The best location ever- in the harbour Puerto colon, walking distance from everything. We were with the group of divers and did dives with diving center near to this Apartment.  Its great and comfortable pocation. Very recomended.

Updated to a 1 because I got a really, really bad ear infection from their unclean pool.

Great views, but other than that this place is bad.

I got an ear infection from the pool.

We never found anyone on site to arrange aircon with.

They never told us where the gates are AND one night our nearest gate broke (power issue), so we thought if we left we wouldn't get back in. Our gate code only worked on 2 out of 3 gates - fortunately we found the other one it worked on.

Nobody answered the phone or my email asking for help. This issue is a fire risk. Do not stay here.

The location is the only good thing about here.

The views are great and it is close to some ok, but overhyped restaurants.

The management of the place is diabolical.

The keypad for the gate in the carpark at the top lost power and didn't function, so no manual way to get out. A definite safety risk in a fire. By default the lock should open in a power failure, not lock! They had no emergency phone number to call and don't answer emails. It clearly demonstrates their total disregard for customers.

We tried our code in the gate near the pool, but that didn't work. I found another gate at the side of the building which did work. But we were only ever told about the gate at the top carpark.

The rooms have no aircon, so are boiling. You can pay a daily fee to have a portable aircon unit (use that daily extra money to stay in a better place with built in aircon instead).

The appartment bathrooms are very cramped and hot. Hot water is limited too.

This place has great potential. But with little investment it will not change.

No matter how cheap you think this place is, in reality it isn't if you value aafety and comfort.

There is also no lighting on the steps (lright side looking at the front of the building) at the side of the building from the appartments on floor 2 to 1 where the pool is.

We'll never stay here again.

Absolutely a super location. These are ex timeshare apartments and they are showing their age now. However, we had a 2 bed apartment. D201. It's huge. Far larger than I expected. Easily cater for 6 sleeping comfortably. Kitchen however is rather lacking, didn't even have a oven. We had hoped to cook some pizza's for lunch or cheap night in so we could afford an expensive resturant the next night etc. No, the staff told me via WhatsApp that the oven were taken out intentionally as guest left the ovens on. Strange answer eh. Anyway, Nice sofa, nice tv and nice amd comfortably Double bed and 2 x singles. Sofa bed too. The apartment has 2 huge balconies looking out over the harbour so you can clearly see all the lovely boats. The pool is rather small but it's also nice and private. Baby pool on the side and a hot tub also.
Security wise they have huge electric gates at all the entrances they give you your code on arrival, so from a safety point of view it's very good. Plus the car park security guys are outside 24hrs checking and re checking the area. Good to see.
So overall the apartments are getting tired and need to be modernised up a bit however they are also cheaper than most £££ but right in the money location so to be fair we think it's great. Once they modernise it up I expect the prices to jump.
A, 1 minute walk leads you to La Pinta Beach and this is 6euros for a sun bed here. There are several supermarkets and restaurants here. Actually reasonably priced. Yes, you can choose the expensive food if you wish, but we are a family of 5, so for lunch today we had 5x Chicken burgers and chips. 7euro each. Not bad at all.
€30 to €35 taxi journey to the Airport.

Convoluted check in,had to give passport details to car park attendant,nobody spoke English took over two hours to get a code for room after following all instructions on line, rooms very dated,will never stay here again.

A very good value for money place to stay - great location - very clean - recommended
