We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent throughout our stay, especially in the restaurant.

A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Abd El Kadir, who was one of the friendliest and most helpful staff members. He took great care of us, was always smiling, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His outstanding hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

We will definitely come back again. The only recommendation I would make is to visit during the winter season if you prefer a quieter and less crowded experience.

This was our second stay at Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna, and once again it was an unforgettable holiday.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. But what really made this holiday so special was every single member of the staff. They are the heart of this hotel.

A special thank you to Kamil, who cleaned our room every day with so much care. Everything was always spotless, and it was a pleasure coming back to our room every day.

A big thank you as well to all the lifeguards, both at the pool and at the lagoon. They do a fantastic job keeping everything clean, organised, and safe, while always greeting everyone with a smile. They are incredibly kind, warm, and nothing was ever too much to ask.

To all the bartenders, thank you for making every day memorable. Your good mood, kindness, and warm personalities made us look forward to seeing you every day.

A special thank you also to the restaurant staff. They worked incredibly hard every single day, always with a smile, and even remembered our favourite drinks. Those little details made us feel so welcome.

We also want to thank the entire kitchen team and all the trainees. They work incredibly hard behind the scenes and are just as kind and welcoming as everyone else. Even the newest members of the team already seem like they’ve been working here for years. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication are truly impressive.

What stood out the most was how incredibly hard everyone works. Every single person we met was friendly, positive, and constantly doing their best to make every guest happy. We have so much respect and admiration for every member of the team. It really doesn’t go unnoticed.

We’ve stayed in many hotels, but we’ve never experienced hospitality like this before. It’s the people who make Steigenberger so special. They made us feel happy from the first day until the last, and they are the reason we’ll definitely come back again, just like we already did this year.

Very hospitable staff. Very fun program, aqua-gym is very fun. Yummy food though variety on dessert needs a little work. Very clean rooms, no problem with the room at all. Sam from animation team is very nice, made sure we are well entertained. Fares from the bar is also very hospitable. Carol from animation team is also very friendly. Thank you Steigenberger.

Unfortunate experience from our first day
Our car got hit inside of the hotel premises and the hotel let the bus and the driver to leave the premises as if nothing has happened and they were not going to report to us but the pure coincidence that a relative happen to be at the parking at the same time!! And he is the one who reported the incident ! The hotel security did not even bother to call the car owner and inform her.
And only after 3 hours the hotel brought back the bus and driver for us to handle.

The hotel repeatedly refused to take responsibility of what happened and requested us to deal with the transportation company. We lost almost a night as we stayed up from 11 PM to 4 AM to get this situation sorted. We asked to see the camera tapes several times and they also refused.
The hotel tried to offer us 1 night stay as a complimentary night which we dont want nor did we ask for and for sure would not accept it, as we were expecting only that the hotel takes responsibility.

I have also asked the management if any robbery would hypothetically take place inside the room, they stated the hotel is not responsible and i should deal with the cleaning person!! So basically i am left to deal with individual!

The hotel has failed our expectations on so many levels from supporting and respecting guests, taking responsibility of an incident inside of their premise.

Additionally, our room cleanliness was not up to the expectations as well, we left the room cleaning sign and the room was as we left it just the cleaning person replaced the towels only!!

Even though this is not our first time here yet the hotel has failed us on so many levels. I would not trust being in such a place again.

Highly recommended hotel. Professional staff. Great management. Lovely animation team. In general all was perfect.
