clear factor that spoiled our impression of the holiday was the beach service (we go to Turkey mainly because of the sea): the guy in charge was not very busy, he could be seen on the beach for about 2 hours in the morning, and most of that time he was standing at the bar. The sun loungers and mattresses were all sand - he just threw them in front of us and disappeared, no one cleaned the tables, even the tables were covered in something sticky from the previous day. The showers and footbaths were cleaned of sand only twice a day - so far, clearly the worst service of all the beach hotels I have visited (Turkey, Bulgaria, Sri Lanka, Bali, South Africa). For example, at the Trendy Verbena Beach hotel, the service was for me 100%.
The rooms were cleaned as much as possible every day, towels changed every day. I was irritated by the built-in wardrobes with shelves that were about 15cm deep, where no clothes could be put away.
The garden, pools and pool bar were nice, well maintained and the waiters tried hard to keep it clean and delivered on time. So those who came for the pools were probably satisfied.
However, I also experienced a pleasant surprise with the service - the shower hose burst - the repairman arrived within 5 minutes and completed the repair within 1 minute.
Lobby bar - full in the evening, they couldn't keep up. One evening we waited 25 minutes for the waiter to come and at least clean the table after the previous clients. In the end, I went to order drinks directly at the bar. Since there were many guests and few bartenders, they couldn't keep up and the mixed drinks were mostly poured by eye and didn't have the right taste (either there was too much alcohol or too much syrup and water).
Last day lunch at Lara restaurant - poorer meal selection than at Poseidon snack restaurant, smoke and fumes from grilling spread throughout the open restaurant and stung the eyes, went all the way to the corridor with ala carte restaurants. We just had a quick meal in 10 minutes and gone away.
We will probably not visit this hotel again.

Hotel Sunis was the worst decision I made. If someone is only looking for good food and swimming in the pool, it's great. However, if you're expecting other attractions, it's a complete failure.

The bar closes at midnight.

There are no dance parties, maybe for 2 hours at most.

If you like geriatrics, it's a great choice. They play bingo and sing karaoke.

If you're expecting your kids to have fun here, forget it. Maybe in the evening before the shows, but during the day, nothing happens.

Definitely not a place for everyone. I would categorize it as a hotel for older people who go to bed early, or perhaps for grandparents with their grandchildren. I wouldn't recommend it for families who want to dance in the evening. Not at this place. Look for other hotels.

Sunis great hotel! Staff work hard to make you geel good! Asian a la carte was good! Waiters Husein, Ismail, Yusuf, Miras are the best for good service!.

Today we visited our family at the hotel. Since it is a resort, we wanted to book the all-inclusive option for the day. We arrived shortly before 10:00 a.m. and were told it would cost €100 per person for the period from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

As the evening program runs until 10:30 p.m., we asked if we could stay half an hour longer. The receptionist refused and said we had to check out at 10:00 p.m. In addition, we were asked to leave our passports at the reception to ensure we would not stay longer.

I then asked the receptionist to check with a taxi service how much the ride to our hotel at 10:00 p.m. would cost. The price was €60 with the hotel transfer. We agreed that this would work and asked them to make a reservation.

At check-out, however, the receptionist “Kerstin” simply walked away in the middle of our conversation and started a private phone call – completely unprofessional! We were on time at the reception at 10:00 p.m., but of course, the transfer was not there. At 10:10 p.m. I asked where it was, and they said it would arrive in 5 minutes. In reality, the transfer only came at 10:21 p.m.

So I have to wonder: why was it such a problem for us to stay until the end of the program? That question remains unanswered…

Highlight!! Two days later, the hotel called the travel agency through which our family had booked and pressured them to contact us so that we would delete our review. When we asked why we were not allowed to stay for just half an hour longer, even though we had to wait for the hotel transfer, we received no answer – not even an apology. I find it absolutely unprofessional to put families on vacation under such pressure.

When I booked the holiday, I was skeptical about having fun, but when I arrived at Sunis Kum Köy Hotel, all my questions were solved. I loved the animation team. They came to me without even knowing me and were friendly, they made me laugh a lot. The activity never ends, there are activities every hour. It was a really good holiday. I had a lot of fun.
