Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the beach and sea were amazing. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and unforgettable vacation. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Q Premium Resort has a lot going for it visually, the hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the beach is beautiful, and the staff are genuinely pleasant, hardworking, and helpful. The managers also seem to be constantly doing their best and finding work for staff, which made the service side feel professional and well-intentioned.

But unfortunately, the food situation completely ruins the experience. I got food poisoning from day 3 and had to go to hospital for a intravenous drip, where I found other guests from this hotel in the same condition. On top of that, I met more than 10 people staying here who said they had food poisoning too, with vomiting that lasted all day and night. That is absolutely not normal and is a serious issue that the hotel needs to take responsibility for.

The most likely problem is that the food is being reused from previous days and not kept at the correct temperature consistently. Whatever the exact cause is, the result is the same: unsafe food that made a lot of guests ill. A cheap hotel can have limited drinks options and basic cocktails — that is understandable — but there is no excuse for food that leaves people sick.

I really wanted to like this place because so many things are done well, but the food safety problem is too serious to ignore. Clean rooms and a nice beach mean nothing if guests are getting sick. I would recommend this hotel only if the food situation is properly fixed.

It was the first time for us in Turkey as a family of 4.

We enjoyed the hotel very much, especially for its location and that its on the first line (right on the beach).

1. Beach bar: The beach bar was awesome and snack bar was good but the pizza could be better.

2. Beach: The beach is full of pebbles and at first it was hard for us to accommodate but after a day it became so enjoyable and the water is very clear, yet it gets deep fast. The sun lounges were enough even when there were many people on the beach. Also they were comfortable.

3. Hotel: Very beautiful and beautifully decorated with modern furniture. It has many places to drink your drinks and also eat.

4. Food: We expected more from the food. It may have been varied some days but the taste wasn’t the best. The hotel has to work more on that. Especially with the meat and seafood quality. The drinks were good.

5. Drinks: The cocktails were varied but not that much. For example there was Pina Colada on the menu but they never had it. The beer was decent but not the best. I loved the “O Cosmo” cocktail. There was even Prosecco available.

6. Rooms: We had a Family Room that was decent but you have to enter the other room through the first one and they are separated by a gliding door. Also its only one conditioner for the whole two parts of the room. The lights are dim (especially in the shower) and we couldnt see ourselves very clearly. The beds are comfortable and the sheets/pillows are nice too but some have stains. But overall clean. The bathroom is the best thing of the room - the shower is very nice and the water pressure/temperature is great.

7. Service: We had our room cleaned and our fridge refilled with water every day without problems. The towels are nice and also the beach towels are given with a card that you get from the reception and then at the -3 Level (Spa) you get them at 8:30-12:00 and then you give them away at 16:00-19:00 and then repeat. The staff was amazing - they are attentive and the bartenders are very hardworking.

8. Entertainment: The animation team is perfect! Always very energetic and creative! There were always parties, karaoke nights, concerts, dance shows. They brought dancing teams from Colombia to dance for us and it was very fun. The animation team deserves their salaries haha.

9. Wi-Fi: When we got here we had to wait to use the wifi until we got our room and then we connected with our room number etc. The FREE WIFI was decent - it worked the best in our room, reception (Level 0) , restaurant (Level -2) but on the Beach it had a poor connection unfortunately.

Overall we give the hotel 4.5/5 stars. The main problems that have to be solved are the food quality, sometimes the bad smell on the balcony/restaurant, better lighting.

The hotel it’s such a disappointment. I took my family members here to celebrate our vacation here and it’s not to be a hell on the second day we start to vomit. My suggestion is try to avoid this hotel at all costs. If you don’t want to miss your vacation it’s such an embarrassment to spend so much money on this and on the third day everybody wants to go home because we have some kind of virus like other people the people who are staying next to us three doors they said the same thing to us that they got some kind of infection. They start vomiting diarrhea. They couldn’t leave the room for two days. My suggestion is please try to avoid this hotel it costs. It doesn’t work your house they need to work on proper hygiene.
The hotel management know about this issues! I read some reviews six months ago three months ago posted by some random travelers. I had to trust them they are right there is infection in this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, although we didn't stay very long. I liked the food, it was very tasty. Good service, a very calm atmosphere, and everything, a pier, enough sun loungers, and clean rooms.
