Super friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms with a relaxed atmosphere, felt very safe.
Food is great and varied even fussy kids found nice meals everyday.
All the staff around every part of the hotel work tirelessly to make the hotel run like clockwork, nothing is too much trouble for any them.
Great location for venturing whether to the sea front or getting on public transport to see the sites.
Thanks to all for a great holiday.
Would definitely recommend to anyone, Thanks again.

We had another wonderful stay at the Sofianna Resort & Spa on an all-inclusive basis with my family, and once again it exceeded our expectations.

We stayed in a superior room with pool view, which was extra spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The attention to cleanliness and comfort was truly impressive.

The buffet offered an excellent variety of food every day, with great quality and perfect serving temperature. There was always plenty of choice for everyone in the family. The staff provided service with a smile at all times, making us feel genuinely welcome and looked after.

The lobby area has a very inviting ambience, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The location is also ideal, very close to the sea, shops, restaurants, and lovely seaside walking paths.

Totally worth it, and we will definitely be back again. This was not our first stay here, and it certainly won’t be our last!

Just arrived back from Sofianna resort and the place is beautiful and in a great location. We booked a swim up apartment but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The private swim up pool is right next to the childrens park and swimming pool so families take up all that area and so do stag nights and hen parties. It turned out not to be as prestigious or idyllic, so a waste of £500 extra for the privilege of hooliganism and screaming children. Food was fantastic, service was excellent and rooms were beautiful. However, i was disappointed in the swim up apartments experience and the hotel needs to be an adult only hotel for me to return again.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic 5-night all-inclusive stay here, and it absolutely deserves its multiple 5-star reviews! The service from the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and spa staff was exceptional.

Our family of four (with a teenager and a toddler) had a perfectly laid-out room that was comfortable, clean, and offered great views. The resort has two large main pools and a fantastic kids' pool with water slides. The kids' club (run by the brilliant Bella) was a welcome addition when the sun got too hot. While sunbeds get reserved early, we always managed to find one.

The food was brilliant, featuring daily themed buffets alongside staples for the kids. The daytime snack bar and self-serve ice cream were incredibly convenient for families! The entertainment team did a great job day and night, contributing to a genuinely great atmosphere across the resort.

The location is also ideal—just a 5-minute walk to the seafront promenade, 5 minutes to the harbour, and 15 minutes to Vrisoudia Beach.

Finally, as we travelled with Jet2, their on-resort check-in was a game-changer for our 11 PM flight. They took our suitcases at 11 AM, and the hotel safely stored our hand luggage, gave us full resort access all day, and provided shower towels before our transfer. We skipped baggage drop at the airport and headed straight to security.

All in all, a fantastic resort. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would certainly return to Paphos!

Rooms
Lovely and clean. Cleaners are very good and everyone can't do enough for you. In the rooms you get a fridge kettle and hair dryer. We did book a city view premium room but we wanted space so we went to reception and moved rooms for a fee to a family room with separate bedroom.

Service
Amazing service , staff are very friendly which made this holiday. Bar staff kitchen staff and cleaners make this holiday.

Location
Is amazing short walk to kings mall and to the harbour , local shops outside and the people in the shops are so friendly.

Food
Can't rate the food enough, probably the nicest food I have had . Dinners felt home made and everything was always topped up it never run low. The kitchen and waitresses have a very good system probably the best I have seen. The only downside side snack bar was the worst I have ever seen when I arrived at 3.30pm there was only a few sandwiches and small bits of cake so if you like a snack bar you will be disappointed. (See picture).

Drinks
Good quality on wines and cocktails

Entertainment /pools
I can't comment i did not use these but in passing appeared good .

This was a brilliant week away and we as a family really enjoyed and we will be back.
