Weve been here two days and so far it’s excellent.  Rooms are very nicely decorated and perfectly clean. The bathroom is great with a walk in shower big enough for two!  The reception staff are friendly and the common areas are to a high standard.  The bars are good with a decent selection of drinks on offer and the staff are friendly. The shop has a good selection of snacks and other essentials and again the staff member was very polite. The pool area is lovely, music isn’t too loud and there’s some activities throughout the day. But the restaurant and food. Wow. Perfect, a great choice of obviously well cooked food and clear labelling so you know what you’re getting. Again the restaurant staff are great.  The chefs should be proud of themselves for their efforts.    Location is great 15 minutes walk to the kings avenue mall and 10 minutes to the harbour. We will definitely be coming back to the sofianna resort and spa

We took the airport bus for 2 euros. The bus stop is a bit far.
The check in was quick and we were apparently upgraded. The room was nice. The breakfast is the same everyday and is a bit repititive but you can get omelette made by the chef.
We were half board and the dinner was different everyday and it was tasty.
All the staff including the gardener, the  ladies at reception, the men and ladies at the restaurant are brilliant and helpful.
The hotel is close to the harbour and you can get buses from there for sight seeing.
The hotel room is cleaned everyday but the towels are replaced every other day.
We would highly recommend this place.

Lovely stay at this beautiful hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, specially Mrs. Niki, Nicoleta, Alina, Eugenia, Raj ( they deserve a pay rise for the commitment of wellbeing of the guests ).
- Food : very good ( lots of choices);
- Room : spotless;
- Facilities : very good;
- Location of the hotel : few minutes walking to lots of attractions;
Late EDIT : From the room I’ve stayed been missing €300, there is a digital key to get in the room and very easy to see who and what time has been entered in the room ( housekeeping), soon as I realised I went to the reception to inform them and then they called to the Police Station, they arranged for a taxi ( which me and my family has to pay for both ways ) to go and file a complaint. Long story short (4 star hotel) the management from hotel didn’t informed us what’s the status with their investigation and is looks like nothing is going to happen.

November holiday. Upgraded to a swim up rooms. Which with the fine weather worked out well. Food was very good gor a all inclusive. Service in the bars excellent. Location was just a short work to sea front. Lots if bars and restaurants near by

We've had a really pleasant and relaxing break for a week at the Sofianna and can't fault the place. In fact, I'll go one step further and say its been delightful....
I'd read some reviews before we came, and it seemed to be very good but occasionally people saying the all inclusive menu was repetitive...I definitely don't agree.  I think the food was excellent and a good variety every day.  Rooms clean, hotel immaculate,  service  - exceptional.

Wonderful hotel. Immaculately clean. Rooms were amazing. Staff were really polite and extremely helpful.
One thing to note: if you arrive after the restaurant closes you are given a dry, stale ham sandwich! Other hotels usually have a small buffet area with cheese, crackers  bread rolls etc but the lone ham sandwhich they give you is fit for the bin. After at least 7hrs travel  that's not good.
Apart from that, our hotel experience was fabulous!
