Things To Keep In Mind

Spent a week here over the festive season, and New Year’s Eve too.

Lovely trip with amazing food. Was so so impressed with the attention to detail on NYE - from a gift left in each room, the highly decadent buffet and amazing party hosted until the early hours outside. The setup was amazing too.

The staff were all so kind and friendly, and the bar staff in particular were highly diligent. The fact that they tried making us drinks off the menu that we fancied was a lovely touch. They are all so highly skilled that everything tasted amazing!

The hotel is in a great location with lots of things walkable.

Loved the daily activity programme too, took some nice treats home.

Our first visit here and we really can't fault it.  The hotel is very unique with its cacti and palm gardens and balconies.  The staff are extremely helpful.  The food is delicious and although there are speciality restaurants we found the main buffet style for lunch and dinner more than sufficient.  We did upgrade to Reserve where you have use of a more intimate breakfast area, lounge and pool which was quieter for us.  Being Lanzarote there is always a breeze so early February it's useful to have a light jacket or cardigan.  Hopefully this won't be our only visit.

I need to start the review by saying I have always been a sceptic of all inclusive holidays and wasn’t sure they were up my street, this was my first after my parents wouldn’t stop raving about it.

Based on my holiday I must admit I was incorrect as it was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is a masterpiece with amazing gardens sprawling through all the areas and a stunning pool area overlooking the sea. The food was fantastic throughout and gave a lot of variety (I have particularly high standards as a former chef so was pleasantly surprised by this). We stayed in the least expensive room and even that felt luxurious. I highly recommend doing some touring around the island (especially the Cesar Manrique spots) and the activities on offer at the hotel (we did glass necklace making twice it was so fun!).

Finally, I have to give some plaudits to the staff - they were without a doubt the best bit of the holiday. Christina acted as a go to concierge the whole holiday and was amazing throughout. All of the entertainment team were great, but special mention has to go to Raquel who brought a positive fun energy to every interaction and was just a pleasure to be around. Beyond this, highly reccomend the spa where I had without a doubt the best massage I have ever had from Denise. Natalia (who also does a fabulous aloe Vera workshop) gave my pregnant partner a brilliant treatment too and catered to all of her needs and understanding and booking treatments is so easy with the help of Christina on reception.

If feels unfair only mentioning the people above as everyone at this hotel is exceptional bar none! I rarely write reviews and this is the longest I think I have ever written - totally justified and I could write a dissertation on my trip!

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff.

The  check in and check out was quick and easy and the concierge was very helpful and friendly.   The reception team were always available to offer assistance.

The bedrooms were light and airy with everything included that you would need.  The bed was huge and the most comfortable that we have ever slept on.  The large pillows were also fab.

The restaurants had a great choice and were never too busy.

The pool area is beautiful and there is never a problem getting a sunbed.   The pool is huge but very cold,  but so refreshing. The pool bar offers so many drinks and Isobel was always smiling and helpful.

The animation team are great and never pressurise you into doing anything.   The glass necklace making class was great.  Thanks to Soraya,  Armando, Raquel, Barbara, Enasmo, Blen, Maria and Hegoa.

The interior of the hotel is so beautifully designed and is calm and peaceful.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Amazing hotel with a wonderful atmosphere!

Everything was perfect during our stay – very friendly and professional staff, and a great overall experience.

A special highlight was the animation team: incredibly warm, energetic, and always smiling. They truly lift the spirit of the hotel and create a joyful, welcoming atmosphere throughout the day. Thank you so much Maria, Soraya, Raquel, Hegoa, Blen, Armando, Erasmo and Barbara!

We felt comfortable from the first moment and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Brilliant place to stay, we did the all inclusive package which was a great idea. The service is outstanding and the staff members can’t do too much to help. Really great restaurants ranging from Moroccan to Italian cuisine, including a fantastic little tasting pairing with local Lanzarote wine.
Food available all day at the Ginger Bar, with live entertainment every night. Adults only means that there are no children running around which makes the experience that much better for people like me with no kids. Each to their own….

In short a really great place to visit, fully recommend

Spa was good great staff and nice jacuzzi and sauna. Spa Need to look at sound proofing in spa as it's noisy when you are relaxing and other customers are talking
The hotel overall is fantastic and very relaxing. The food was great although the food in "La Graciosa" was not good. The service was excellent though

After spending a week in Salinas on a family trip, I can honestly say that the overall experience was wonderful. The hotel itself and its facilities were excellent. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good for most of our stay, improving only during the last few days.

I do not usually write reviews, but I feel it is important to mention an experience that was far from pleasant. A man named Samuel behaved in an inappropriate manner towards my 19 year old daughter. His approach included comments with a clear double meaning, which made her feel uncomfortable, observed and, at times, followed.

He asked personal questions such as her age, commented on her appearance in an inappropriate way, and made remarks that crossed professional boundaries. The situation caused her discomfort during the final days of our stay, which was deeply disappointing.

I believe the hotel should take greater care in preventing and addressing this type of behaviour.

That said, I would return to the hotel without hesitation. However, should a similar situation occur again, I would report it directly to the hotel management.
