Only stayed one night . Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is amazing . Supermarket next door. Restaurants right out the front down. Yumbo center is on the other side of the hotel. The renovations were cheaply done. Painted over tile in the bathroom. Broken / Cracked Bathroom Sink. Listed as having a clothing optional area . They showed me where . No one was there , never saw anyone there nude. If nudism is what you like. This is not the place. For the price I paid for one night I could have stayed at other resorts for 3 nights. Not a good value for the money. But if location to Yumbo center is what you want!! This is your place.

The hotel is quite outdated overall – especially the bathrooms, where the paint on the showers and fixtures is peeling off and clearly needs renovation. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff is excellent – very thorough and friendly.

What really bothered me was the pool music. It’s played at full volume already in the morning, making it impossible to read or have a normal conversation. I even had to argue with the staff about it. Especially Daniel was very unfriendly – he actually wanted to turn the music up himself and kept insisting that other guests wanted it loud, although at that time there were only two other people at the pool. In the afternoon or evening, loud music would be understandable, but not early in the day.

There was also black mold in the air conditioning, which was removed quickly after I reported it – but something like that shouldn’t happen in a hotel at all. Overall, a mixed experience: great housekeeping, but the rest really needs improvement, especially the attitude of some staff and the general maintenance.

The Ritual is a good hotel. Reception staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and has good air-con and Wi-Fi. The pool is spotless and a good size. Very close to the Yumbo. I didn’t have an issue with noise. The hotel across the road made more noise with their entertainment on the odd occasion. The Ritual does need a little lick of paint here and there. And the young guy who opens up the cafe/restaurant in the mornings could be a little more welcoming and friendly. However, all in all my stay was pleasant & I’d come back & wish them all my best.

Excellent location for the yumbo center and nightlife. Clean comfortable rooms. Stayed here twice. Would stay again. There is a naturist area.

Old building, destroyer and dirty furnitures and curtains, bad mattress, 1 star hotel breakfast, unfriendly staff. An abandoned hotel that doesn't worth money. I left one day earlier.

Always have a lovely stay here. The rooms are clean. Bed comfy and the air conditioning is a godsend after a long day in the sun! Pool area is nice. Team always really friendly! See you again soon!

This wonderful hotel is located in Playa del Inglés and only 10 minutes walking from the beach. In the surroundings, guests will find many dining venues as well as entertainment options and shopping opportunities. The airport is just about 20 minutes’ drive a way. The property has a superb outdoor pool area with sun loungers where to rest sunbathing or having a refreshing swim. Visitors are able to enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast. There is also a snack bar next to the pool in order to have fun and relax at the same time. The modern rooms come equipped with all the amenities needed to have a pleasant and unforgettable stay.
