This was hands down our best vacation ever! Our family of 8 was treated like royalty. There were so many activities every single day, I honestly have no idea where the animation team gets so much energy and strength! They never stopped smiling. Julia and Daria are the best ❤️ The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was always incredibly helpful. A special shout-out and huge thanks to Abdullah from the restaurant, who looked after the first section of the dining area. What a lovely man! He welcomed our family with a huge smile every day, and we truly felt like he became a part of our family. Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable ❤️

stayed at this hotel during my holiday in Turkey. Overall, I had a good experience. The service was excellent, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only issue I had was that some of my belongings were missing from my room during my stay. Apart from this, everything else was great. I hope the hotel can improve security for guests’ personal items.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the good service provided by the hotel.

This is undeniably one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in! Located in beautiful Antalya, Turkey, we visited with our family, including my in-laws who came over from India, and the resort truly exceeded all of their expectations. It is a beautifully designed, luxury-looking hotel with superb facilities. They have the best pools (and so many of them!), and the beach is absolutely spectacular. I honestly have nothing negative to say.

The entertainment team, the mini clubs, and the staff are the best we have experienced. I also had one of the greatest spa experiences of my life here, enjoying a wonderful Turkish bath and massage. I was 5 months pregnant during our visit, and everyone who knew was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful to me, which made the trip feel so special.

The food was the best we've ever had. On our first day, the food wasn't clearly labelled. I have noticed all the European resorts have this issue; I think they should mention what's vegetarian and what's not, but they usually don't. However, when we politely mentioned this to the staff, they took immediate action. By our very next meal, everything was perfectly labelled, and we knew exactly what was in them and which dishes were vegetarian. This was the best action taken by a resort staff—none of the other resorts we've visited have ever done this!

The only slight downside to note is that it is about a 1.5-hour drive from the airport. While we had to travel quite far, I think most resorts tend to be a distance away, and the route to the hotel offered such great views that we honestly had no complaints. We had the absolute best time, and I simply cannot wait to go back!

The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with a modern and comfortable design. The attention to detail is noticeable, and housekeeping standards are excellent throughout the stay.

The staff is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points — extremely friendly, professional, and always attentive to guests’ needs. The hospitality is genuinely felt, and the team creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Even though the weather wasn’t great for April, it didn’t affect our experience at all. We still managed to enjoy the hotel’s facilities and fully relax. The calm atmosphere and high-quality services made our stay truly enjoyable.

Overall, a perfect place for total relaxation. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and overall had a wonderful experience. The service was truly outstanding — honestly, we have never seen such hardworking staff before. Everyone was always busy cleaning, organizing, and making sure guests felt comfortable. The hotel was kept very clean at all times.

The entire animation team was great and always created a fun atmosphere.

The staff genuinely tried to satisfy every guest’s needs, and their dedication did not go unnoticed. This level of service is something we rarely experience.

There were only two minor issues: sometimes the air conditioning in our room did not work properly, and the music could be quite loud at times.
