We recently returned to this hotel for our second stay, and once again it's a good choice. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, and restaurants, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploring the area.

The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. It’s clear they care about guests feeling welcome and comfortable. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and provide everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Animation team is also super nice and friendly.

Love this place! Perfect for families, couples, young and old! We’ve been before and returned because of the hospitality, warm welcome and facilities. Previously travelled here with my 2 year old grandchild, and again with my older teenagers and never been short of things to do. The beach area (and the pontoon where you can snorkel) is fab. We have the deluxe rooms overlooking the pool which are perfect! Food is plentiful (don’t miss the lovely lady making fresh bread in the restaurants!) For a bit of quiet time in the evening we sit in the library where drinks are never in short supply. The staff here are simply incredible, they go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Special shout to my man Fawy and Ayman at the wave pool who are brilliant! From making sure you get the beds you want to ensuring your glass is always full and the area is kept spotless they work tirelessly to make sure your holiday is fantastic! Love Sindbad, love the area, and will keep returning!

Staff...excellent
Food...very good a huge variety Definitely recommend the iced coffee.
Location....perfect you dont need to leave the hotel but right outside the front and rear entrance you have everything.
Beach...very nice plenty of staff to help really clean good quality comfortable sun loungers The bar and food available again a good variety . As its an old Dock you can use the quayside and what's know as the island at the bottom to catch the sun. Your not hassled to take up trips and excursions which is great its about a 5 minute walk put the hotel
Hotel ...its very big and very busy we stayed 13/04/26 for 10 nights. There is a large pool good luck finding a sun lounger . A wave pool also a decent size plus numerous water slides of different sizes including a bowl type and one you ride an inflatable on. Grounds are well maintained and very clean. Rooms are a little outdated but clean. We booked a Premier room with balcony on arrival we had no balcony the next day we were offered another room. Unfortunately it was in an adjacent block joined to the main hotel . We got our balcony but a standard room. We didnt complain as it was a balcony we wanted more. Over all its a decent Hotel and location seems popular with families.
Beware of the Taxi we booked in uber he arrived then cancelled the fair and asked us for Cash and increased the price. All the shops will haggle on price so you get a good deal. Don't give in .

Great hotel in the center of Hurghada. It has its own aqua part and its own beach across from the hotel. If you don't want to walk to the beach, a shuttle bus will take you. The beach that it shares with Serry Beach Hotel is decorated with fine sand and a dock with a floating dock. The food is excellent with a large selection of dishes. three large restaurants. The snack bar on the beach is excellent. Lots of fun for kids. Video game room. The football field. The Aqua Park gives the hotel's ubscope the feeling that you are somewhere on a distant island. Top notch. A paradise for families with children.

Location is great, very child friendly, the food is good but certain dishes are very blend. Service in overall very good, some are a bit hasty. Hotel rooms need better finishing, but surely enjoyed my stay! Enough entertainment and space. I can recommend this hotel for a family trip.
