We are very happy that we booked this hotel. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and the hotel fully lived up to our expectations—especially since my wife is very particular about it. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had excellent beds.

The breakfast was amazing, and the location couldn’t be better, with plenty of shops and restaurants just around the corner. It was also very easy to get to nearby beaches, such as Playa de Palma, using public transportation.

During our stay, we also visited Puro Beach Club, which was a fantastic experience with excellent food.

We will definitely be back!

First time in Mallorca and this hotel was perfect location and comfort. We had room 24 which was top floor tucked behind the restaurant. Grand Mediterranean room was very quiet and comfortable from the air conditioning to ceiling fan to bed to personal wifi. We just arrived from the States and slept so well.

The breakfast included was so so but there was a selection of cereals, meats and cheeses, tapas and juices.

As part of the stay we were able to access the Puro Beach Club in Illetas which was amazing however I do believe the communication could have been better. We allegedly got a message on WhatsApp confirming but never received it. We had to ask a few times. We also had miscommunication on the taxi fare...we were told shuttle was included but we ended up paying 33 Euro out and 60 Euro back. Additionally the minimum spend per person for a beach chair was 70 Euro. So it was quite expensive but the setting was gorgeous.

Finally the location of this hotel was perfect. Everything was walkable and easy to get to. Overall would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Puro Grand Hotel in Palma after extending our trip by 1 night in Mallorca and had such a pleasant experience. Upon checking in I was told by reception that I had actually booked the following night. Ana, the reservationist was very kind and assured me that they would still be able to find us a room and would do her best to discuss with management how to remedy the situation. Although the room wasn't on the side that I had originally booked, I truly appreciated the hotel's flexibility and ability to accomodate us last minute. The following morning before I even had to check on the status of my accidental booking, Ana had already spoken to management and corrected my error. I was overjoyed as it would have been a lot of money to have to spend when we had to leave that day. In addition, she went above and beyond to give us recommendations on where to eat, what to do etc. as we had never been to Palma before. The rest of the staff was lovely as well, but Ana was such a pleasure. The hotel is beautiful, located in a perfect location. I highly recommend booking if you want a beautiful, clean experience right in the heart of old town!

We have just left Palma after a wonderful 5 nights at Puro Grand Hotel.
We had a very warm welcome from the lovely Lauren and her colleagues, they were honestly so kind and helpful and it started our stay on such a positive note.
Our room in the flesh was even better than the photos. Clean, spacious and stocked daily with fresh water, tea and coffee which was a nice touch.
One of the main reasons to recommend this hotel other than the service is the location. You are right in the heart of Palma but just slightly off the Main Streets so when you get back to your room after a busy day exploring the city, you can relax and unwind. It’s also a great if you are doing lots of shopping and want to drop bags back to the room or need the bathroom at random times during the day (a convince we didn’t even consider).
We didn’t use the rooftop much but it was spacious with chairs and loungers plus a small plunge pool to cool off.
Finally, there is also a complementary use of the Puro Beach club subject to a minimum spend of €50 per person which is easily done after lunch and some drinks (it would cost €160-250 per person depending on the day if you were not staying at the hotel, so it’s a great perk!)
We would absolutely stay again when visiting Palma and hope to return soon!

We had booked in at the Puro Grand Hotel only to find out that it was fully booked so they upgraded us to their other one round the corner which is the Palacio Can Marqués and it was as if we had died and gone to heaven!
Not only did they walk us round but upon arriving there we were looked after in a way that just doesn’t seem to exist so much anymore! It was so personal and attentive and just flawless! The room was absolutely stunning and impeccable and individual! Every room in then palace has its own character!! We didn’t have breakfast there or food so can comment but then it’s so centrally located it seems a shame to not enjoy lovely Palma!
