We stayed here for 7 nights. Upon arrival you are asked for a €200 deposit however it is stated on the hotels website.. we booked through love holidays where it’s not stated, but with one search we found it 🤷‍♂️.

The room was clean, matched the pictures displayed when booked. Self catering room had all the facilities needed. our room was facing the Inter2 hotel where entertainment and music was played (although once the door was shut, you could not hear it. So for those who like early nights, this shouldn’t affect you).

The staff were happy to help answer questions :). A recent comment stated that the luggage storage you had to pay for, we just kindly asked if it was possible to store our luggage and the reception took us to the secure luggage room.. no charge?.

Great location, close to the town, shops are right outside, beach’s are 10 mins away. There’s great walking trails along the coast! Pool area was nice 😊.

Cannot complain about anything.
Only recommendation that we ensured we did was take time stamped photos of the room once we were in, to support deposit.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
Up on arrival, €200 deposit was taken from us incase of any breakage happening ( they said that they would return it back after 5-7 days after check out). In the rooms you have to check out before 10am however, we couldn’t check-in before 5pm and they offered us a €10 payment to be checked-in after 2pm… makes no sense. We had absolute NO towels, we payed €2 each for a rented one, no kettle,
only 1 roll of toilet paper, to top it all they wanted everything clean at the end of our stay. They don’t clean your room, (i think u also have to pay for that). Their restaurant is shared with another hotel, that is absolutely bazzare. On their website they have game facilities and bars but let them not fall you! If u want bar facilities, you can go to the other hotel and pay for anything that you order although ur package was payed for ‘full board’. We tried to take 2 croissants from the restaurant and the staff made us either eat it there or throw it out! On the pics of the website you can see the sea and how close it is; but no the beach is a 15 minutes walk. They have put the dirty mop inside the wardrobe when we first arrived … I know this is a 2 start accommodation, however their website isn’t reliable.

the worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life....I don't even know where to start. I understand that the hotel is not 5 stars but...1) 1 roll of toilet paper per week for 2 people, 2) they never cleaned the room once during the week or asked if we needed anything. 3) to enter the pool area you need to enter a 5 digit code that they give you at the reception and if you forget this code then go back to the reception again because you won't be able to enter.  4) there is no toilet in the pool area, so if you want to use the toilet, go back to your room. 5) there was construction work right in front of my balcony. 6) there was loud noise in the corridor from the very morning. 7) there is nothing in the bathroom except 1 roll of paper, no shampoo, no soap, no shower gel, there is no dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, and there is not even a kitchen towel. 8) there is no electric kettle in the room, so if you want coffee, you have to boil water in a pot. 9) very cramped room, 2 beds, a table and chairs, a sofa and a kitchen, all 30 cm apart. AND NOW THE MAIN THING - they took a 200 euro deposit from me, when I checked out they said they would return it within 24 hours, they returned it within 3 days and then only 160 euros, and where is the other 40 euros?  I didn't break anything, I didn't steal anything, I didn't make any noise, I didn't cause any problems... I ask the administration to answer my question.

I dont know why there are so many negative comments. The place was great, clean and had a great pool. It was close to 3 different beaches and there were loads to do. The food was worth it for what u pay for. Honestly for the price this place was incredible. 200eur deposit was returned. All u have to do is keep the room tidy and not break anything(respectable). Will definitely come back

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, always happy to help and quick to respond to any requests. That level of service really made a positive impression and added to the overall experience.

The hotel itself has a comfortable atmosphere, though the rooms are a little dated and could benefit from some modernisation. That said, everything was clean and functional, so it didn’t detract too much from the stay.

One thing to be aware of is that the hotel requires a £200 deposit. However, this was returned promptly the day after checkout, so it was handled efficiently without any issues.

One downside was the noise from neighbouring guests, which made it a bit harder to fully relax at times. Unfortunately, that’s not something the hotel can easily control, but it did impact the overall comfort.

While I personally probably wouldn’t choose to stay again, that’s more down to my own preferences than any fault of the hotel. The friendly staff and generally pleasant environment make it a decent option for a short stay.
