I would highly recommend this particular hotel the staff are absolutely fantastic. All you have to show is politeness and you will end up with some special friends. It is very clean and tidy all the time because the staff are constantly clearing and cleaning. There is a solid amount of entertainment on for everyone. The choice of cocktails is second to none. At certain parts of the season there is also free premium bottled beers like Budweiser and Heineken

I am very disappointed.
The reception was completely rude. It was a 5 star hotel but I don't think this hotel has more than 2-3 stars.
The rooms were very old. It is a hotel that needs reconstruction. Room 337 (The bathroom extractor fan did not work, the bathroom smelled. The towel hanger was broken). The dance group was amateur. As a dancer, one person did not dance as well as the other. Out of the entire hotel staff, max 2-3 people knew how to speak English. And the thing that I HATED THE MOST was the fact that they had Russian as their mother tongue. Why should it be like this? There are tourists here from all over. Russian songs, Russian music, Russian dancing, Russian language. They probably even sleep in Russian. This was excessive. At the pool bar they were so rude that I have no comment. I was looking for something for the kids (with colors), so they would look at it in amazement. What I would rate is +10 Stars (Perfect food + Service there. Very clean, very polite and the sea was perfect. It was perfect there.
I would not recommend this hotel.
There are other hotels for this price.

Pros:
The hotel is generally very nice. The rooms in the garden area were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. The variety and availability of food throughout the day were nice. Entertainment options were also impressive and kept things lively.
A huge applause to the staff responsible for cleaning the common areas — they worked tirelessly, even in the heat, and were clearly dedicated to keeping the hotel as clean as possible. Their effort did not go unnoticed.

Cons:
The hotel felt overcrowded at times. After 10:00 AM, it was almost impossible to find available sunbeds, especially around the pool, where they were packed so tightly that it was hard to even access the water. The beach was similarly overcrowded, with people packed closely together—even in the sea. It would be great if the hotel added another pool area for guests seeking a more relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the kids’ disco was only in Russian, with no English option, and in general, the hotel seems heavily focused on Russian-speaking guests.

The entertainment team in Kids club is the best. They are so good that I rate this hotel higher than otherwise. Thank you to Marina, Zilan and Elvira.

Other good things:

Dedicated coffee house that works all day. Good selection of non alcoholic cocktails also a separate beer bar. Good sea access. Nobody is bothering you with any offers or trying to sell something. The playground is always open. Descent ice cream that also is available almost any time. Good location, there are things around the hotel. Night shows where in general - good.

Not so good:

Rooms are small, and some things are broken. Hotel is in a need of some renovations. Not much choice in food, especially in the breakfast. At least what is offered is not bad. Waiters compared with other hotels are not noticing you, so the service is more like in a 4 star hotel. Entertainment team has to eat with the guests and they are not allowed to eat by themselves, so it is awkward.

In general has a feel more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star one, but for the right price it could be a great choice. The people there compensate for that.

This is my last day in this hotel. I stayed 1 week. Firstly I have to say positive ways this hotel. I want to start with employess. Especially Mr Davut is doing really great work. He is very polite, everytime on his job, solution-oriented…Than I have to say something about Mr Umut, he is doing really great work too, all general usage places are so clean. Garden of hotel is really well-groomed. Gardeners are working very well too. Maybe the cleaning is the best things is this hotel I mean rooms are so clean, they are changing everything everyday. The employess are working 7/24 for pool cleaning, common usage areas… Especially ottoman snake house is really good too. They are doing everything If it is on the menu than service to you. You can choose 1 A la carte restaurant If you stay more than 1 week. I prefer Italian, entrecôte and service was perfect. Rooms are clean but a bit old. They need paint because walls aren’t seem well(I am talking for Club rooms) I think I can say bad ways for this hotel. Main restaurant isn’t enough because there are lots of meal kind but most of aren’t delicious. They should develop. Animation isn’t enough for me too. Animators are good people especially Mrs Kübra and Mr Eyüp. There are always dance shows in the evening entertainment and I think it gets boring after a while. Instead of that shows, there may be interactive games with guests. Mostly peoples are good (there are some trashes in them :) but they aren’t many) you can come here with your family or with your friends with safe. Even though the restaurant is not enough, you can easily fill your stomach with snacks during the day. Almost everyday sea was wavy, I don’t know Is that my chance or everytime like that. In finaly I recommend you to come, you can have a nice and comfortable holiday. Thanks for every employee.

The hotel has a beautiful and well-maintained territory with stunning mountain views. The staff is polite, and the room cleaning is of high quality. There is also a wide variety of food available every day, which is definitely a strong point.

However, despite these positive aspects, our stay was overshadowed by serious concerns. My family and I suffered from food poisoning, and we later found out that there was a rotavirus outbreak at the hotel. What surprised us most was the complete lack of preventive measures or communication. Guests were not informed, there were no sanitizers or hygiene controls at the buffet entrance, and no one took responsibility for the situation. The hotel doctor did not provide any medication or guidance — we had to go to a pharmacy or hospital on our own.

Additionally, the rooms were very cold at night, and it would be appreciated to have warmer blankets available.
The hotel has a tennis court, but the rackets provided were in extremely poor condition — dirty and broken — which is unacceptable, especially considering the court is paid separately.

The Wi-Fi system is also inconvenient and outdated: you must purchase access for each device, which doesn’t make sense for an all-inclusive hotel, and even the free Wi-Fi in the lobby barely works.

Another issue was the noise early in the morning — service carts used for dishes and cleaning are very loud and often pass by as early as 6 AM. These should definitely be replaced or improved.

In summary, the hotel has potential and several strong points, but the health and comfort of guests must be taken much more seriously.

Coming all the way from the US, this was my first trip to Türkiye ever and I didn't know what to expect. It didn't disappoint. This hotel was super, no words. The food was on top, service, rooms everything. It didn't lack anything. Super fresh and clean, perfect for families with children. Nothing negative to say. Big thank you to the staff and the owners, you have done an amazing job managing this hotel!☺️
