Rooms are clean and good looking.
The freezer is always full and you have everything you need.
*Maybe better to get more big beds insted of to separate, you can put them together but the space im betwen stay pretty big* ( we booked the room with one big bed) - just a tip.
In any time of day there is something great to eat.
All of the people are polite.
Also compliments to hair salon in hotel. I did, hair cut, wash and dry with the botox of hair. And everything was done good.
( small girl there can be little bit more polite - but that's not so important) - one more tip :)
Great place to spend time, beach right in front of hotel, tenis/basketball place, game room. Perfect.
Hope you listen to my tips but also get all of it as compliment, becouse at the end im very happy with my stay!

We were here for a mini honeymoon. What can I say, it was AMAZING! :) the staff from Reception, bar, restaurants, cafes,pool worked so hard to make sure everyone had a lovely holiday.

Our 5 year old loved the kids club, the ladies were so lovely. It was also open till late at night! Every night they had a disco, which brought smiles to everyone. We especially loved the Salsa show, the dancers were awesome 💃🕺

The food was 5* everything you wanted was there, even for fussy eaters.

If you want to burn off some calories, the entertainment team around the pool, had lots of activities to get involved with. 😀 I'm still playing some of the songs! 🤣

There are alot of steps, however, you pass lovely well kept gardens and was grateful for some exercise 😀

The lady who cleaned our room,Teşekkürler it was so clean, and the gentleman who stocked us up with drinks, also a big Teşekkürler.

It was 47c, however all the bar snacks staff still had smiles on their faces and the food was yummy.

We definitely will return, we all miss you already.🥰

Large disjointed hotel , don't go anywhere near it if you have any mobility issues , stairs everywhere , small lifts to get down to restaurants and the beach .
Section next to the road is unbearably loud windows are nowhere near good enough, staff were unhelpful when we checked in late , issues with dirty mattresses, doors that didn't lock and unclean rooms . Moved the next day to a quieter part of the hotel , much better room but really bad start to the holiday . Most of the staff were great , but not all , some really let it down , shame . Definitely not a 5* hotel

Just returned from Side, Turkey where we stayed at Side Star Elegance for one week.
(+) The hotel is indeed elegant without ostentation like some in Turkiye.
(+) All public spaces and rooms kept spotlessly clean.
(+) The sea view (if you book it) is lovely. Had a room on the 5th    floor so nothing impeding the view, and also helped as no noise reached us from below.
(+) Mini bar replenished daily, very generously.
(+) Beach towels provided in a bag at arrival which you can use throughout your stay and can exchange for clean ones as needed. Also, I found out after a couple days, there's a choice of pillows should you have special requirements. There are I think, five options available. I asked at the Customer service office and they exchanged my hard pillow with a soft one in a timely manner. Thank you, Customer Service!

(+) Toiletries provided.
(+) Internet is excellent throughout the hotel, in the rooms, on the terraces and at the beach. All the time. Everywhere.
(+) Free sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach. The beach is very clean, staff check for/remove trash periodically. Sea water clear and warm, calm with almost no waves, even in September, shallow for a long stretch (which was what I wanted).
(+) Restaurant offered very good varied food, nicely displayed, options for diet and vegetarians also available. We had two themed evenings in the Main Restaurant during our stay, Italian evening and Turkish evening. We also had one a-la-carte experience we chose Italian, and loved it!
(+) Various bars and snack bars in the resort, but we didn't actually feel hungry between meals so we only had some cocktails here and there.
(+) By all means, try the Turkish coffee. Best ever!
(+) Staff is very friendly and accommodating. English is spoken at the Reception and Customer Service. Not so much by the rest of the staff. Most employees speak German and/or Russian as foreign languages.
(-) I did not like the bathroom concept in the room. There are two (small) separate cubicles, one for the toilet and one for the shower. The washbasin and a toiletry stand are in the actual room!
(-) As the hotel is on a hillside, we had to either walk down a lot of steps or take two elevators and a cable car to get to the beach. At our age, we used the elevators but it still took a little while to get to the beach.
(-) The hotel has several buildings/areas so it might be confusing to orient yourself and find what you are looking for, for a day or two. We got lost a couple times.
(-)  It sometimes is not easy to find a sunbed at the pools, some tourists sort of "reserve" sunbeds by placing their towels on them and then walking away, sometimes for hours. The pool water was ice-cold (might be because it was September?) so we didn't really use the pools.
(-) At the beach, what I didn't quite enjoy was the fact that the umbrellas and sunbeds are placed rather close together. I would have preferred more room between us and the other people.

All in all, I consider it a very pleasant stay, and good value for money. We would go again!
Last but not least, tipping. It is a national thing in Turkey. From the transfer drivers to guides, to chambermaids, to waiters. Something that some tourists from Western countries seem oblivious to. It is not obligatory but it is appreciated. We were happy to tip as they all work really hard and do deserve the extra.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, I was left a bit disappointed. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly, and even after asking the staff to check it four times, the problem remained unresolved. With temperatures reaching 35–45 degrees, having old AC units that can’t keep up makes the stay very uncomfortable. I was drenched in sweat every night. The hotel itself feels more like a 4-star property and is starting to show its age. The food was okay.

The staff in general were polite and friendly, but I did notice a difference in how guests were treated at the reception. Foreign tourists seemed to receive a warmer welcome, while Turkish guests didn’t always get the same attention. While I appreciated the efforts of some of the staff, I believe the hotel could really improve by upgrading its facilities and ensuring all guests are treated equally.
