Restaurant Sky, we had a wonderful dining experience at the à la carte restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful, warm and very inviting. The staff were highly professional, knowledgeable and attentive, which made us feel truly well taken care of.

From the appetizer to the main course and dessert, every dish was outstanding. The quality, flavors and presentation were exceptional. A truly memorable evening and highly recommended. Thank you for the nice evening

We had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and well maintained, and the room cleaning was consistently excellent. A real highlight was the dining experience, especially the à la carte restaurants – amazing food selection with great quality and perfect variation. Everything felt well organized and enjoyable, making our stay truly relaxing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Great stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic! Clean rooms, plenty of pools, and easy beach access. Service was on point. Food was decent with lots of options—perfect for a relaxed, sun-soaked getaway. Bassem was definitely a good addition to the team. Who looked after us very well at the Relax pool!

We were blown away by the amazing resort! The friendly and helpful staff, the perfect location and overall quality of the place made our 7 night stay just great! From the spectacular buffets, restuarants, facilities, pools, slides and entertainment to the easy access to shopping and the beaches. We recommend this resort to any family or group of friends! Wish we could mention everyone by name but overall an incredible place to be! You have our hearts!
Just one suggestion: earlier shows so the kids can enjoy too.

I really wanted to love this hotel, but after 3 nights, I’m honestly confused how this is considered 5-star.

1. Our room wasn’t ready until 4:50 PM. Check-in is at 3 PM. We’d been traveling all day and just wanted to get settled. This was unacceptable.

2. The bidet flooded our bathroom—twice—and nobody fixed it!!
Water was everywhere. Bathroom floor soaked, water running into the bedroom. I reported it twice. Maintenance came, looked at it, and tried to fixed, it was not fixed so they just..left. We had a flooded bathroom our entire stay.

3. They completely misled us about the à la carte restaurants (photo included).
At check-in, staff showed us all these specialty restaurants we could book as part of our all-inclusive package. Great! When I went to actually make a reservation, they told me those are only for guests staying 4+ nights. Nobody mentioned this restriction on the website, in any emails, or when they were literally showing us the options at the front desk

4. They charge extra for fresh juices at the buffet! (Photo included)
At an all-inclusive hotel. €2.20 per glass at breakfast. I’ve stayed at plenty of all-inclusive resorts and never seen this. What’s the point of “all-inclusive” if you’re nickel-and-diming guests over orange juice?

However, the staff were great though. Honestly, the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the restaurant and room service staff were so friendly and professional. They were genuinely nice people doing their best with what they have to work with.

My advice: skip this place. There are way better hotels for the money. The lovely staff can’t fix broken facilities and shady booking practices.
