The hotel is very well-maintained. The biggest downside is the very loud evening parties... most families come with small children, why is the music so loud?!?! Just play it at 30% and everyone will have a great time!!! It's excessive, playing it that loud! To be continued. The food is varied and very good. The service in the dining room varies, as sometimes they're available immediately, sometimes they're not, and you have to bring your own drinks. The same goes for the cleaning ladies. Some do their job very well and deserve to be rewarded, while others, despite being paid in advance, do it poorly, and the room isn't clean. The greenery around the hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The ladies in the kids' club are varied… most are nice and pleasant, but one of the ladies (a blonde in pink and white Nikes) should reconsider her behavior. The gym only being open until 7 p.m. is also a mistake. I think it should be open until at least 10 p.m. Overall, I recommend this hotel, but will I return? Time will tell.

We stayed 5 nights in land view superior room in main building area which was handy, as close to all amentities like main restaurant, gym, indoor pool
Room was a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Beds comfortable
Gym only open till 7pm which is very limited. Most families are too busy during a day and dont have time until late evening to use a gym
Evening shows and entertainments far too late. At 9-9.30pm most families with kids are too tired after busy day. They are heading to their room after dinner time to rest after active day in pool, beach etc. Then all noise and loud music starts. Not very reasonable
Food was tasty and great choice but because of that too far too much food waste as people tend to try as much as they can and then leftovers go to the bin. Not very ECO friendly
Annoying smell of cigarettes in places where food/drinks is consumed
Kids clubs poorly managed, some kids walking freely without supervision. Main football pitch in bad state, without not much turf left
Just dry, dusty soil. Footballs not available if you want to play with your children
Children pool slides look dated and some metal elements loose. They really need serious maintenance
Honestly this hotel lacks 5 star quality, it deserves maximum 3 stars
You can't fill gaps just with amount of dishes and drinks you serve
What we also noticed staff speak perfect russian but very limited english which in "5 star" hotel was unacceptable. 90% of people coming to hotel are from Russia, hence the reason i think

The rooms are clean, the interior is beautiful, most of the staff are friendly, and the food is really delicious and varied.
These are the advantages.

As for the downsides, I would mention the constant noise and crying of small children. The hotel is clearly family-oriented, and there are a huge number of babies and toddlers. The children cry, fuss, and it’s practically impossible to find a quiet place anywhere in public areas. We’re currently staying on the ground floor near the lobby, and we constantly hear kids screaming in the hall and corridor. The same situation is at breakfast, lunch, and dinner — during dinner, you’ll have two, three, sometimes four crying babies sitting around you.

We came here to relax, lured by the good reviews, but we are very disappointed. This hotel might be great for families with small children, but we’re traveling with two teenagers, and they have almost nothing to do here. Most of the activities are either for little kids or for adults. They’re not allowed to join the workouts because they’re considered too young, and they can’t sit in the adults-only restaurant area because they’re under 15.

As a result, our vacation has turned into a stressful experience, and to be honest, I can’t wait to leave this hotel and fly back home. So if you’re looking for peace, tranquility, and a quiet atmosphere, I strongly suggest thinking twice before coming here.

I can’t believe how good this place was - we have already booked for next year and we have never gone back to the same place!

We went with our 3 year old who has a severe egg allergy. Using the incredible WhatsApp customer relations service they made him his own menu each night and the service from all the staff was just amazing. Smiles, high-fives etc.

The a-la-carts restaurants are $5 a head so we rotated them pretty much every night and they were amazing.

The slides and pools were fantastic, we mainly were around the kids pool each day and on the slides. He also loved the Lego room in the kids club and the carnival!

The whole site is amazing and the beach and piers add that extra element to make it such a relaxing stay. The spa was great too!

We are currently staying at Hotel Papillon 5, and I must say that our impression has changed a lot during the stay. When we first arrived, we were very disappointed – the man at the reception kept us waiting unnecessarily long with a small child, even though the room had already been cleaned. His attitude was unprofessional and came across as deliberately unfriendly. At that moment, I would have given the hotel just one star.

Fortunately, it soon became clear that the failure of one person should not define the whole hotel. The rest of the staff have been absolutely wonderful – kind, helpful, and professional. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere are all on a very high level, and our impression has been improving day by day.

Our holiday is still ongoing, but even now I can say that Hotel Papillon 5 truly deserves 5⭐ out of 5. I hope the management takes note of how much difference one unhelpful receptionist can make – because the rest of the team is doing an excellent job.

From the moment we arrived at Belvil Hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The surroundings are simply breathtaking — lush gardens, pristine pathways, and a peaceful atmosphere that sets the tone for a relaxing getaway.

The rooms are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. Housekeeping went above and beyond every day to keep everything perfect. The food selection was incredible — from fresh breakfasts to delicious dinners, there was something for every taste, and the quality was consistently outstanding.

The hotel’s facilities are just as impressive: a sparkling pool, a well-equipped gym, relaxing spa treatments, and activities for all ages. The entertainment team deserves special praise for keeping the energy high without ever being intrusive.

Most importantly, the staff’s attentiveness stood out — they truly care about guests’ experiences, remembering little details and always ready to help with a smile.

If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service, Belvil Hotel is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back!

The animation team is a whole other story  just wonderful! ❤️ They are very friendly, energetic, and cheerful, creating a festive atmosphere from morning till night. There are always fun activities for both children and adults: games, shows, sports events  everything is top-notch!

The hotel itself is very comfortable, with a lush and well-maintained green area. Everything is close by and easy to access. We felt like we were at home, but by the sea. 🌊

We will definitely come back again and will recommend Papillon Belvil to all our friends!
