If you want it really cheap and just want to sleep there it can be a good option.
Good breakfast, omelette was delicious and good selection of sweets.
Ate lunch once, paid 15€ and not very nice, the glasses were handwashed and not very clean.
The cleaning was not the best, especially upon arrival we had a sense that the room was not properly cleaned, dirt on walls and hair in the towels. We kept our sandals on in the shower and inside.
The staff was great and very helpful, special thanks to Zezo who welcomed me upon arrival and worked overtime to meet our needs and concerns.
The balcony was nice.
The music was a bit too loud in the morning.
Walking distance from the ocean but you have to pay to visit the beach and swimming is very difficult.
But overall for what you pay its pretty good.

You have to keep in mind how much you pay and what you get. You get good food(diferent every day), clean rooms. Hotel has a lot of staff who does job very well: animators give their hearts to amuse your stay and not to be bored from lying by the pool with aerobics (greetings to Karim), streching to evening programs. Big thanks and greetings to restaurant worker Mohamed Hamdi, who gives to this hotel a lot keeping clients happy and satisfied with their stay. Hotel should be proud having this employee. Rooms are clean, cleaned up every day and very well. But the interior is a little bit old fashioned but you have to remember jow much you payed.

The overall experience was absolutely horrible! The chairs and tables are broken and dirty, the cups and plates in the restaurant are broken. There’s no slippers, or tissue box and tissue roll in the rooms. The curtains aren’t hung up properly, and the rooms weren’t clean when we checked in. The service is super poor and the manager needs to take training to improve and handle a resort properly. The food quality is also very very poor. The room had a broke. Telephone that no one bothered to fix. The hairdryer that’s also broken. The presentation of the resort is really bad and they should seriously work on it if they want to attract customers and visitors. The only positive thing is that the staff are friendly but overall the experience is horrible and we won’t come again. If you wanna enjoy your experience in sharm avoid this resort at all costs!

I was considering leaving a 4 star review, but hopefully the feedback will be more beneficial, than a false rating. Everything in detail:
1. Rooms: they're more or less good, the layout is great and no noise problems from neighboring rooms. The sounds and music from street or inner pool area is a different story. Cleanliness is existant, but having found slapped mosquito corpses uncleaned from the walls and previous guest left stickers is hinting at a reckless cleaning after the guests check out. The building is old and was generally renovated, but there are cracks on the floor and ceiling, which are eye-catching nevertheless.

2. Food: the choice in the buffet is alright and it is definitely broad if you have enough creativity. Taste is average/good, but not special. However, the reuse of previously unconsumed ingredients is noticeable everyday. Does not worsen the flavors much though. As for an European visitor, I did get slight food poisoning nevertheless.

3. Staff and services: the workers at the reception are exemplary workers. The room cleaner guy is a talented towel folder as well. Other workers are seemingly helpful and polite, however some really seem to be fed up with their work. An important note for the management about animators - the communication of ongoing events and shows is almost unexistant. Either advertised privately or rarely eith a leaflet. What is the greatest solution for this issue is a simple timetable of shows at the entrance to the pool area AT LEAST. Anyone could understand what and when will happen on that day. Additionally, animators should probably consider uodating their playlist, because blasting the same songs and repeating mixes several times a day - everyday easily gets annoying.
Wi-Fi in some locations is questionable, but in some is abundnt and fast (reception area).
It is also very convenient that the staff provides enough drinkable water.

Overall, a not bad price offer for the amenities experienced. Recommendation is neutral. :)

Do not use this hotel it's an absolute nightmare, we stopped 10 nights, after our hotel we wanted was fully booked and this was recommended by cheeky trips, we checked the reviews but because we only had a few days before we went we booked it. No hot water I got a maintenance guy come to check it he said just run the water for five minutes it will get hot so ran water for ten minutes still no hot water, talked to the one and only other British people and they had the same issue.They supply you with tea and coffee in the room but no cups or glasses they also gave us a broken kettle which took them three days to replace, after asking many times for cups and glasses after a few days decided to borrow some from the restaurant. The cleaner for the room must have only 5 minutes to spend on each room terrible service, he took our towels away after our first shower and never returned with clean ones this was consistent during the holiday, reception where sick of our faces.Toilet rolls where gold dust we ended up buying some from the local supermarket.All the food was foreign based nothing for the British. The private Beach was a ten minute ride in a courtesy mini bus and on arrival looked like a bomb had been dropped, if you wanted anything to eat or drink there is a shop on site and you need to buy them ( we were on all inclusive ), there are no toilet facilities.The guy at the pool bar was ignorant and disappeared for a long time keeping you waiting several times. Nobody cleaned away any plates, cups etc at the pool side the same items were in the same place during our stay ( 10 nights ).One positive is the Animation team were Brilliant. Repeat do not use this hotel
