It ‘s just 10 km away from the Monastery of Arkadi ,the archaeological site of Ancient Eleftherna, and its archaeological museum, 70 km from the Knossos Palace and just 30minutes far away from the amazing beaches of southern Crete. (Palm beach, Triopetra , Plakias etc ) Visits to the Town of Rethymnon and excursions to destinations throughout the island are easy with both by car and the public transport, which is very convenient for the region.
