ok... I did an online booking for 1 month. The price was 550. -- Euros.
So, I went there to check the place out and told them that I travel with a dog. So, the new price was 880. -- per months.
Then he explained me, that they charge 20 Euros per day, per dog. So, the total should be 550 + 600 = 1150 Euro's
When I asked how the result of his calculation can come down to 880. -- he looked at me like he just had a complete reset.
That means you pay 20 Euros for a dog per night and 18 for a human.
So, in his calculation, the dog is 600. -- per months and the human 280.--
I mean I do understand that you don’t employ rocket scientist to do the checking... but sorry....
He made my day....

The apartments are extremely basic & very tired. Although they supply all of the basics you will need, they are very old & many things look like they are second hand. On the positive side, there is a small pool with loungers available for use by all guests,  but you will need to supply your own beach towels. Each apartment has at least one balcony for al fresco eating or morning coffee (corner apartments have two balconies).

Stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days, and overall pleasant experience. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of towels of provider, however room service is neither frequent, and costs if you want a top up towel change. Deposit came back within 5 or so days. Young lad on the reception very friendly and helpful. The location is above average , it's within a local residence area and not a touristy strip. There is a travellers camp next to the hotel, but they just mind their own business, but be aware the cockerels began going off at like 5am so they might wake you up early. Pool area was surprisingly very pleasant and the photos don't do it justice, it is very well maintained. Only a handful of sun loungers however. All in all, for the price a really nice stay and would not hesitate to return here. Not sure if the fan in the rooms was proper AC, but it definitely did help cool down the apartment.

If you’re after luxury, comfort keep scrolling. This place is what you’d call “no frills”

The “double bed” was actually two spring-loaded single beds having a long-term disagreement under a shared sheet. Very romantic. The decor could be described as ‘vintage neglect’, with rust, dust, and general mystery stains rounding out the aesthetic. Towels and room cleaning were once-a-week events, so by day six, our room had started developing a personality of its own.

The door lock system is great for those with anxiety! a stubborn code handle that had us standing outside like safecrackers.

On the bright side? It’s cheap. Very cheap.

Never book this hotel—it's infested with bedbugs. My friend and I were treated like a buffet. No air conditioning. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Stay away.

I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews before our stay, but the apartment turned out to be much better than expected. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, and the spacious living room and kitchen were fully equipped with utensils, making it easy to settle in. The wraparound balcony was a great touch, and there’s plenty of car parking available around the building.

A big highlight is the lovely Parque da Juventude right next door—it’s perfect for a morning walk or a bit of fresh air. Our unit didn’t have air conditioning, but it wasn’t needed during our stay. Friends of ours stayed on the 8th floor and had AC in their apartment, so availability might vary depending on the unit.

Just a heads-up: on weekends, it can be a little noisy at night if you leave the balcony door open—but it wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, if you're looking for a decent, budget-friendly place in a good location, this one is definitely worth considering!
