The hotel is very nice, simple, and practical. It's very close to the big supermarket and fast food places like McDonald's or Pizza Hut. It's a little far away from the old city. I have one comment: at breakfast, they don’t have enough glasses and cups, and the staff is not enough for guests. They need more employees to serve.or at least to manage to have employees when it’s need it

The rooms are decent and have a nice view, however during the breakfast you are not only presented with low amount of options to choose from, but also we had no places to sit and there were no utensils.

Nice hotel. Covers the basics and is good for what it is. It is fairly out the way from the main market and area is quiet but the price reflects this.

Staff were super friendly when we stayed, location is great as you are next door to a Pizza Hut, massive supermarket is across the street and a bank. Will be staying here again when I return to Marrakech next year 😀

We had a great experience at this hotel. Nice clean rooms, healthy breakfast buffet.(Do not hesitate to ask for fresh omlette, crepe or fried eggs). clean pool with kids section on one side.Helpful and polite staff at reception, gate security and kitchen. Great location, lots of shops, activities nearby.
A local bus 12 takes you straight to Jema el Fna for 4 Dirhams which is great.
* only suggestion is to change see through windows in toilet and put locks on room windows.
We would love to come back at Hotel Relax in future.
