The hotel is absolutely perfect. We were completely satisfied with everything, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect vacation.
The entire resort is beautifully maintained, full of greenery, and very clean. The pools are beautiful, spacious, and always spotless, so we really enjoyed them.
But the staff and animation team deserves the highest praise. Everyone was incredibly kind, cheerful, helpful, and professional. Thanks to their attitude, we felt welcome and right at home the entire time.

It was our first vacation in Turkey, and we chose the Monachus Family Resort. One of the reasons was the variety of sports activities on offer, since we didn’t want to spend our entire vacation just by the sea or by the pool.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised.  There was a great selection of food, the accommodations were nice, the hotel setting was perfect, and the biggest praise goes to the entertainment team, who took care of us and all the guests with a smile from morning till night and accommodated every request—a special thank you to Kristina, Káta, and their boss, Meme.  We’ll definitely be back in the future

We had a fantastic family vacation at Monachus Family Resort Sorgon. The hotel is perfect for families and truly offers something for everyone. The facilities, surroundings, pool, beach, and restaurants were all excellent.

What really made the difference, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming — from the waiters and chefs to the animation team. Their positive attitude and hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay.

We will definitely come back and can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at this hotel. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the sea was beautiful and very enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel very welcome. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they are very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we had a fantastic holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again.

We stayed for 10 days at the Monachus Family Resort Sorgun as a family with two children, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. You truly feel welcome here, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.

The surroundings are beautiful, well maintained, and create a very relaxing atmosphere — perfect for a family holiday. The food was consistently excellent with plenty of variety and high quality across all meals.

A special mention goes to Meltem Filiz, who kindly arranged an upgrade for us as returning guests. We really appreciated this gesture, especially since our previous visit took place during the hotel’s early opening phase when there were still several areas for improvement.

It’s genuinely impressive to see how every point of feedback from that earlier stay has been taken seriously and fully implemented. Housekeeping was very good and were so kind to always clean our room in the morning. Another clear example is the food offering: previously, lactose-free products and pancakes were not available, but during this stay both were properly introduced and well catered for. Our son especially loved that freshly made pancakes were prepared every day just for him — a small detail that made a big difference.

The dessert buffet has become slightly more compact, but this is actually an improvement in our view, as it now focuses on freshly prepared desserts, which were absolutely delicious.

Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and left extremely satisfied. We are even considering returning again later this year — which probably says it all about how good the experience was.
