We've spent an amazing week here with my wife and our naughty toddler.  We had a mountain view room. The staff was helpful and friendly, amenities are generally fine. The food was good and tasty, with reasonable choice. I think I gained some 2-3 kilos over this week. Special thanks to Tery from animation team for entertaining our naughty kid in kids club and letting us relax a bit.

Review of Pine House by Werde Hotels – Kemer, Turkey

We recently returned from our holiday at this hotel and overall I can say we were very satisfied.

Staff
From the reception to the restaurant staff and cleaning service – everyone was friendly, helpful, and always tried to make guests feel comfortable.

Room
The hotel is a bit older, but the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. There is a minibar (replenished daily), a safe, TV, and a balcony. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and worked without issues.

Food and drinks
There was always plenty of food, good quality, and it changed often. A lot of fresh fruit and vegetables were available, and also ice cream. Drinks included Pepsi, Mirinda, juices, coffee, tea, local beer, and a wide selection of alcoholic beverages.

Pool and beach
The pool was excellent, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times – no need to “reserve” them early. Towels are available for a refundable deposit of 10 € each. For children, there was a small paddling pool with a depth of about 40 cm and a slide. There is also one large waterslide and several smaller ones.
The beach is about 150 m from the hotel and has a dedicated area with sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests. A beach bar served drinks, coffee, and snacks at certain times. Changing cabins, showers, and toilets were also available.

Entertainment and services
Daily animation programs were offered – in the morning and afternoon activities such as water polo, aqua aerobics, darts, bingo, music quizzes; on the beach yoga and petanque. In the evenings there was live music, disco, and shows (e.g. fire eater).
The hotel also has a fitness room and offers massages, though we did not try them.

Surroundings
Right in front of the hotel, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and excursion offers, all within a short walking distance.

Overall impression
Pine House by Werde Hotels is a very pleasant place for a holiday. It offers good service, tasty food, comfortable accommodation, and a rich entertainment program. If I were to return to the Kemer area, I would very likely choose this hotel again.

A picturesque spot between the mountains and the sea. The rooms and surrounding area are clean. The food and service are top-notch. The only thing that let me down was the bathroom. The shower tiles were worn and the flush valve was broken. The rest was perfect.

Wow! This hotel  exceeded my expectations. All the reviews were true - the staff here are so professional and amazing. They work so hard and always smile. A beautiful team and we didn't want to leave. A Good 4 ⭐️ location and close to everything. The food was nice and drinks were OK. We would love to come back. A great housekeeping team too and polite managers who will help you with everything. All around happy with how we have spent our small vacay here.

Rooms are very small (116 in our case) and bathroom too, very tight.
All other things about this hotel are great, very, very friendly and professional staff, food is very good and various, we have not used pool yet but it is very nice and clean, location is pretty good, near to all shops and markets at the main street. It's about 300m from the private hotel's beach (including beach bar, which works excellent). There you have 2 coffee machines, always fresh lemonade, soda juices and staff brings ice cream to the guests one time every day. The sea is perfect, it's about 26°-27° with lots of waves.
Advice to the hotel to just work on renovating the rooms.
My rate for this hotel is 3.8, it is just a little below 4* (looking back at the rooms).

Our experience was highlighted by the exceptionally kind and friendly staff, particularly Adar, who went above and beyond. While the rooms weren't as nice as we'd hoped, and the food was passable, we were very impressed by how clean and well-maintained the pool and beach areas were.
