We have stayed at several places in Salou but for the price and location of this hotel, I cannot understand all the negative reviews. My partner and I stayed here recently and we could not fault anything. It's basic but clean and well maintained. Check in was efficient & friendly and the reception staff were so helpful both at check in and any time we spoke to them throughout our stay. Bar staff were also very friendly and helpful and always had a smile and chat for us, (the chilled beer glasses were a welcome addition in the heat!). Pool area was relaxing and not too overcrowded. We were also pleasantly moved to see this hotel cater for special needs adults and they did so with great respect and friendly professionalism, particularly the bar and entertainment staff. Well done to all of you. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food but everything else was absolutely fine and we would definitely stay here again

The hotel is very well located, close to everything, making it easy to get around. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The food was excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which really made my holiday special.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Stayed here for couple of days asked reception 4 times about no air conditioning working and thry said tbey would have it fixed never bothered foxing it!!!! Also breakfast on 1 of the occasions was so cold, nice we hotel a d clean bit need to sort these problems out!

No air conditioning even though advertised on website .staff said air conditioning wasn’t needed at the time of year (May) but did have air conditioning in the reception where staff worked and also switched the air conditioning on when the maids were working even though I’m glad they look after the staff I wish they had same respect and care for the paying customers
