Things To Keep In Mind

Terrible... They're selling an aparthotel with pool views, but they're giving us ones overlooking some construction work. 🥺🥺 At reception, I asked for an exchange or a complaint form. They tell us they'll send it to us by email because they can't do anything, and the price is the same.
A man helps us and tells us he can't post photos of all the apartments. 😡 They only sell the best views when you arrive, but what they're offering isn't available.
We took photos of what looked like a bad idea because there was a deposit due.
The cleaning was excellent, and the sheets and towels were very good. We asked for blankets just in case, which they provided. First of all, my daughter's and grandson's faces got all steamy when they saw it wasn't what I'd told them about after a 5-hour trip.

I'm giving one star because otherwise I can't write a review.
Terrible experience, I highly do not recommend staying here.
They ask for a 50 euro deposit per person, and when you arrive at the apartment, everything is terrible: lack of cleanliness, yellow towels, sheets that look like cigarette paper, the walls haven't seen a drop of paint since the building opened, the shower tray is cracked, the terrace railing was moving (we were on the fifth floor)... The photos don't match reality at all.
The location is very good, but they should consider investing money in apartments in good condition.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.
I do not recommend it at all. Everything about our stay was terrible.
First, we encountered a lock error that forced us to leave the room and go to an external office, where the cards opened that door.
The complex's facilities are horrible and resemble a prison. As for the apartment, it's disastrous. The dirt is its strong point, not to mention everything is broken and old, which doesn't match the misleading photos in the ad.
Some roommates found a cockroach in the bed, which they killed and demanded the sheets be changed, but they refused…
Let's not forget that they ask for a €200 deposit and require a thorough cleaning and trash removal when you leave the room, considering that the apartment doesn't have even a single dish soap, a scouring pad, or a single kitchen towel.
The bathroom was horrendous in terms of dirt and broken fixtures, and we didn't have any gel or soap.
The room was on the fifth floor, and the terrace had a very dangerous railing that moved with just a breeze.
I would require external resources to conduct some sort of health and safety check on the room.

Apartments designed for parties, for young people. Not recommended for families. There's constant racket, and Rentalmar has no solution. Rules don't exist. I suppose they're only interested in money.
The apartment itself is very basic, not to mention the fact that there are barely any kitchen or bathroom utensils.

Terrible place. Not recommended at all. There was no hot water. The hotel staff did not take measures to fix this issue. Additionaly, the room will not be cleaned during the stay even if you stay relatively long. Rude and unsupportive staff.

They didnt want to give me back my deposit, first they said they will after couple work days, then they said they never charged me and after i sent them screenshoot from my bank card they stopped answering to my emails, not to mention that my door blocked 4 times and i needed to wait for new password, last time they didnt answer so i called 30 times and waiting outside for some man to come. When you want towels the clean lady wont give you until you call the reception every tine and offcourse pay for that call in europe.

Beautiful apartment,  new and very modern.  Has usb ports for changing  phones , 2 smart tvs with screen share, overall excellent  also has a coffee machine
