Sadly, the pictures do not reflect reality. The rating is over exaggerated. The rooms on the 2nd floor are in bad condition (bedding, ceiling, wc, mold, soundproofing). The hotel is near a cemetery and funeral homes. We complained about the room and the shower without response. The general hotel look is not bad but the details matter. No safe in the room. Mold in bathroom. No shower hanger, u have to hold the hose, under the bed is very dirty, we could hear the room next door all night... The ceiling is low in some places you can hit your head. The breakfast was limited but tasty. If you are not a low budget, don't.

We used this hotel as our base for exploring the city and taking tours, and it was a solid choice. The location is easily its best feature. It is right near the tram station, which makes getting to and from the airport incredibly easy. It’s also highly walkable, we easily strolled right into the Old Town area and down to Mermerli Beach. The surrounding neighborhood felt clean and well-maintained.
The staff here are wonderful. Both the front desk team and the cleaning ladies were incredibly nice, approachable, and quick to help out with any questions. The beds were also very comfortable, which is always a huge plus.

A few things to keep in mind:

Street Noise: Because the hotel is right on a main avenue, the motorcycle traffic can be loud. If you are a light sleeper, just ask for a room facing the back of the building instead of the main street, it blocks out the noise completely.

Minor Details: The property has a few quirks that could use a touch-up. The elevator is a bit bumpy, some of the flooring finishes look a little rough, and the AC in certain rooms might need a quick maintenance check. Fix those minor details, and the place would look much sharper.

Overall, if you need a convenient, comfortable spot while using Antalya as a launchpad for tours or as a stopover on your way to another destination, it’s a great option.

My mother and I stayed at the Privado for 12 days at start of December 2025, and we liked the hotel. It is very clean with daily housekeeping with very friendly cleaners. The hotel staff have been really amazing especially the reception staff who helped us when we had questions about Antayla. A special thanks for two occasion; when I requested some fried omelette for my mum during breakfast and they made it for her, and when I asked where I can buy some bubble wrap as I bought some jars of honey and food items in Antayla that I wanted to bring home, they gave me bubble wrap and were really helpful!

The worse reception I ever talked to in my life my friend is staying there and his mobile was not working so I called the hotel talked to the receptionist I gave him the name of my friend and he told ah we know what you want we don't give information I tried to tell him I don't want any information just call the room and tell him the message I don't want room number or any information in fact I gave him the guest information
He keeps saying we don't give information and started to shout on me refusing to hear to what am saying then he hang on me
Am shocked still can't believe what happened

Actually it’s a nice hotel. They do speak English very well. Highly connected by bus and trams. Clean rooms and good house keeping.
