The hotel is lovely and has a very calm, relaxing vibe. The grounds are spacious, and even though it’s quite busy, it never feels crowded - there are always plenty of sunbeds, tables, and places to relax. The food is very good, with a wide variety and great quality, and the cocktails are excellent. The bar staff deserve a special mention for their service. The wine could be better, but it’s far from the worst I’ve had.

I especially enjoyed the layout of the hotel: the guest buildings are set among pine trees, and the fact that all rooms are in charming two-story houses makes the atmosphere very cozy. The surroundings are also beautiful, with the mountains in the background adding an especially picturesque touch.

We stayed here at the end of September — the weather was amazing!

First of all, a big thanks to the Kids Club team. They were very attentive and always knew how to keep the kids happy.

The resort has a great location — set in the middle of a forest, between the mountains and the sea.

The pools were awesome, and the water temperature was perfect for swimming.

We had two family rooms, both of which were good. However, one of them had a slight smell from not being used for a while, though it disappeared once we opened the windows.

The food was fresh, tasty, and diverse, although about 70–80% of it was repetitive.
I recommend the Turkish Snack à la Carte — it had really nice food!

The bar offered good-quality liquors, and the bottled beers included Efes, Miller, and Beck’s.

The Guest Relations team was very nice and welcoming. They even provided us with three birthday cakes when we asked for our two children.

The water slides were a lot of fun!

Overall, it’s a great resort for families and couples. It provides a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation and recharging your energy.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this resort!

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful view.

Very responsive staff. There were things we needed to improve - the team responded very quickly and positively.
There is a large water attraction for children, which the little one really liked.
On the plus side, the hotel is quiet, you can relax peacefully in the evenings.
Thank you for dinner at the a’la carte restaurant, a very beautiful experience. Fantastically delicious Gözleme is available in the street food area!

Excellent stay and great service!! I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. We loved the mini club a lot! Staff was really kind! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 🤗🤗

I stayed for 7 days in August at Siu Collections, Beldibi. In my opinion, the hotel does not fully meet the standards of a 5-star resort – it feels more like a 4-star.

The food was plentiful with good variety, but the taste was not always what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Drinks were served only in glasses, not in cans, which was not very practical or hygienic.

Room cleaning was done regularly, but the minibar was refilled only once during the whole stay, which was disappointing. Also, the sauna and spa came with an extra charge, something I would expect to be included at this level.

Overall, the hotel is nice for a holiday and has potential, but there are several points that need improvement before it can truly be considered a 5-star experience.
