Incredible hotel! We visited Sirene Hotel Belek for 5 nights in July and had the best time.
The room was very modern, spacious, was just being renovated recently and had direct garden access from where we walked to the beach in just under a minute.
The restaurants and choice of food was just amazing, from breakfast to lunch and dinner, always fresh and delicious!
The hotel is very close to its own golf courses, Antalya Golf Club which is home to Sultan and Pasha Golf, two PGA golf courses, totaling to 36 holes. The place was magical, employees so helpful and nice.
We will definitely come back next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed here last week as part of a golf package, which appeared to be common with about 90% of the guests. Early season, perfect weather for golf and outside school holidays which makes it a great time to be there. The hotel is perfectly placed for the many excellent courses that Belek is famous for, indeed three (Pasha, Sultan and National) are within two or three minutes shuttle drive. This was our first visit to Belek and we were delighted with every aspect of the stay. The room was large, clean and very comfortable, all areas of the hotel inside and out were spotless, the staff were hard working, courteous and quick to help. The main restaurant is huge and caters for all tastes - the food was excellent at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lobby bar is comfortable with multiple TV screens showing sport, sensibly with the sound off so not too intrusive. The pool bar is huge with a really good atmosphere including live music and/or karaoke in the evening. The only downside (and this is no fault of the hotel) was the number of tattooed, beer bellied men in their 50s and 60s determined to be 'Brits Abroad ' around the pool and pool bar. I thought golfers were more refined!

The hotel was above expectations. Great food and variety of drinks, nice beach, water slides are great, very green and well-maintained territory, not overcrowded (we went early July), family-friendly, nice polite staff, good entertainment, clean rooms, and everything is functioning well. Two things to mention: 1. after an issue with Booking reservation, the hotel demonstrated flexibility and made sure we have our rooms booked (thank you Soniz). 2. We ordered a family photo session, and the photographer was rude and managed to insult every member of the family. Just don't do it there. But the rest of experience at the hotel was perfect.

The hotel is very luxurious and there are numerous advantages including very comfortable rooms, 3 excellent swimming pools and water slides, food options were excellent and great quality. Staff were all friendly and helpful. My two children really enjoyed the holiday.

Now the negatives;

I received a phone call very early on our 1st day which woke up myself and my children, from someone claiming I needed to discuss my transfer on the last day. This was just an excuse from an agent trying to sell me holiday excursions during the week, much to my annoyance. It was actually very easy to arrange excursions on Tripadvisor instead. I would suggest to the hotel that they get rid of this agent.

The shops on site were very expensive for things like pool inflatables and unfortunately the hotel is so far out of the town that you can’t just walk into town for conveniences. I bought two inflatables for my children for €150. Here in uk they would cost about £30.

My children wanted to try the jacuzzi but staff told me this was extra and would be a minimum of €100 per person which was a real shame as would have expected a Jacuzzi to be included.

The on site doctor isn’t onsite and although he was quick to come to the hotel the costs are again extortionate. €130 just for a consultation. Thankfully I had insurance but this hasn’t yet been settled and the Turkish hospital treatment is extortionately expensive compared to UK. They even added €100 for transport. A taxi would have been a fraction of the cost.

The beach was a let down. Water was brown, like any UK beach.

In summary the hotel is great but the negatives mean I will unlikely return.

This Hotel Doesn’t deserve a 5 star for many reasons firstly the people working here are disrespectful and honestly im dissatisfied we called the receptionist and said that we need to go to a place they said 5 minutes than i went to them i said it has been 15 minutes when is it coming then they said we thought you just wanted to know the possibility and had the audacity to say you didn’t tell us to reserve most of the services are expensive no discounts most of our hotels in turkiye are kind and respectful and give us discounts we wont come here again and im sure of it the location is nice you are close to things but this place is just to expensive you cant rest the staff said us you cant let the cats drink they don’t have any empathy for the people or anyone and the cats have a problems with their stomach and they don’t check it out can the people care for once? The food was awful everytime our stomach was growling and disgusted of the food
