The room was modern, spotless and well maintained, and the general cleanliness of the hotel was good. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.

It was very apparent that Russian, Turkish and German guests were prioritised over English guests throughout our stay. Facilities were extremely limited. The indoor pool was cold and uninviting, while the outdoor pool, snack bars and beach bars were all closed, and there was no shuttle service to the beach.

Only one member of staff stood out as genuinely welcoming and consistently went above and beyond. Aside from her, service was poor.

The food fell well below any 5-star standard. It was repetitive, largely frozen and lacked quality, closer to a 2-star offering at best. Drinks frequently ran out, including beer and wine, and the coffee shop was also disappointing.

Overall, this hotel does not meet 5-star expectations and presents more like a 3-star property, solely due to the quality of the rooms. I have experienced significantly better food and service at genuine 3-star hotels.

The hotel is new and renovated, and that's it. If you paid Super Super Economy, this is the place for you. It's a 3-star hotel. The food is terrible; forget about meat, only turkey. The alcohol is all local; only beer is drinkable. The rooms are new, but not clean; they just make the bed. The grounds are small. If you've traveled to Turkey before, you'll understand. But for those who are now thinking that it's not all that bad, believe me, it's TERRIBLE. It's like a boarding house at the train station.

Arrived at the hotel late at night, everything seemed great- how wrong could we be!
First morning, shower was leaking under the screen/door. Receptionist stated they would have to ask the Maintenance Team to come up and have a look at it. 3 hours later, no one had been. Went to reception and asked if we could change room, felt like an inconvenience to them even though the hotel was dead! Eventually changed room and was able to unpack.
Room VERY scruffy considering the hotel was built in June 2024.
Shower head covered in rust/limescale, cracked tiles, chipped paintwork, bathroom extractor fan resembled a lawnmower, balcony glass wasn't screwed in and would probably fall out if you leant on it. None of what you would expect of a 5 star hotel.
Food was absolutely horrific and probably 2 star quality at best.
Buffet restaurant closed along with ala carte restaurants. Italian ala carte restaurant advertised on the hotel website doesn't even exist.
Make shift buffet restaurant created in the Turkish ala carte restaurant- not fit for purpose. Plates not kept warm, drinks served warm from a trolley, restaurant rife with flies crawling on everything including the food!
Every meal was served luke warm or cold. Very repetitive and bland meals.
Heavy rain on the first 2 days of our holiday meant there was leaks in the hotel and buckets were placed in these areas to catch the water- not what you would expect from a 5 star, newly built hotel.
Our stay was so awful that we reduced our stay from 2 weeks to just 1. We would have gone home sooner had there of been an earlier flight.
Guest Relations isn't interested in helping if you are English. She is rude and unhelpful.
Overall our holiday was awful and we could not find any positives from a 1 week stay within this hotel.

The hotel was excellant and our room over looking the swimming pool was large, clean, and had most things you need and regulary serviced with air conditioning. Staff were all friendly and the service was very good. The swimming pool had great slides and my son and his friends were in the pool every day even after being away for the day.
The only thing that let it down was the food which often was luke warm although the choice was good. The small cakes were good although they were not labelled with what they were or the ingredients so my wife who has a nut allergy didn't eat them. Also, slightly confusing in who was actually serving the alcoholic drinks. Spar looked very good and the hotels shops had decent shoes, clothing etc.
When our safe wasn't working a member of staff had sorted ir our within minutes. Plenty entertainent.
Would go again and the only reason I haven't given the hotel 5 stars was because of the food.

The hotel was quite good. We bought a room with a Jacuzzi, but it was unfortunately broken; however, they quickly moved us to another room with a different Jacuzzi that worked. The drains in the new room smelled like sewage, but they fixed it quite swiftly.

There was plenty of food to choose from, and the plates, cutlery, and glasses were clean, with only a few dried stains from the dishwasher.

I recommend avoiding the photographer, as he’s quite persistent and makes you feel obliged to spend a lot of money. He quoted us €180 for 9 photos, including 1 free photo, but he kept lowering the price and eventually sold us all the photos for €55.

The jeweller was very friendly. I would 100% recommend checking out his shop. He cleaned my and my husband's wedding rings for free and appeared very passionate about his work.

I would also advise researching independently where you want to go, as our hotel guide seemed very honest. However, we later found out he lied to us, trying to persuade us to take a boat trip that would later lead us to the big market. We told him we only wanted to visit the market, and he said the taxi would charge us way more than him. Yet, we paid €64 for both of us, and later we discovered a taxi back and forth would have cost around €25.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The service was excellent, and the staff truly cared about the guests’ comfort and satisfaction.

A special thanks to the two amazing chefs — Sous Chef Yunus Altınay and Chef Murat. They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make sure every guest was happy. The food was delicious and varied, and what impressed us the most was the attention given to people with gluten allergies — everything was thoughtfully prepared and safe.

These two chefs really deserve the highest praise for their professionalism and kindness. Thanks to them, every meal was a great experience. Highly recommended!
