Things To Keep In Mind

The hotel was amazing — I wouldn’t say “wow,” but you definitely get more than what you pay for. Overall, I’d rate it 8/10.

The rooms were pretty clean, though they didn’t change the towels or pillowcases, which they should have. We told the cleaning staff several times to change them, and although she said “yes,” she never did — so for cleaning I’d give 4/10.

The restaurant staff were absolutely amazing — very kind and welcoming, 10/10.
The animation team was also fantastic! Their programs were super interesting, and the comedy show was an experience we’ll never forget — 10/10.

The food was good but not “wow.” I’d rate it 5/10. It wasn’t bad, but compared to the hotel I stayed at in Antalya earlier this year, the food there was way better.

The pools were nice — nothing special, but good enough, 6/10.
The gym was small but had enough equipment for a solid workout, 7/10.
The waterslides were also great, 8/10.

The beach wasn’t the best, but it worked — 5/10.
The drinks were a real banger, especially the “Shirley Temple” and, of course, the energy drink.

This hotel is more family-friendly than adult-oriented.
Overall: 7/10 — not a “wow” hotel, but the staff were amazing, and you definitely get what you pay for.

Visit time - august

I would like to share a very negative experience with this hotel, which I consider to be the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening on September 13, 2025. Upon arrival, we were given a room on the ground floor. However, shortly after moving in, we noticed a strong, unpleasant smell—likely from grilling or the kitchen—which made it impossible to keep the balcony door open. As we were traveling with a small child, having fresh air and access to an open balcony was essential.

The reception staff moved us to another room one floor up. Initially, it seemed the issue was resolved. However, on September 15, we discovered that the black specks we had seen on the balcony and in the room were actually mouse droppings. We found a large accumulation of droppings inside the railing of the balcony.

I immediately went to the front desk and asked a staff member to come and inspect the situation in person. She took photos and appeared to send them to a hotel group chat. After some time, she told us the manager responded that the droppings were from bats. I disagreed with this explanation because it is highly unlikely that bats could access the room or get into the hollow balcony rails, which have openings of about 5 cm in diameter. The receptionist attempted to convince us that bats might have flown under the furniture or behind the curtains while we were out of the room. However, this was simply not possible, as we had the air conditioning running at all times and the balcony door had to remain closed for it to function.

This situation was particularly alarming because our 20-month-old child could have touched or ingested the droppings, which could pose a serious health risk, as such waste can carry diseases.

When we returned to reception, the manager did not come to speak with us personally or apologize in any way to address the situation. Instead, he was looking at a cat lying on a chair, and simply repeated that the droppings were from bats and that it was the first time something like this had happened, because they are wild animals.

We were offered yet another room, which I inspected together with the head of housekeeping – and again, there were droppings both on the balcony and inside the room. Finally, we were promised a room on a higher floor that would be thoroughly checked beforehand – and indeed, this room no longer had the droppings, although the general cleanliness still left much to be desired.

The next day, I returned to the reception to formally request a written report of the incident. The manager, over the phone, refused to provide one. I subsequently sent an official email to the hotel with the same request – to this day, I have received no response, neither written nor verbal.

I find it completely unacceptable that basic hygiene standards were not upheld, especially in a hotel that welcomes families with small children. Our entire vacation was negatively impacted, and the hotel management made no visible effort to restore our trust or improve the experience.

Please consider this review seriously if you are thinking about booking this hotel.

I stayed here recently hoping for a peaceful getaway during a difficult time of grieving, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Our room was not properly cleaned before arrival — the floor was dirty, and there were stains on towels and pillowcases. The food was terrible, lacking freshness and variety. On top of that, some staff members were rude and dismissive, which made us feel unwelcome. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all near the pool area, making it hard to stay connected. Overall, this stay was far from the relaxing break we needed. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their standards.

So lets start with the hotel as a building, old from outside not renovated for a years. The reception sofa was with greasy stains. It looks like the hotel hasn’t been cleaned for a years. The windows from outside never washed. The room was nice like not luxury but fair enough. The personal is like really friendly and the room was cleaned good every day. Now the outside, which is pool and beach. The pool are is like really good. The water is not so cold and not so hot, enough for refreshing. There are four pools outside, one of them
Is for kids. The pools are clean and nice maintained. The drinks where quality like everything was original. There are shops inside not expensive. There is also kid court inside There are couple of bars which are fine, one inside the hotel and three outside. There is also ice cream place and pastry shop. Now the food. The food is disappointing. They have one restaurant and one snack bar. The snack bar is near the beach and also they have court like pasta and chicken specialities. The food is the same every single day no difference. Same food like the food is 2 out of 5, just disappointing. The main restaurant is doing every night grilled meat but every day the same like not tasty at all. The sweets and cakes just pudding and 1 out of 5. The snack bar is also nothing special i had a burger it was not tasty at all. So the food I am giving in totally 1.5 out of 5. They should change the chief there like urgent. The beach is nice and clean, like not luxury but fair enough. There are animation time which is so kind and good and they have some programs that are really cool and there are also programs for kids. There is also after midnight night club inside the resort which is also nice.
So totally I am giving a review 3 out of 5. And for me this is not a 5 star hotel. In Europe it would be 3 maybe 3.5 star hotel. Like if you would renovate the hotel and clean as it should be maybe it could be 5 stars hotel and change the food immediately. I was first time in this hotel and for now not planning to visit anymore. And yes I forgot I had ultra all inclusive package but in the mini bar they don’t put alcohol only soft drinks. Like what?. I am a bit disappointed of the hotel’s management. If you are not gonna improve. You lose

On photos, the hotel looked luxurious, but in reality — it’s more modest 🥺.

Room:
We were lucky to get a two-story family room: spacious, but cleanliness left much to be desired — stains, occasional trash. Walking barefoot? Instant black heels 😐.

Room cleaning was superficial: bed made, towels changed.

Food & Drinks:
Cups and glasses are tiny, constantly need refills. Some dishes were dirty or chipped 🫣. Food is not bad, especially the grill in the evening, but labels often wrong (translation issues) or missing entirely 😅. Juices taste like chemicals. Tables sometimes dirty, no utensils, clearly not enough staff.

Territory & Beach:
The pools and beach are fine, gentle entry 🥰.
Plastic sunbeds, some broken. People “reserve” them with towels from morning 🤬! Lost a towel that looks like a rag? 20€ fine 🙉.

Trash bins everywhere, but people throw garbage wherever they see, especially cigarette butts 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Gym:
Tiny, not enough equipment 😒.

Staff:
Some staff unfriendly or speak only Turkish 🤔. But many people speak three languages: German, English and Russian, which is very convenient 😉.

Animators:
The guys are charismatic, funny, energetic, talented 😛. Concerts were great. Organization of games and discos leaves much to be desired.
