We had a wonderful stay at Sirene Belek Hotel, and I would especially like to thank Sabrina and Julia from the Guest Relations team. They truly make a difference.

Their professionalism, warm attitude, and quick, solution-oriented approach made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. It’s always a pleasure to see a team that truly cares about guest satisfaction.

Looking forward to coming back again.

The hotel has excellent localisation with very well maintained garden with lots of big trees. In all areas the cleaness is up to highest standards.
Rooms are spacious, 45 square metres. Staff is helpful. Almost each night there is a live music at the pool bar. The hotel provides  relaxed atmosphere and is not overcrowded.

After spending a week at this hotel, I can confidently say I will not be returning. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by underwhelming service, particularly from the staff. Unlike other resorts I’ve stayed at, the staff here seemed disengaged and lacked enthusiasm, almost as if they didn’t enjoy their work. During the buffet dinners, while the staff were focused on clearing plates, there was very little interaction with guests. A smile was rare, and we were seldom acknowledged when sitting down or offered drinks- signs of poor management and direction. I brought with me a lot of cash for tips, however I brought most back as the service was poor. Very bizarre to work in a hotel and openly show you do not want to be there, something I've not seen in any other resort I have stayed at.
We also booked this hotel for its kids’ club, knowing our child (2 years old) was younger than most children there and that we wouldn't be able to leave him. However, the kids' club team seemed uninterested in forming any relationship with him. It appeared that they engaged more with Russian-speaking children, which may have contributed to the lack of attention towards other guests. The kids' club staff were often seen sitting around near the main their reception, seeming disengaged and doing very little-again, a sign of poor management. If the management literally inspected it frequently throughout the day they would 90% of the time the kids club staff sitting around. I couldn't help but wonder whether the staff were truly invested in their work, as most seemed unhappy and unenthusiastic.
On a positive note, the kids' animation team, responsible for evening entertainment and dance shows, was excellent. They were much more engaged, possibly because the kids’ club staff were less involved in these activities. Except for when they took a few photo's I guess to confirm their underwhelming existence.
If you’re seeking a hotel with English-speaking kids’ entertainment, you might find it difficult to engage with the staff here. Additionally, the overall service leaves much to be desired. While the hotel boasts great facilities and well-maintained rooms and pools, the disappointing attitude of the staff significantly detracts from the experience. In fact, if they offered me a free week’s stay, I would kindly decline, not worth the flight time.

My preferred hotel I have to Antalya. It is an all-inclusive hotel with buffet and snacks included in your stay. Beer, wine and alcoholic cocktails are part of what are included. There are free flowing snacks, pastries and coffee and many dining options you can just go to and eat in.

There is also a nice beach front area to swim and even to dive into. If only the water was not as cold, the beach would have been perfect. You can get as much beer, snacks and cocktails while at the beach, through their beach bar, also included in the hotel.

Finally, they restock the hotel room fridge with all that you can consume, so if you just want to hang out in out in the room, you will be fine. They have balconies for smokers, which is very convenient for those who indulge.

I will return again when in Antalya.

It is a great hotel with lots of space.
Apparently the hotel was full but never struggled for a sunbed and the food option was good and varied.
I went for golf and in September 2025 it was 40 degree's.

The downside is there is no strolling down the road to the shops and bars, belek center is 35 euro round trip and is where you will find the cheaper clothes and bags

I had an unforgettable stay at Sirene Belek, it was really a one of a kind experience. The food offered great diversity. The shawarma at the beach restaurant was especially tasty! I also loved the fact that cocktails and beverages were also included in the All In option. The beach was lovely and very clean. The day activities such as yoga and aqua biking were fun, and the night shows were very entertaining. The staff was very welcoming. The only thing I would recommend would be to improve the housekeeping service.
