I honestly don’t understand how Royal Atlantics Raspier & Spa Side has such high ratings. This hotel is very old and outdated — they never mention the last renovation date, and it shows everywhere. It might have looked nice 10 years ago, but now it’s far from modern or luxurious.

The food is poor: there’s very little variety, the same options appear for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and many dishes look unappetizing and old. There are no gluten-free or lactose-free options, and even the coffee is instant Nescafé instead of fresh brew.

The cleanliness is terrible. Dishes, tables, and chairs are dirty and often damaged. The pool area is in bad condition — my son even got a deep cut from a broken surface. The smell in the lobby is disgusting as soon as you enter, definitely not what you expect from a spa hotel.

In the room, there are no basic amenities like conditioner, body lotion, or tissues. The soap provided is cheap and unclear whether it’s for hair or body. It feels more like a budget motel, not a 5-star resort.

Overall, this hotel is overpriced and misrepresented. It’s nothing like the beautiful modern resorts in the area that truly deserve five stars. I would never come back and don’t recommend anyone to waste their money here.

The best hotel I have visited in 10 years of vacations in Turkey. Excellent hotel especially for families. The difference is made by the staff. All the staff. Maids, bartenders, waiters, chefs, reception employees. Everything perfect from the first day of entering the hotel door until leaving. Nowhere have I met such kind and attentive staff with tourists. Excellent food, impeccable service. Although the hotel is older, everything is functional and clean. Very good beach with a gentle entrance to the sea, without stones and with clean water. Extraordinary vacation. I will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful holiday at the hotel! The animation team was energetic and made our stay unforgettable. The room was cleaned regularly and with care. The food was delicious, varied and fresh. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We would love to come back! Best of all was the darts game run by Burak Can thanks for everything 🫶🏻

This hotel claims to be 5 stars, but in reality it looks and feels like a maximum of 3 stars. The service is the worst I have ever experienced in Turkey.
I have stayed at several real 5-star hotels in Turkey before, and not once has anyone ever shouted at me. Here, at the beach bar, a waiter (named Emre/Ekrem) actually raised his voice and shouted at us just because we asked, with our own money, for a simple stuffed potato.
It is unacceptable to pay for Ultra All Inclusive, expecting top-class service, and instead receive treatment worse than in a 1-star hotel.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects real 5-star quality – you pay only for the label, not the experience.

I absolutely loved my stay, especially thanks to the amazing animator Mona, she’s so sweet and full of positive energy! She truly made the experience unforgettable. Also, a big shout-out to Azim in the service team, such a great and professional waiter.

One downside: the evening entertainment starts a bit too late (around 10 PM), and the food wasn’t very diverse, which is a bit of a shame.
But overall, it was a wonderful stay that I would definitely recommend!

Just spent a week in this hotel with our family. Had a super week. The entertainment has been fantastic every day with Burak. The range of activities were brilliant and the animation team were great fun . They couldn’t do enough for you. The food was lovely. There was a great choice every day and the staff were lovely and friendly. Also thanks for mr.levent team .
