Definitely not for mobility or visually impaired. So many steps and not well marked. All the staff were lovely and helpful apart from the women on the bar who were grumpy and unfriendly. Very poor and limited choice of all inclusive drinks. We bought two vodka and cokes and it cost 20 euros. The food was mixed. Good breakfast and all meals had excellent choice of salad and fruit but the rest of the food was bland or very salty. The room was basic but nice. The location was good and although there is a bus every hour a car would be advisable.
We got a last minute cheap deal on this hotel but if we had paid full price it would have been a disappointment.
Crete itself was lovely and lots to see and do even at the end of season.

The hotel is located quite far from both the beach and the city of Rethymno, about 20 km away. However, it has a nice view of the sea.
We stayed there in October, and the pool was not heated, so the water was cold.
The food is okay, with a variety of dishes, although they repeat every day.
The two worst things about the hotel are that there is mold and dampness in the rooms, and there’s no hot water in the showers.
There were also many tiny black ants in the rooms.
Additionally, there was no regular replenishment of hygiene supplies in the bathroom.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were terrible and did not meet my expectations at all. Everything was old and outdated – the walls looked like they were simply whitewashed, the furniture was worn out, and the shower was in awful condition. To make it worse, there were ants crawling on the bed and around the room.

The food was absolutely dreadful – the same thing every day, with no variety, poor quality, and honestly inedible. I was left hungry most of the time because there was nothing decent to eat.

I also paid extra for a sea view and for a double bed (or at least the option of two singles), but when I checked in, I was only given two single beds. As I was traveling alone, I still had to sleep on just one single bed, not the double I had specifically paid for. At the reception, when I complained, I was simply told: “This is high season, there are no doubles available.” The staff at the front desk were completely unhelpful and dismissive.

On top of that, the mattresses and pillows were so uncomfortable that it was almost impossible to sleep – and I am not even a picky person when it comes to these things. The so-called “room cleaning” was nothing more than changing two towels and making the bed, with no real cleaning done at all.

There was no entertainment, no animation, and nothing to do in the evenings. During the day you could sunbathe, go to the pool or the beach, but after that the hotel had nothing to offer. The surrounding area also had nothing interesting.

Overall, I am absolutely dissatisfied with everything. This hotel did not deliver on what was promised, the service was terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

It was our first time there, and we had such a beautiful experience. Staff were all very friendly and responsive to requests.  The rooms were so incredibly clean! In fact, the entire hotel was as such. The sunset view during dinner every night was gorgeous and a great reason to stick around for the all-inclusive food. Location wise, other than being super close to the beach, its a quick 15 min drive to the Old Town in Rethymno

Terrible hotel no lift and plenty of stairs to carry your luggage, just an accident waiting to happen. The place needs up dating terribly,the place looks tatty and un kept,there's no tea making facilities, no fridge, no safety deposit box, no window its awful, the rooms are not even sound proofed you can here everything. The food is very limited much like the all inclusive I was really looking forward to this but this has really tanted the holiday. The room felt like something you see in a prison on tv . We've stayed at some really beautiful places in crete , happy,wonderful staff, clean,tidy,looked after,really well equipped with everything.  But this is not up to scratch  Choose wisely it may look lovely online but be careful. Make good choices even the water comes out orange when you run the tap which is something you would not get in the uk.

Really nice hotel for the price. The red haired lady was a bit rude but the gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful. Rooms are small but that's to be expected. They're also ventilated (AC) and clean(although they sometimes forget to clean them). If you don't like walking into a hill not for you. Rooms are uphill. They have nice view.
Food is also nice. Even I as a picky eater choose something everytime.
Swimming pool is right up front and hotel beach is about 700 meters away. But i would recommend going a bit far. There's a really nice sand beach 200 meters away from our beach.
Bus stop is right under the hotel.
If you want beach towels they'll lend them to you for 5€ and you can change them twice without paying.
Overall: really nice hotel
