Staff is friendly, some of them very friendly. Most of them speak English (German more spoken at the Sister Hotel Riviera Spa).

Buffet might be smaller than in other hotels. Nevertheless there is a big variety of food which changes every meal. They serve different fish, side dishes, ... Well prepared and delicious. I haven't eaten that good in a while in an all inclusive hotel. Cannot understand negative comments about food.

All inclusive: can be booked for an additional EUR 15 per day. Includes soda and some alcohol. No drinks included. Fresh juice not included (other juices are included). Everything at the beach is not included: Sunbeds EUR 3 per bed, parasol EUR 3. At hotel pool for free.
No hidden costs. If one can read, all information is easily available.

Currently very attractive SPA offers: EUR 30 for 60 minute Hamam or 60 minute Massage. Both to be recommended (real 60 minute and good massage).

I booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary.
We’ve stayed in many hotels around Alanya, but unfortunately this was the worst one and definitely overpriced.

There were no beach towels, no beach access, and the hotel itself had no atmosphere or interesting interior. We checked in and left within one hour because there was simply nothing to do there.

We paid a 50% cancellation fee, and honestly, even that was worth it just to leave and move to another hotel.

The room itself was clean and modern, so if you are only looking for a small room to sleep in, it might be fine for you. But overall, the hotel was very disappointing. We wasted both time and money and decided to move elsewhere.

P.S We asked about cancellation immediately after check-in because the hotel did not meet our expectations, but we were initially told that cancellation was impossible. Only later were we offered a partial refund. But we spent time for that 👎

We stayed in Riviera Zen in July 2025 and it was the most perfect vacation! The hotel itself is very modern and clean, staff is very kind and speaks great English. We had a room on the 5th floor and we had a partial view of the sea from up above. The cleaning ladies cleaned our room everyday and arranged our towels in very pretty and sometimes even funny ways and even left us some flowers on the bed, they deserve all the praise. We had all inclusive and there was so much food to pick from, different kinds of meat, potatoes, rice, fries, fruit and vegetables and cakes, they made themed dinners sometimes too. There was a bar at the pool where you could get snacks like cakes, fruit and ice cream during the day and you could make yourself coffee too. As for alcohol they didn’t make any cocktails but they offered beer, wine and spirits. The beach is just across the street through a beautiful park with fountains, there are cats everywhere and there’s also a cemetery where you can see turtles! There are many souvenirs shops around as well. I recommend visiting Alanya Castle by cable car and also Damlatas Caves. I wish Alanya was closer from the Antalya airport, sadly the transfer was almost 4 hours long so it was probably my first and last time in Riviera Zen but if it was closer I would love to come again. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet, city center animation and child-free vacation, as a couple we loved it there.

Room view could not be worse than this you open the balcony and your view is white wall and air-condition device of other building.food was good location is good.but reception is acting like bazar they wanna just charge you for extras. For example late checkout is 80 euros and every hour has different price reception manager and reception was super unprofessional.kitchen people are so nice.defenitely last time because of reception stuff and their way of dealing with things .

First of all let me say in one word, wow! While typing my review i am thinking of a point what the hotel can approve or better themselves with. But honestly, nothing. From service, to hospitality, hygiene, location, the people that work in the hotel. Perfect! If you are looking for a hotel in Alanya with no complains at all, stay at Riviera Zen hotel. You are welcomed in the hotel no matter what time you arrive, they will welcome you with open arms. Give you a service to make you feel at home. If it comes to a nice and good room, or something to eat. They are there to help. The people that work at the hotel are always friendly and serve you in the best way possible. No question is to crazy. You are not as a guest in there hotel, but you feel like family. The food is 10/10. Always a different variety of food. Fresh, and allot to choose of. Everything is explain even for people with allergies. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. This is a hotel i would recommend while visiting Alanya.
