Hotel needs major improvements. Hygiene is poor – no soap in the room despite asking, and by the end of our stay we were all sick with high fever, one of us even with coxsackievirus. The hotel feels old, with smoke smell in the halls, and very few staff speak English. Animation was almost nonexistent, we barely saw the team. The restaurant is mostly indoors with poor ventilation. Highlights were the Turkish coffee bar, nice pools, and decent food, but overall not worth it. The low price through an agency probably explains the quality.

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Compensation Request for Horrific Stay at Sueno Hotel Side

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you with great distress regarding our stay at Sueno Hotel Side, which was not just disappointing but turned into a complete nightmare that has left us traumatized.

We traveled as 16 people, including 8 children – our youngest baby being only 4 months old. We expected a relaxing holiday, but instead we suffered one of the worst experiences of our lives.
•	Service was unacceptable: 20–25 minutes waiting for drinks in the restaurant and lobby, unfriendly and unmotivated staff, little to no assistance when needed.
•	Hygiene issues: Multiple times during our stay, children defecated in the pool and the staff did nothing to ensure proper cleaning or safety.
•	Serious incident: My daughter vomited in the lobby. I urgently asked for dry bread at the patisserie, yet I was ignored for several minutes before I finally received a piece of bread. For a mother with a sick child, this was heartless.
•	Unprofessional and humiliating management: On the departure day, despite having a paid transfer booked for 16:40, we were forced to leave the hotel at 12:45 with all our children and babies. Staff even demanded 70 € per person if we wanted to stay in the lobby. This meant we were thrown out into the blazing 36°C heat with babies, left outside until our transfer finally arrived.

This treatment was degrading and completely unacceptable. Not only did I suffer physically, but I am also psychologically traumatized. Since this experience, I no longer feel safe or confident even considering another holiday.

We paid 2,600 € for this so-called vacation – only to be humiliated and mistreated. This cannot be tolerated.

I hereby request from Check24 as our booking partner:
1.	A written apology from both Check24 and the hotel.
2.	A reasonable financial compensation, as this holiday was a severe burden and did not match the promised standards in any way.

Please handle this case with the utmost urgency. I expect a prompt response. If I do not receive a satisfactory reply within 14 days, I will be forced to take legal action and share our horrific experience on all major review platforms.

Great all-inclusive hotel in Side.
We spent a week here as a family with two children, and were all extremely satisfied with our stay.

The food was good, the hotel was clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The natural surroundings added a special touch to the experience. The entertainment—especially the shows and concerts—really brought our holiday to life.

Thank you to Sueno Hotel and the entire team for everything. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Sueno Beach Side Hotel!

Helpful and attentive staff – everyone was kind and professional, but a special shoutout goes to the Sueno Patisserie team: warm service, relaxing atmosphere, and delicious cakes, coffee, and tea served near the lobby – a perfect spot to unwind in the afternoon.

Very child-friendly – lots of freshwater pools for the kids, and a clean, sandy beach that’s great for the whole family.

Entertaining evening shows – fun and diverse programs that nicely round out the day.

Fast and efficient assistance – I accidentally left some important papers in the room, and the reception staff handled it incredibly quickly and helpfully, making sure everything got back to me without any issues.

We’ll definitely come back again!

The first week of July was fantastic. This was our first visit to Turkey. Thanks to it, we'll be back next year. Lots of greenery, a beautiful garden. We had a room with a sea view. The staff cleaned every day, and a young man refilled the minibar – the kids loved the Fusetea. The staff was incredibly friendly. Everyone was polite and helpful. I especially remember Mr. Onur, the waiter in lobby, very enthusiastic. He was a pleasure to talk to. I recommend this place for a trip with children.

I stayed at this hotel from the 24th of July for 8 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I had high expectations based on the reviews I read beforehand, but what I encountered was far from what was promised.

The cleaning staff were disrespectful, and most of the hotel workers were unhelpful and rude. They were unwilling to provide basic toiletries such as toothpaste, hand soap, or toilet paper when requested.

On the last day, just before our flight back to London, a disturbing incident occurred. A visibly drunk man was holding his young child and became aggressive. There was only one security guard present, and I had to raise my voice to call for additional support. Instead of responding appropriately, the staff directed their frustration at me for seeking help. I was genuinely concerned for the child’s safety — she couldn’t have been more than 8 years old — and yet the hotel staff were more focused on protecting their reputation than protecting her.

Even when the situation escalated, and physical force was used near the child, I was told not to interfere or raise concerns. They avoided calling the police and refused to involve more security, which I found deeply irresponsible.

Overall, the service, hygiene, and general atmosphere of the hotel did not meet even the most basic standards. My stay here was a complete regret, and I will certainly not be returning.
