Rixos Park Belek is a beautiful resort with excellent facilities and a fantastic concept for families. The landscaping, swimming pools, beach, entertainment, and overall atmosphere are outstanding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary access to The Land of Legends is a great added value. The property itself truly has the potential to be one of the best family resorts in Antalya.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was significantly affected by several operational and service issues.

The biggest disappointment was the attitude of many staff members, particularly some of the Turkish staff working in the buffet restaurant. While some employees, especially members of the international team, were friendly and professional, many interactions felt cold, unwelcoming, and at times even rude. Hospitality is one of the most important aspects of a five-star resort, and this fell well below expectations.

The food also needs improvement. There is a very large selection, but it feels like the focus is on quantity rather than quality. I would rather see fewer dishes with higher quality, better presentation, and a wider variety of authentic mezze and regional specialties.

We also experienced a serious security issue with our room. The key cards provided at check-in did not work properly. After replacement cards were issued, the room door could still be opened without using any key card for almost two days before the problem was fixed. For a luxury resort, this should never happen and needs immediate attention.

Another area that requires improvement is the buggy transportation. During busy periods, there was no organized queue, and guests were left competing to board the buggy. A simple queue management system would make the experience much more comfortable and orderly.

As a constructive suggestion, I believe it would be beneficial for the owners or senior Rixos management to carry out regular guest experience audits and operational reviews. As a guest, I felt there was a disconnect between the outstanding physical property and the day-to-day service being delivered. More frequent oversight could help ensure that the guest experience consistently reflects the high standards associated with the Rixos brand.

I am giving 3 stars because, although the resort itself deserves a much higher rating, the combination of the room security issue, inconsistent service, food quality, and operational shortcomings had a significant impact on our stay. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this resort has everything it needs to become truly exceptional.

Our dreamy stay at Rixos goes back to September 2025, and we still talk about it! ❤️
We had one of the best vacations of our lives. The hotel is huge, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by large, lush green spaces that make the whole place feel like a little getaway of its own.
We stayed in a Sultan Suite with a jacuzzi, which had its own beautiful garden and pool area dedicated to this room category. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. The kids received complimentary gifts with snacks and shampoo kits, and we were also given the Rixy Kids Club schedule, which was very helpful for planning our days.
There are golf carts available to take you from the suite area to the main hotel, where you can enjoy all the facilities, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. The kids' restaurant was also a great touch, with kid-friendly food and snacks, small tables and chairs, and TVs.
We personally preferred staying at the pool right next to our suite because it was so convenient and peaceful for the kids, but there are several other pools around the resort, so there is something for everyone.
In the evenings, People’s Restaurant is open, and there is also a hookah and bar area in another part of the resort with live music, which makes for a lovely evening atmosphere.
Another thing we appreciated was how much the resort offers beyond the usual hotel facilities. There is a doctor’s clinic, a kids' hairdresser where they can get colorful braids, and an amazing spa where you genuinely feel like you have disconnected from everything and completely recharged. ✨
A useful tip: If you’re planning to visit The Land of Legends, make sure to get the bus schedule and book your shuttle early at the desk. Also, wait for the bus ahead of the assigned time because it may leave earlier once it is full.
Overall, such a beautiful family vacation and a stay we would happily repeat. ❤️🌴

This has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. My mother has a serious phobia of pests and lizards, and despite us reporting the issue more than three times, absolutely nothing was done to help. We even asked to change rooms, only to be told the hotel was fully booked, with no effort made to offer any alternative or solution.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of care from the staff. We spoke to more than five different staff members and managers, yet nobody took ownership of the situation or showed any genuine concern. Every conversation ended with excuses instead of action. For a hotel that claims to care about its guests, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

The cleanliness was also far below what anyone should expect. The toilet was dirty when we arrived, and the water contained visible dirt and hair, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards.

A hotel should make guests feel comfortable and cared for, especially when they raise repeated concerns. Instead, we were ignored, dismissed, and left to deal with the problem ourselves. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning

Title: Disappointing experience – Not up to the Rixos name or price tag
The hotel is large and spacious, but the outer rooms are very far away. You need a shuttle to get to the main building and the pools, which means waiting for it to arrive. To make matters worse, the shuttle service stops working after 12:00 AM, forcing you to walk the entire distance back.
The food is repetitive, with the exact same selection every day and absolutely no variety or new dishes. Additionally, there are cats roaming around between guests in the main restaurant, which is very annoying.
Room service is a hit-or-miss experience; it completely depends on your luck. If the staff on duty is in a good mood, they will provide water and towels. If not, you have to constantly call guest services to bring the missing items.
As for the staff in general, the Turkish employees are very nice and polite, but there is a clear inconsistency in how the staff of other nationalities treat guests.
Housekeeping and overall cleanliness are not up to high-quality standards.
There are no water slides (aquapark) or proper nightly shows at the hotel like you typically find in other Antalya resorts. Instead, they offer a free shuttle bus to "The Land of Legends" if you register your name. However, once you get there, you have to wait in long lines for over an hour for every single ride due to the massive crowds.
This resort is absolutely not suitable for families with children or teenagers looking for water parks and active entertainment. In reality, there was a huge gap for me between the Rixos brand name and the actual level of service provided. It is definitely not worth the expensive price paid.

Excellent hotel, we found the food to be top quality, fresh meat off the grill, very large variety. The pool areas are calm, spacious and you can order drinks there too -straight to the sun lounger!

Staff are good, helpful when asked. The rooms are air conditioned, clean, serviced daily and restocked snacks and drinks daily.

Complimentary entry to Land of Legends was a nice addition as was the access to the a la carte restaurant The Grill.
