I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Antalya. The staff is very kind and pleasant. My room was superb: well-decorated, very clean, and with a really comfortable bed.
However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback regarding the dining experience to help you improve:
• Drinks: I was disappointed to find that even water is an extra charge and no carafe is offered at the table. The orange juice is also at an additional cost, which is a shame.
• The Food: Some dishes could be improved. The milkshake was bland and lacked sugar, the noodles were much too salty, and I didn't really enjoy the wrap.
• The Highlights: On the other hand, a special mention for the fries and the burger, which were excellent!
I am sharing this to be helpful because I truly enjoyed my time here. Despite these few points about the food, I recommend this hotel for its comfort and hospitality.

Free hammam entry as well as wet and dry sauna. Wife got a massage at the Spa and she was VERY satisfied with a mixed massage from an Ukrainian lady.  11 out of 10.
NO pool in the hotel complex! We were misled by Agoda pictures thinking there are slides for the kid.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was very poor, and the rooms were old and badly maintained. The furniture looks outdated and worn out — it really needs a full renovation.

Service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The food was terrible, not fresh, and with very limited options.

Overall, this hotel is far below expectations and absolutely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — there are much better places to stay for the same or even lower price.

We stayed at this hotel for about 5 days, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience considering the price we paid.
The rooms are extremely old, the furniture is worn out, and the beds are unstable and squeaky with every movement. Cleanliness was also a major issue  the room did not feel hygienic at all.
The food was low-quality and lacked taste. We were not satisfied with the meals during our entire stay.
The hotel is centrally located, the area is incredibly noisy. The windows have poor insulation, so it feels like the noise from outside is right in your room. It was nearly impossible to sleep at night due to the constant noise until morning. Instead of a restful vacation, we ended up feeling stressed and sleep-deprived.
Overall, this hotel does not offer good value for money, and I would not recommend it. There are much better alternatives available.

Absolutely disappointing. The room was tiny — barely enough space to open a suitcase. Cleanliness was non-existent: dust, stains 😡. Worst of all, we booked a double room and got two single beds pushed together. Completely uncomfortable and nothing like what we expected. Not worth staying even one night. Horrible.😡😡
The bathroom was ridiculously small, almost unusable.
Unfortunately, actually i am staying there , but i really suggest not to waste money and time in this property !!!!🤮🤮😡

Ps Edit . Edit: I read your reply — no one needs “your apologies.” What guests actually need are clean rooms, proper beds, and honest listings. Two single beds pushed together is not a double bed, no matter how many hotels do it. The room was cramped, the bathroom ridiculously small, and overall it felt neglected and cheap. Instead of copy-paste excuses, maybe try offering what you advertise. Your priorities clearly aren't cleanliness or comfort — they're damage control.

I made a reservation for 3 nights at this hotel. We arrived way too early than the check in time but receptionist allowed us to check in since the room was available. It is a small room with corner sea view. Room was clean and comfortable. One issue that I couldn't find a pen and paper which usually available in hotels. Breakfast was very good and many choices were available. Staff is very nice and friendly. Very close to Main beach, a lot of caffes and restaurants available near by. I wish hotel had a lobby that we can seat but ohhh well. Still nice place and I recommend everyone.

I recently stayed at Pearly Hotel located at Kuşkavağı, Akdeniz Boulevard, and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive, making me feel right at home.
One of the highlights of my stay was the massage package I booked through the hotel. It was absolutely fantastic — the ambiance was calming, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the therapist was both skilled and professional. I left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. If you're looking for a bit of pampering during your trip, I highly recommend trying their massage services.
The location of the hotel is also perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.
Overall, I had a great experience at Pearly Hotel and would definitely return. It's a great choice for anyone visiting the Konyaaltı area of Antalya.
