Do not be fooled by the marble and chandeliers – behind the fake luxury is disgusting hygiene and complete negligence. Our entire family was poisoned by the food, and we were not the only victims. In the hospital, there were at least 10 other people from this same hotel I’ve spoken to personally! This is not just bad service, it is a serious health risk.
Cats are literally defecating in the children’s sand play area and the staff do absolutely nothing. The rooms were never properly cleaned – dirty, dusty floors from day one, mold smell everywhere, and all housekeeping did was throw the blanket back on the bed. For a so-called 5-star hotel, this is beyond shameful.
The beach is filthy, with trash everywhere, no maintenance at all. This place is disgusting and completely misrepresented!

I stayed at this hotel with my family (10 people in total), and it was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. All of us got food poisoning from the food they served, which completely ruined our trip. The rooms were extremely dirty and not maintained properly at all. Everything was in terrible condition — from the service to the so-called entertainment rooms. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about the problems we faced.

This place is absolutely not worth the money, and I would never recommend it to anyone. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and enjoyable vacation, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend!
The restaurant was in a state of awful unsanitary conditions. Plates and glasses were dirty, and there was a constant shortage of cutlery. Guests were forced to search for and collect utensils from other tables themselves. Unsurprisingly, a gastrointestinal virus was spreading throughout the hotel. Our entire family ended up spending most of our vacation in the room, suffering from severe symptoms of food poisoning. Absolutely unacceptable – I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel was a huge disappointment for us. We arrived with our family at 2 a.m. Right at the reception they told us that they had to give us different rooms than the ones we had booked. Fine, so we went to the other rooms. They told us that the next day we would get the rooms we were supposed to have. But that didn’t happen. We had to spend several hours trying to sort it out, and in the end they told us again that we would only get them the following day. Then they finally gave us the room, but it was the one we had originally booked only from the third day.

The food was terrible — our whole family had stomach problems and fever, and we even met several other families at the emergency room. This hotel doesn’t care at all about how many guests are having health issues from the food…

We stayed at the hotel as a group of 14 people. The staff was extremely friendly, and the hotel itself was beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained – everything met a high standard in terms of comfort and appearance. Unfortunately, every member of our group experienced stomach issues (diarrhea, vomiting). We can’t say for sure what caused it, but it’s concerning that it affected all of us. We also spoke to other guests who had similar symptoms. This had a big impact on our stay. The hotel has great potential, but we hope the management will take guest health and safety seriously.

The hotel, the rooms, the garden, the pool and the beach are very nice. Unfortunately, the service is not worthy of a 5-star hotel. There were three of us in the hotel room, but the towel set was already prepared twice on the first day. It is true that we did not complain about it, but on the first day the cleaner saw that three people were staying in the room, but still did not replace the missing towel. The standard of cleaning is adequate. The buffet is plentiful, with many types of food, but unfortunately the seasoning is monotonous. But this may be my fault, because I like spicy flavors. The restaurant service is very low. You have to constantly ask for cutlery because they do not replace it. The tables remain dirty after being cleared. You can see from the waiters that they are disorganized. There is no coordination. (I would like to have an idea how to organize this professionally. If the management is interested, please contact us.) We had a Turkish national dinner in the a la carte restaurant.  They didn't change the plates or cutlery between courses. There were three of us here too. The hangers were brought out on a flat plate. It wasn't clear to us whether it was a portion or if we had to take it from the plate in front of us that we had already eaten from. Finally, we asked the waiter, and he said it was shared. We didn't get any spoons all evening to use to take these hangers out onto our plates. What really upset me at the end was that they also brought out the dessert on one plate for three people. When I told the waiter that I wanted three plates, he didn't understand. Despite that, we got plates. I would like to specially mention the program organizers and waiters at the pool. They are incredibly kind, prepared, and professional. They speak several languages. I have a fun and varied program every day.  Overall, we had a very good time, and I hope that there will be changes in the restaurant services.
