Lovely week spent at Sherwood dreams resort. On the whole it was a great experience, very clean and great amenities. Food was great lots of diff options something for everyone. Water was readily available around the resort. The snack bars and drinks were easily accessible and great. If you missed lunch the snack bars had sufficient food to eat. Some things the hotel can do to improve: - reception staff were helpful and always friendly. But staff in the restaurant could be rude and hardly ever made eye contact - room was cleaned regularly but dependent on cleaner it wasnβt always cleaned to same standard and towels werenβt always replenished. There was four of us in the room and at times we would have 1/2 big towels left and no foot towel. Beds were to be changed if you put a sign on a bed, we had 3 beds an one sign n cleaner only changed the bed with sign on it π - me n my daughter got stuck on one of the slides in the bend and no one came to help us or even check why it took so long to get out - the Turkish alacarte was lovely but didnt have no beef liver which two of us were really looking forward to having Evening Entertainment was top notch! The performers did an amazing job. The bus stop to go into belek city centre was a 5min walk away and was easy enough to get to and find. Land of legends was easy enough to get to on the bus too and only β¬3 for two people, took around 20/25mins to get there.
Excellent hotel, great staff. We were there 24th Oct for a week. Water is cold apart from small pool, the sea was actually so much warmer! Pools are good though and slides for kids excellent. The beach area is brilliant with a pier with sun beds on. There are sit down restaurants for the afternoon not just the snack bar, which we didnβt realise, so ask for a full breakdown. Food is good, lots of veriety and the drinks also. Premium drinks available, but you need to ask. Can get bottles Efes at the bars at beach end of the hotel (two bars do them, one has help yourself fridge. Really enjoyed the hotel and would go back. Kent market down the road is a must but there is a larger one a further 5 mins down the road. As late oct it did rain (see photo!) and thunder which is fine but entertainment moved indoors and itβs a conference room with no atmosphere at all, not even any lighting, so that needs updated. Would recommend.
Service excellent! The staff here are fabulous hard working and always polite. This must be down to management and Iβve never experienced it before. Thanks for a lovely clean room we stay in the third floor and was such a fabulous clean room everyday. Food great they take great care not to waste so itβs table service in snack bar I really like that. Beach awesome always find space on there. Kids pool very fun. Oh and they even have a coffee shop we went every day for a flat white and cake ! Delicious
