The staff are very friendly and can't help you enough. The pool areas are clean and tidy. Having many pools you can find a nice quiet area to relax. The buffet restaurants has a very good selection of food. We like the a le carte restaurants which are less busy and the food and service is excellent.

Our stay at Jaz Sharm Dreams was absolutely wonderful. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully managed, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a comfortable vacation.

The staff is extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile, which truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Housekeeping was excellent, and cleanliness was maintained at a very high standard in rooms as well as common areas.

The overall atmosphere of the resort is peaceful, positive, and family-friendly, and everything is thoughtfully organized for guests’ comfort. It’s a place where you can truly unwind and enjoy quality time.

Fabulous, clean  hotel in a perfect location, easily accessible for all activities. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to be on hand to assist and very welcoming!! Unfortunately the only thing that brings the review of this hotel down is it is over run by Russians who are incredibly rude and aggressive with other nationalities and witnessed a few occasions where they shouted at staff in front of all guests and it ruined the atmosphere. This however is no reflection on the hotel itself or their very accommodating staff!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. From the moment our group of eleven checked in, every member of the team went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure our experience was as comfortable as possible.

The administration staff, housekeeping team, cooks, pool staff, bar staff, entertainment team, and the managers all demonstrated exceptional hospitality. We were regularly checked on to make sure we had everything we needed, and no request was ever too small. Even something as simple as mentioning that we preferred our red wine not to be placed in the fridge was taken care of immediately, and we were kindly provided with beautifully room-temperature wine.

First I want to say that the territory looks pretty good, the gardens are pretty and i adore the flowers and exotic trees, it all looks very aesthetic but, there are a few bad things about this hotel as well. The service was bad in my opinion, no one seems friendy or happy expecially the chefs and bartenders, they look very annoyed and once told us to order faster and leave. Another time a bartender even forgot my order and I never received it. Most the times I've ordered the same thing, a simple mohito but each time from diffrent bartenders I received somthing completely diffrent, and once got just a spite with a lemon slice. I think the food was pretty  good, it was something diffrent from what I usually eat and I liked trying somthing new but over the week I noticed most the stuff stayed the same and didn't change, but for me it was pretty tasty. There are also birds inside the cafeteria, it seems not to bother others but I think that's slightly unhygienic. Most the time I've been told by family members the cups in the cafeteria are dirty, so are the new "clean" plates they bring in.

The animators honestly suprised me, I've seen the women animators putting makeup on in public bathrooms, sit in phones and mostly communicate very little and don't seem very interested in entertaining the guests while the male animators seemed more energetic.  Though I should agree that the dances were really nice and I liked the music choice.

There was also a party once and I really enjoyed it, it was mostly meant for children but I saw that they put a lot of effort into it.

The only person who we've really talked to and I enjoyed talking to was the manager Remon, he was energetic, happy to see everyone and making sure everyone feels well. I expecting this from everyone, but the workers here seem bored, annoyed and not interested in speaking.

The rooms were well, I honestly dont care much about how it looks like but I didn't like how the cleaner cleaned it. Most the time he forgets to add new toilet paper or leave new milk or tea, It was very frustrating.

It all looked nice but the outside chairs and beds looked very used and old and should be replaced.

Perfect Holiday at Jaz Sharm Dreams Resort – Exceptional Service!
We had a truly wonderful stay at Jaz Sharm Dreams Resort, and it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever experienced in Sharm El Sheikh. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The resort is large, clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were very comfortable and cleaned daily. The food was tasty, fresh, and offered a good variety every day. The swimming pools and beach area were excellent, well organized, and perfect for relaxing.
What really stands out at this hotel is the high level of service and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay smooth and stress-free.
A very special mention goes to Raymond from Guest Relations. He is truly the best staff member in the hotel. Raymond handled all our requests and any small issues quickly and professionally, always following up and making sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude, care, and dedication made a huge difference and turned our stay into an unforgettable vacation.
Jaz Sharm Dreams Resort is an excellent choice for families, couples, and friends.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return again in the future.

LOVE IT MY FAVORITE HOTEL EVER!!!! The staff is soooo nice i just have no words I LOVE IT I am sa sad to leave i would like to stay here a little longer and i have made so many friends and memories here i hope to come back next year and the room cleaner’s were so so so nice they made cool animals. I hope to come back soon

Would like to point out to people looking to stay here that the hotel staff do ask (push) for 5 star reviews so I think its skewed. I dont think its a 5 star luxury resort. More 3.5.

Pros:
- It is a excellent location, beach and snorkeling location close by, short walk to a couple shopping centres
- beautiful sunrise at beach
- room was clean and cleaned well
- spacious room
- most staff are lovely but some were rude
- all inclusive drinks.
- the cooked food by chefs was better than the buffet by miles . But they didnt cook much variety.
- lots of desserts to try but only likes a few
- loungers to relax in
- entertainment in the evenings was fun

Cons
- hard selling by staff
- bad first impression of egypt when the luggage bellman wouldnt leave until he got a tip. Made us very uncomfortable. He was ungenuine and Over exaggerated. I understand tip culture is big but this was very uncomfortable.
- food overall to be honest was below average and had massively better food outside the resort
- there is one tinyyyyy and overcrowded heated pool in january.  the main pool was freezing. I think the main pool should be the one thats heated??
- some parts of the hotel are old and could do with a renovation
- rooms especially are out dated from the phones to not having plug sockets near the bed. Shower old too.
- when we were there there was building works at some parts. It was near the wellness centre too so less relaxing.
- waterpark is closed in winter - this should be clearly advertised on the website
- as most hotels overpriced excursions and wellness spa but convenience if you prefer. Concierge Taxis overpriced too.

Would we stay here again? No, I think there are better stays. But the value was overall really good and I did have a nice relaxing holiday at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The massage therapists were amazing, and the animation team kept us entertained both by the pool during the day and in the evenings. The pool area was well-maintained, with staff ensuring everything was clean and comfortable. This hotel is a perfect choice for a family vacation with children.
