Budget friendly self catering apartments, we were lucky to get the corner apartment.

The room itself is spacious and clean, bathroom bit dated and could do with a shower enclosure rather than shower over bath.

Staff friends both at reception and at the Beer Garden. Live entertainment on most nights and has pool tables, air hockey and football table.

They have listened to reviews and made a kitchen cleaning kit you can buy at reception for €2 as pictured.  Room has brush, dust pan and mop with bucket.

Only downside is the lack of bed side tables/shelves to put cups or phones on and a coffee table.

I would also recommend putting a sticker or sign at the balcony doors to say don't close when outside as the door locks behind you.

Lots of shops, restaurants and pubs outside the hotel walking distance. Or you can take a 5 minute stroll down the hill into main town.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would.

To start l, when you arrive you have to put down a €200 deposit for your room which you will get once you leave (This only came back into the bank 5 days after returning home).

All staff in the hotel were rude and ignorant. Not one member of staff would say Good Morning or Hello when you walked past reception or past them in the hotel.

When we got to our room it wasn’t the cleanest and there were only hand towels in the bathroom, when we asked for some bigger towels, we were told you have to rent them for €2 each! Never have I been to a hotel where they don’t provide towels!

We were self catering, there isn’t a kettle in the hotel room. Again this is something you have to rent for the duration of your time there.

The pool are was very quite but okay. They are having quite a bit of work done around the hotel so there was lots of work men and mess around the outside areas.

I would avoid this hotel.

Paid for my hotel but when we got here they wanted a 200 euro deposit in case you brake? There is nothing to brake and the rooms are not very nice.A lady came down to the pool on Monday 13/10/25. She was her 2 children and had been to the shop.She forgot something that the children wanted so had to go back very quickly.When she got back not even 5 minutes later 6 gold rings and her mobile phone had been stolen. 1 ring and her mobile was found on 1 of the cleaners.She was very upset,waiting for the police and had demanded an hotel swap.She gave the food she had just bought away to a couple,they had obviously and very rightly upgraded hwr with her swap but that won't change the way she is feeling on this holiday. I would never come back to this hotel again after just what had happened with myself.Making me sleep on a sofa because I didn't have the 200 euros because I had brought the wrong bank card and couldn't get online to xhange my money over so even though I had paid for my room,because I didnt have this money till 10am I had to sleep on a sofa in the reception with no coffee or water from 2.30am till 10am. I was all inclusive but had to sit with nothing

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would.
We arrived on 22 September 2025 and were shocked to find out there was a €200 security deposit required something that was never mentioned anywhere on their website or on the booking site. Completely unacceptable and misleading.

The apartment absolutely stunk of sewage, it was dirty when we checked in, and yet we were told to clean everything and take the bins out ourselves if we wanted our deposit back. We actually left the place in better condition than it was when we got there.

They promised to return the deposit the next day after checkout. It’s now 14 October 2025, and guess what? Still no refund. We’ve sent multiple emails all ignored. Tried calling twice both times they hung up on us.

The customer service is an absolute joke. The only decent person there is the night staff, the rest clearly couldn’t care less. Just because we’re tourists doesn’t mean we’re easy to rip off.
This whole experience has been disgusting and stressful.

We even took photographic Evidence on 26.09.25 just before we were leaving for our coach to prove we left it in a good condition. What type of holiday apartment expects you to do a full deep clean without NO cleaning supplies, I paid all that money for what? I could have just sat at home in front of the radiator to catch the rays.

Avoid Salou Pacific at all costs they’ll happily take your money and ignore you afterward. Shameful.

The location of the hotel and walking distance to the strip and to the beach which was nice. Only a couple of the staff were nice there, the rest were rude and it just gave off vibes that they didn’t like tourists.
When me and my friend first entered the room we noticed it was nothing like the pictures shown online. Had holes in the floor, damp patch on the ceiling, what I’m guessing is mould on the shower head and I was hoping it wasn’t pink mould, the railing on the balcony wasn’t steady at all, I put a little pressure on and the railings were swaying.
Only got 1 roll of toilet paper and 4 small towels, we had to buy our own toilet roll and hope for the best with our beach towels and the small towels provided. Refusing to pay for basic necessities such as the towels.
There is a lot of let downs from this place which seemed good online but ended up with mainly negative thoughts but we just dealt with what we had.
Deposit price seemed a bit too much in my eyes, I have stayed in New Orleans French quarter, 4 stars and even their deposit wasn’t that much.
Hope the business improves as from previous reviews I can see other people have had the same issues.
