This has been one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the beach is stunning—clean, spacious, and incredibly relaxing.

The staff deserve special recognition. Everyone we met was friendly, smiling, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You always feel valued as a guest, and the service is consistently excellent.

The food is another highlight. The selection is extensive, varied, and of a genuinely high standard. Every day, both at breakfast and dinner, talented chefs prepare many of the dishes fresh in front of the guests, which adds a wonderful touch and guarantees great quality.

The atmosphere throughout the resort is peaceful and relaxing. The entertainment is professional and enjoyable, yet by 11:00 PM everything becomes wonderfully quiet—not only at this hotel but also at the neighbouring resorts. We truly appreciated being able to enjoy both great entertainment and a good night’s sleep.

We are so happy we found this little gem and will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire team for making our 3-week stay so memorable!

The hotel is overall nice, not modern, but well maintained, clean. The garden and the pool area are beautiful.
The staff, however, is horrible with 1-2 exceptions.
In this hotel, only German passengers are guests, other nationalities are just a nuisance. Unfortunately. Kerstin at the reception responds to the problem with the kindness of an Auschwitz camp guard. In the bathroom, the shower is separated from the toilet by an approx. 70 cm glass wall, and no matter how hard you try, the whole bathroom floats by the end of the bath. We asked for a mop set for the bathroom so that we don't have to splash around in the water after bathing, because it is also an accident risk. She was completely outraged by this and insisted that SHE is going to solve it. And anyway, the guest should only bathe carefully, in small amount of water. Nothing happened, so the bathroom floor remained slippery after every shower during the holiday.
In the main restaurant and at the bar by the pools, they asked my daughter whether she had a husband or boyfriend - rather than what she would like to drink. The waiter on roller skates at the pool never came to ask during the day if we wanted something, but around 5pm every day he came to change money for him. If you are the first in line at a bar, but there are Germans after you, then the German will be served first, even if the German indicates that you were there first.
But the biggest problem is that the rooms overlooking the pool area are unsuitable for sleeping. The music is very loud until midnight, and even on the terrace of your own room you can only hear each other if you speak loudly. Then the guests go up to the lobby bar, drink some more alcohol, and scream drunk on the terrace of the lobby bar until 1.30am. No one tells them to behave, to turn down their volume, because they are Germans, they can. Then at 7am the breakfast starts, and since the walls are so thin you can hear them turning the lights on and off, after 7am you can't sleep again.
But don't worry, you can rest at the relax pool during the day as no one can be loud or jump in the pool there - in theory. In practice, German children scream and jump around, and the lifeguard watches and doesn't say anything.
After arriving home, I needed two days to rest from the wonderful vacation, where you can't sleep or relax.

Best hotel on the best beach in Side - possibly in entire Turkey. Fantastic beach, fantastic pools, fantastic food and drinks, amazing program stuff and night entertainment, and magical and huge bazar outside the hotel. Side marina is very near, which is … just fabulous. Most recommended🤩👑🥇🏆

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and most importantly – outstanding service. What impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Every team member was friendly, always smiling, and truly dedicated to making our stay pleasant from the very first to the last day.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious and diverse – especially the breakfast, which amazed us each morning with its freshness and variety.

The hotel’s location is also excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful enough for total relaxation.
