I stayed here in early October 2025 for 10 nights.

Cons
At first, we were given a room with an excellent sea view, but it had a very old interior, everything about it spoke of ancient times. However, after our persistent requests at the reception, we were given a room with modern renovation and a great view. Apparently, that’s the hotel’s strategy. Everything else was wonderful.

Pros
The value for money is excellent. If we had been given a renovated room right away, it would have been a solid 10 out of 10.
The staff are very kind and welcoming, and that’s not always the case in Turkey, so it really stands out. The general atmosphere in the hotel is friendly.
The guests are roughly half from European countries and half from Russia, but you don’t constantly hear Russian music, which is a big plus.
There are many playgrounds and spaces for children.
Entertainment is quite good; they even organized an Oktoberfest celebration.
The food is also good, there’s always a variety of dishes, including meat and several types of fish.
Special thanks for the room cleaning. The room was not only cleaned thoroughly every day, but the bed linen and towels were also changed daily. The housekeeper was so attentive that she always chose the time while we were having breakfast, so every morning we returned to a spotless room right after breakfast. She clearly made an effort to fit the cleaning into that short time window, which was truly impressive.

In conclusion
I really liked the hotel and would be happy to return again.

We were first in a room which wasn’t very clean and the air conditioning didn’t work. The day after we were moved to a better location after having complained a few times and having had a terrible first night. In general: 1) Internet is not good, you have to pay per person to use a better service. 2) Orange juice has an extra charge. 3) installations and facilities are a little bit outdated. 4) not too friendly at the reception. This hotel should not be branded as “5 stars ALL INCLUSIVE”.

Last month, I stayed at this hotel for the second time.
This is (fortunately) not one of those mega-large hotels like the one in Lara, which means you get to know the staff (and they get to know you).
This makes the stay more personal.
Upon arrival, you're immediately greeted warmly at the spacious reception desk, the formalities are taken care of, and you're escorted to your room with your luggage.
It's immediately noticeable that they're constantly working to keep the hotel tidy, and this is also evident in the room, which is clean and spacious enough, since you don't spend much time in it.
The bathroom was very spacious, and the shower was nice and high, allowing me to stand upright under it, which is often the case.
The air conditioning worked properly.
One thing we did notice after a few days was a sewer smell in the room, but after contacting Guest Relations before breakfast, the problem was resolved very quickly (even before we got back from breakfast). It turned out that the non-return valve in the sink siphon was faulty. Excellent! The restaurant was also neat and clean. Food that needed to be refrigerated was also refrigerated, and the selection was sufficiently large that there was always something for everyone.
Because it was mid-September, there were almost always sunbeds available by the pool and in the garden (under the trees), so "putting down a towel" wasn't necessary. The beach was a bit busier.
There was also ample shelter at all locations (pool, garden, and beach).
Communication with the staff was generally easy in English or German, and the few who didn't understand were referred to a colleague who mediated, so language wasn't a barrier.
About a 200-meter walk from the hotel was a shopping street with the usual selection of clothes, bags and suitcases, perfumes, and sweets, where, as usual, considerable haggling was appropriate.
In addition to human guests, the hotel also accommodates several cats. They receive excellent care year-round, both medically (sterilization and health) and with food.

A Wonderful Holiday Experience!

We had an unforgettable week-long holiday thanks to the hotel's amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort. The hotel is well-designed for everyone, whether with children or not. Children's entertainment areas and adult activities are well-spaced, allowing both children and adults to enjoy their own private spaces.

The mini disco, mini club, and children's pool are perfect for children, while the amphitheater, dance floor, and club offer entertaining options for adults. The rooms are very functional, and with plenty of lockers, they're easy to get to.

In addition to the main pool, there's also an aqua park and children's pools. The hotel's seaside location and the Blue Flag beach were a big plus for us; we preferred the sea most of the time. Sunbathing on the beach or in the shade of the trees was a distinct pleasure. With food and beverage options conveniently located throughout, you don't have to travel far for anything. Easy access to beverages, in particular, significantly enhances the comfort of your holiday.

The food was delicious. Meat products, rice pilaf, moist cake, and ice cream were among our favorites. The extensive menus, which change daily, offer both variety and satisfy every palate. The a la carte restaurants also add to the enjoyment. I can say there's never enough time to try everything during your vacation.

The guest profile was balanced and pleasant. Tourists from France, Poland, and Russia predominantly came from France. The atmosphere is generally quiet, but there are also lively areas for those looking for entertainment. You can read a book in the quiet areas or simply gaze at the sky.

The entertainment team is friendly and welcoming, but not pushy. There's also a wide range of seaside activities on offer: parachute, jetcar, jetski, and Ringo. Since we didn't use the spa, I can't comment on it, but they do offer a wide variety of massage options.

In terms of value for money, it was definitely a great experience. We're already looking forward to returning next year!

Its really close to the beach, the food and drinks are delicious. The people working on the main bar, cleaners, porters and waiters were really nice but the receptionists looked really annoyed if you speak a different language than Russian (they didn’t know much English). Overall the hotel is full of Russian people but if you can overlook that then its a really nice hotel for your vacation.
Only thing I can say was REALLY bad was animations. They were only in Russian, they danced to one same song everyday and didn’t even approach us even tho they saw we had kids.

Ps. There is a LOTS of cats everywhere but they should all be vaccinated and healthy😃
