Spectacular location, heated swimming pool which was handy in October, friendly staff. Adults nighttime entertainment were great, especially Latino band! Ice cream and waffle kiosks were nice treat. Hotels shops were reasonable priced. However, personally I was disappointed with food selection, especially at night time. There was alacarte restaurant but I would expect better standard from five star hotel than tost with chips, we only visited once when we arrived at night and chips were almost cold. There wasn't really any kids buffet. The food was also located without logical sense for me. Having milk on the one side of restaurant and cereal on the other didn't make sense. The other downside was cleanliness of room and kids club. Mini disco was exact the same every night. Staff on kids club haven't looked interested in building any relations with kids so my daughter weren't happy to spend time there by herself. However, if someone has lower expectations than I this place can be a great choice!

Fantastic holiday, rooms and a few things needed a little TLC but as we were at the end of the season, it not difficult to understand it's hard to maintain during peak times. Views are fabulous, the sea and the mountains. Areas well landscaped. Plenty of bars, pools, and a waterpark. Beach is stoney, but water is clear and idyllic. Rooms were great size. Food was superb, lots of choices and very tasty.

Had a great half term holiday at Sherwood Exclusive Kemer. Lots of different pools with the accommodation spread out overall large area. Direct access to the sea and beautiful views. The weather, mid 20's was just right for us. The buffet was very good. Loads of choice. We also had a lovely a la carte meal in the Italian restaurant. Very tasty and good service. We we looked after by Johnson, in guest relation , who was able to organise the meal and sort out any issues for us

My biggest complaints are the staff and cleanliness. While most of the staff (especially at the bars) are pretty nice, most of the waiters at the restaurant were pretty subpar, we often had to wait for periods of time so long that we sometimes finished our meals before getting any kind of service. As for the food it's okay? t's kind of repetitive except maybe at dinner but the taste and quality is decent. As for the cleanliness, simply speaking the staff do the barely do their job, oftentimes our tables would be sticky and housekeeping always did the most bare minimum superficial cleaning, one time we even got our sheets stained with something . To add insult to injury, on day 2 of our vacation we entered our room to find the absolute biggest cockroach we've ever seen just laying on our floor (which tells you how much they clean). Furthermore our fridge was supposed to be stocked daily but it was super random, on our 10 day vacation I think we got a restock like 3 or maybe 4 times. As for the hotel grounds themselves everything looks good from 5 meters away, many things just need repair or replacement such as the pavements. You can also forget about any kind of paid experiences or entertainment, they will cost at least twice what they should (for example me and my girlfriend wanted to rent jet ski for a little, the cheapest option was 120€ per person), furthermore the pools were pretty dirty . On the bright side the entertainment was very nice, the staff were incredibly active, friendly and cool people and organized plenty of fun activities (though the music nights sometimes focused a little too much on the Russian guests, though that's a minor nitpick), the beach was a little rocky but the hotel has a pier with a bar that goes beyond the rocky areas which made swimming incredibly comfortable, the green areas are very well kept and have many cute and friendly cats wondering around which was very cute. I like the hotel I just wish it was overall it was better maintained and I especially wish that cleaning did a lot better (Like seriously the way they work is unacceptable) or if at least the price could reflect the lack of cleanliness. Another random thing, if you happen to ask reception to call you a taxi prepare to be massively ripped off, it is 70 Euro to the airport. Now on the positive side, the spa place is pretty nice ( overpriced, me and my girlfriend payed 220 Euro for a Turkish bath and a massage but whatever)

Everything – from cleanliness to services, food, staff, and activities – was absolutely outstanding. The hotel is impeccably maintained, with spacious, spotless rooms and perfectly kept common areas.

The food was varied, delicious, and high-quality, catering to all tastes. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The activities offered are diverse and well-organized, ensuring there’s never a dull moment.

The hosts were exceptionally helpful, always making sure every guest feels welcome and cared for. It was a worry-free holiday, with everything you could wish for to enjoy a perfect stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The entertainment group is amazing — fun, charismatic, and always creating a great atmosphere. You can see that the hotel is improving overall and getting better every year. The only thing that could be improved is the rooms, so they match the high level of service.

Overall, it’s a wonderful place to relax — highly recommend!

This hotel is not a 5-star resort — 3-star at best.

Before booking, I strongly recommend reading the Google reviews carefully. It’s noticeable that many of the 5-star reviews come from accounts with only one review and no verification, which feels questionable. Make up your own mind, but it’s worth noting.

First impressions matter, and unfortunately ours were poor. On arrival, the lobby looked dirty, dark, and scruffy, immediately raising concerns. As it was dark, we couldn’t see the full grounds until the morning — which only revealed further neglect.

Staff & service:
Trying to book restaurants was frustrating. The lady at the desk ignored us while scrolling on her phone for around five minutes, then was rude when she finally responded. In the buffet, you regularly have to ask three or more times for cutlery — and often it never arrives because there simply isn’t any. Toilets around the hotel are dirty, broken, and not cleaned regularly.

Rooms:
Our room itself was acceptable, but the shower was freezing and the air conditioning unit had visible mould. In the end, we had to use the gym showers because the room shower was unusable.

Food & drink:
The food is clearly catered almost entirely to Russian guests, not English ones. After a 10-hour journey, we arrived at the buffet (advertised as open until 4am) only to be told they had one option: chicken soup.
At the 24-hour bar, the waiter immediately pointed at the tip jar before we even ordered, which felt uncomfortable.

Breakfast is chaotic — people fighting over plates and cutlery due to shortages. Even when asking staff repeatedly, they don’t return because there simply isn’t enough.

The so-called à la carte restaurants were no better. We paid €30 per person, but the food appeared to be the same as the buffet. On Asian night, several of us became ill, which was the final straw.

Facilities & safety:
The slides themselves are good, but the heavily corroded railings are an accident waiting to happen (photos attached). The hotel grounds are dangerous, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected.
Fridges around the resort do not work, are warm, and have mould growing inside, with open bottles of wine left sitting in them.

Pools are nice, but sun loungers are worn out, areas aren’t swept, and there are beer bottles and smashed glass left around. Nothing feels cleaned or cared for.

Other issues:
•	Wi-Fi barely works
•	Orange juice is just cordial
•	Hotel appears Russian-owned and heavily geared towards Russian tourists, despite operating under a Turkish flag

Conclusion:
You couldn’t pay me to return to this hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Turkey, and this is by far the worst — not just disappointing, but unsafe. I genuinely believe Jet2 and TUI should reconsider offering this hotel, as it is not fit for purpose.

This is not a place for English guests.
