Second time at this hotel, and it doesn’t disappoint.
The rooms are nice, the bed was a little firm for my liking, and the aircon filter could do with a vacuuming, but over all, it was great.
The only real detractors were the excursions guy being a little pushy, and the man running the gift shop wouldn’t leave you alone when walking through the lobby, insisting that you have to look in his shop.

As pre last time, the bar staff were amazing, and Sabir the Shisha guy was always helpful and friendly.

We will come back to this hotel one day.

My husband and I spent one night in this hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent — it offers a perfect view of the sea and is very close to the Ribat and the Habib Bourguiba Tomb, which makes it ideal for sightseeing. Our stay included breakfast, which was quite good, and the hotel also provides parking, a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, and a private beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Although the rooms are spacious and have nice balconies, there are almost no facilities inside — no kettle, glasses, slippers, or similar essentials. The hair dryer is very old, the towels are worn out, and the bathroom could really use renovation. The corridors are also very dark, which gives an unpleasant feeling when walking to the rooms.
Overall, it’s a good place if you value the location, sea view, and outdoor amenities, but the rooms and some facilities need renovation and better maintenance to match the hotel’s potential.

This hotel is an old hotel managed by old fashioned people. We booked what they said was the best room of the hotel. It's like going back 40 years in Time with the wooden furnitures...
Got a very large room but outside was full of pigeons with their poop all over the place.
Also, you can hear people walking or talking in the corridors or next room.
No soundproof at all. It is as if, the people next door are in your room.

The breakfast was not what you can expect from a 4 star hotel.
There are lines to get fresh orange juice, and pancakes. We waited more than 15-20 minutes each time.

The only great thing about this hotel is that it is not far from the center. Everything can be done by foot.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 12 in October including 2 children. The location is excellent close to amenities and marina which is stunning. The beach is small but picturesque and the water is very shallow. We did not see any jelly fish. We were all inclusive and would have liked more snack options through the day as usual in other hotels. The mocktails were poor and limited options. The restaurant was very busy most of the time but the staff were excellent. Rooms outdated. Lovely sea view. Overall we had a good holiday apart from a few niggles.

We stayed for 10 days and overall it was a very good experience with a few niggles. The location is great with plenty to see and do outside the hotel on foot. Beach and pool also good though the pool is cold and no cushions on the beach loungers. The room was huge and comfortable but scruffy close up and the a/c is ventilation at best. Still decent in October tho. Good variety of food, excellent patisserie and baked goods, cooked food was often cold unless cooked in front of you. The staff worked hard and service was decent but variable. The bar service was also variable but usually not great. 8 -15 people usually queuing with often one bar tender while the other does glasses etc. They serve the French guests or their mates behind you in the queue. One chap called Douki was the worst and if you called him out you got poor measures and service. Others were better. Suggest getting two of everything to avoid queueing again! 3.5 stars due mainly to the bar. 5 for the entertainment and restaurant staff!
