The best stay ever! When we first saw the offer, we weren't sure because of the reviews. However, we were absolutely delighted. The room turned out to be a large apartment with a kitchenette. The only downsides were the lack of air conditioning (only a large fan, but luckily, Tenerife doesn't get hot) and the room being close to the road. The food was delicious, especially the seafood. Next to the buffet, there was a bar showing football matches, which people came to passionately support Spain. The atmosphere in this hotel was wonderful! We will definitely be back someday.

Stayed for 4 nights with my 5 year old son. All staff very nice we were well looked after. Room were fresh and cleaned daily ...except the bed sheets weren't changed.    Its in the quiet part of tenerfie but local to the buses and beach. We had a great time. Nice cheap get away. And honeslty. I would stay there again. ..

We stayed for 6 nights. Very happy with the hotel. The location was perfect, it just a few minutes walk from bus garage and the sea.  We had a sea view from our 6th floor balcony. All the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and had a hot fast running shower. Bed was comfortable.
Pool area was clean and quiet with great views of Puerto De La Cruz. We did not eat there but did use the bar and had a delicous cocktail.
I would certainly be happy to stay there again if I came to Puerto De La Cruz.

A newly renovated hotel with friendly and really helpful personnel. The room is nice and clean. The sizes is what we need. An extra plus is that we can have our road bikes on the balcony.

The hotel has washing abilities with detergent and dryers.

We have not tasted the breakfast nor the buffet but they say it's good.

Great location, close to the beach, shops, the bus station, and a nice rooftop pool. The cleaning service left much to be desired. The maid simply didn't come to our room, and we had to search for her, and the trash can was already stinking terribly. My daughter wasn't given a blanket for the extra bed, only a sheet to cover herself with. We mentioned this at reception the next morning, and they gave us a thin blanket. But it was still cold and uncomfortable to sleep in. There's no kettle in the rooms, which is very strange. You can rent one from reception for an extra fee, which is even more disappointing.
And poor sound insulation, you can hear the noise of cars and neighbors.

This beach apartment complex enjoys an exciting location in the heart of the tourist centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The hotel is just a 10 minutes' walk from the vibrant city centre, where guests will find an ample array of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The stunning beach of Playa Jardin is at a walking distance from the hotel while the airport is about 25-minute drive. Guests will love spending time in the outdoor pool area or having drinks in the bar. The guest rooms are cheerfully designed, providing guests with a sanctuary of peace and tranquillity in which to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
