Not a 4 star hotel. The room had a smell when we first walked in it felt muggy. There were also bugs. It was in need of a deep deep clean.  The food was ok. Breakfast was a bit better than dinner.  There was only one cook on the grill which made for long lines. The cook was working their butts off.they had theme nights but it just seemed like the same food every night. We had various items that were still raw. The pool was nice. They had entertainment which was nice. The playground area desperately needs lights.

I have come on this holiday with me 2 friends.
Whilst enjoying the entertainment in the evening. We have SEVERAL people looking at us funny. Telling us to be quiet because we were laughing. It is full of old people so if you’re young and looking for fun don’t come here. Everyone is in the older generation and don’t know how to have a laugh!
The hotel itself lovely, entertainment is so good and the team is amazing. Bar staff are so lovely and friendly. The food is lovely.  But just pre warning those young people who want to have fun, you will be judged by the other people attending.
Most people are old and sad.

DO NOT ATTEND IF YOUR UNDER 45. I acknowledge this is a family hotel, but u CANT NOT have any sort of laughter or entertainment. Most dreadful service I’ve ever received. The staff were appalling!!! No respect at all. Me and my partner played music at 3pm on our first day there m, NOT LOUD at all baring in mind they had loud music we could hear until 11/12pm every night for entertainment! They called police on us and it was genuinely traumatising. I’m not sure what they told the police due to the language barrier but we got so much grief of them! The staff were also smiling in our faces the whole time this was happening may I add… They then told us we could continue staying there after they seen how upset we were?!!!!!!! After I very cautious on our holiday due to our service from staff and how uneasy the police made us feel. I’m in disbelief and hope one day we can return to Marbella for a better experience…
FYI There wasn’t many English tourists there at all, I would advoid at all costs.

The worst breakfast we ever had. Low quality of the food.

Poor ventilation in the breakfast room and everything smells of baking and because of that the wardrobe smells bad after breakfast.

Room was old, but ok, nice view. Everything is too old and ready to be renovated.

Outside parking lot is 10€ per day. 👎A lot of guests park car around hotel (or at the mall behind the hotel) or in front the hotel on the street.

Token for glass at the swimming pool is 1€.

If you don’t have towels for pool you can buy it at the reception.

Every day there are some activities for guests. Schedule you can find at the lobby.

Long time ago it was good hotel with good concept.

P.S. We didn’t have another option so we had to stay here for 2 nights, but if we had option would never come after reading reviews.

We booked the hotel as it was rated 4 star, however it felt more like a 2 star. We stayed in NH collection Marbella before this which was definitely a 5 star. Photos speak for themselves.

We had broken lamps, AC wasn't working, hand wash on top of the toilet which made it hard for the kids to reach, shower facilities that need a deep clean and plug hole needed unblocking as we were showering with our feet in a pool of water.
The worst was when my baby girl was crawling and hit her face on the corner of the fold out bed. She still has a bruise on corner of her eye 2 days later. The bed placement and size of the room for it was not thought out well.

We also were so confused with the lift it took us to our floor but we still had to use stairs to get to the room. With kids, pram and luggage this was tough and a struggle whenever we left the room to go anywhere. If you are not fit or don't have extra hands this is a nightmare.

A 4 star hotel should have basic amenities in the room like bottled water and a kettle but the room was so empty and uninviting
