Lovely hotel, excellent staff especially the wonderful Papa (pronounced Papay) the hardest working, most cheerful, friendly bartender ever! Good restaurant with excellent choices, spacious room, comfortable bed. Would need aircon in summer though, but rooms are still being updated so that will happen soon but best check.
Good location near beach and nature reserve. Plenty of bars and restaurants  nearby. Heated swimming pool.

Amazing hotel!
The premium room was gorgeous and has everything we needed, the staff was so lovely and helped us with anything we needed. The location is a 5 min walk away from the beach and there is a shopping centre in front of us, very convenient. Overall i’m happy with my experience, thank you!

2nd year staying at the Servatur.
It seems they have been busy refurbishing since my last stay making it even better value for money.
Well equipped apart hotel with friendly and welcoming staff.
Perfect location right by the beach, shops and restaurants.
At the price point it’s a very good value option when staying in Jandia.

What a fantastic customer service for a week from Simon, Jeanette, Magada so so wonderful people and warm reception and kind and caring, always went out their way to help us and made the stay excellent experience, love you guys the very best on the Island and makes this place feel you are part of their family, will miss you all and Simon’s famous words “yes please” 😊

Tired hotel in need of some TLC but if you pay 50-60 per night it is average.  There is no microwave.  You have to ask reception for a toaster.  Has two electric rings and very little else.  No kettle just coffee machine.  Sea view is on floors 7/8/9.  If this hotel gets full you would never get a lounger by the pool.  Bathroom very dark even with lighting.  It is in a fantastic spot and 5 mins from the sea it’s a shame they do not do more to bring it up to date.  It has a restaurant buffet style but from what we saw it was not very appetising.  There are a few restaurants and shops in the locality and a very good Chinese on the doorstep.  Cleaning of the rooms only done once every three days.

Most disgusting hotel ive ever been!! Checked in and had a long day of travel wanted to go to sleep at 22:00pm.
- Pulled back the blankets and multiple spots of BLOOD in the bed. Took photos, went to the reception. They couldnt do anything and they give me clean sheat to put on the bed myself. Then is see even the pillow has blood on it.
- The walls are rotten.
- Nasty substances on the wall.
- Electricity hanging loos from the wall, pretty dangerous.

It was on of the cheaper places but i recommend you to invest a little more in a cleaner hotel than this! Dont recommend

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday, the hotel team prepared a greeting card for me and wonderful wine, which we drank on the balcony by the setting sun. Thank you very much for such a wonderful surprise! I recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back here next year♥️.

We were sceptical about staying here due to the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised and it surpassed our expectations. All of the staff were so lovely, when we arrived Patrizia checked us in and was so welcoming and super helpful, as was Eli who served us on the bar (we loved the 2 for 1 drinks at happy hour).

Our room was very clean and shampoo was provided as well as a few cleaning products. Our room was cleaned on the third day of our 5 day stay and was done so to a high standard (except under the beds could do with a clean). We also noticed the hotel entrance always smelt so fresh. The kitchen was kitted out with enough utensils and appliances for our needs, we cooked up a storm every morning (see attached photos). The fridge/freezer was also plenty big enough. The free Wi-fi was a bonus.

The location couldn’t be better, theirs a mini market practically next door and lots of little local market stalls nearby, the beach (which is the best we have seen on the island) is practically on the doorstep and the walk into Morro Jable is along the beach and so scenic, it also only took us about 20 minutes.

There was building work happening outside but it hardly affected us and the balcony was still very peaceful. I’m not sure how people have complained about the club in the shopping centre keeping them awake - when our balcony door was closed we couldn’t hear it at all.

I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to come back soon. The negative reviews are clearly being left by people who book a budget hotel but expect it to be a 5 star. I definitely think this hotel deserves more credit, we loved it and it definitely ticked all our boxes.

This apartment hotel is located 300 metres from Jandía Beach, 1.5 km from Morro Jable. This is a commercial district with countless shops, bars, and restaurants. The sandy beach is 300 m away. Cosmos, Palm Garden and Atlántica Shopping Centres are near the apartment hotel and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. This wonderful island offers attractions to suit all tastes and ensure an unforgettable holiday.
Hotel can request a deposit of 150€ that will be charged by credit card upon arrival. It will be returned after checking the room/apartment, if there have been no damages durying your stay (until 48h after check-out).
