The view is nice, the restaurant is ok, the rooms are pretty much what you expect from a 3 star location in Rhodos. AC is 7 euro / day, the breakfast is ham sandwiches, bread, butter and jams. There's a 20-30 minutes walk to the beach. You can take the bus but don't expect it to be punctual.

Ideal place for a get away. Staff are great, big shout out to Ben who works the nights, very easy to get on with. And the chap who looks after his cousin in the day. They’re good people and always seem happy to help.
The rooms were clean, mattresses were nearly new and very comfortable, the air-con units are really good and is worth the additional fee given the price to stay here is low.
I recommend you get a taxi driver on WhatsApp, ask the staff on reception and they’ll sort it out. €10 to Faliraki square, split that with your group and you’re golden.
The hotel feels and was safe. In fact, the island has nearly no crime.
Views of the sun rise are spectacular.
My wife and I have found our annual hide away.

Oh, bring bug spray!!

I was here for a week in July with my partner 10th-17th.
This is a great hotel and is nice is you want cheap and cheerful. It’s on a road but the road is very quiet, only really taxis and people staying here use it.
The pool is a good size and it wasn’t difficult to get a sunbed, even when coming down at 11am and the hotel was at full capacity. The sun is on the pool all day long! It’s always clean and there is almost everything you need here.
The food is average but it’s cheap. unfortunately they ran out of certain beverages a few times, then you’d have to wait until the next day. But the supermarket down near faliraki, AB Foodmarket has very reasonable prices, Less than half that of the bar here.
Unfortunately some plug sockets in the room were not attached to the walls and the hair dryer didn’t work so I used the aircon unit which was on the balcony :)
I would say the fridge, Kitchen utensils & hobs need updating but to be honest, the food is very cheap you may as-well let them cook for you rather than cook yourself like we originally planned :)
You do have to pay extra to have aircon which I wasn’t really impressed with but it needed to be done.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again, you’re a small distance from town but we hired a quad for the week which was great fun as we managed to travel the island.
A Taxi into Faliraki is around €10 or a 30 minute walk.
There are so many kittens round here, I’d suggest you purchase some cat biscuits and water for them :)

Good size hotel rooms with kitchen facilities, close to a restaurant, 15 minutes to town only. I wouldn't recommend breakfasts there as long as you expect some more than toasts only. Very quiet area so great choice if you're looking for some rest. From some of the rooms also a great view. Very friendly staff members.

Nice view of Faliraki bay but you must pay 7 euros more to unlock the air-condition per each day(!) Another 2 is tax. No mosquito net on the windows and no fans inside the room....
No shops nearby and you need a car to be comfortable at the area.
Check out is at noon and at 12:00 sharp they gonna knock on your door to leave the place.

Aside from the two good men at the reception, the rest of the hotel is unclassifiable. The rooms are dirty and lack basic essentials like soap and shampoo. There's no shower curtain, which floods the bathroom. The window curtains were stained with insect blood, and with no mosquito net, you're forced to sleep with the window open. Air conditioning is an extra charge.

The location is a plus only if you have a car, as the hotel is on a hill, making public transport difficult.

If you're simply looking for an affordable place to sleep, this might be a good option given the competitive price.

Nice Hotel with friendly people, positioned on a steep hill just outside Faliraki. Book this if you have a car, scooter, quad or take a taxi. To walk to Faliraki is a though 30 minutes walk in the heat. Some touroperators say there is a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Faliraki: this isn’t correct! A taxi costs €12,- just ask at the bar if they can call a taxi.
The rooms are basic with a small kitchenblock with some plates, glasses, fridge and a watercooker.
At the bar you can buy drinking water for in your room for only €0,50 a bottle of 1.5 liter, so you don’t have to take it from a supermarket, down in Faliraki.
The beds are a bit small for tall people, but they are oke.
The shower is tiny, but it gets the job done.
Cleaning the room, beds and new towels is every 4th day. (You’ll get 1 small and 1 large towel a person).
WiFi is only available at the pool and bar.
So keep in mind there isn’t WiFi in your room, just make a hotspot in your phone for your kids.
Airconditioning costs €7,- a day.
Believe me: in high season you need this!
The restaurant’s food isn’t expensive and oke with enough choice.
The pool is around 15 meters in length and around 6 meters width, with a small and shallow babypool next to it.
Max. depth of the large pool is 1.40 meters.
Sunbeds are more then enough availabe all day long (the pool is open from 08:00-20:00)
So don’t worrie when you came back from the beach or when you wake up late, that there aren’t any sunbeds available.
In 12 days, we always had sunbed after we returned from the beach.
The restaurant is open till 20:00 and the bar is open till 02:00.
We never heard the music from the bar at night, we stayed at the closest corner of the building, next to the pool and bar (room 27).
Breakfast we didn’t use, so I can’t give an opinion.
Should I recommend this Hotel?
Yes, but rent a car, scooter or quad or get a taxi to get to Faliraki centre.
Walking is steep uphill/downhill and across a busy road where cars drive around 60 to 80km/hour.
Will I book this Hotel again?
Yes, very friendly people, basic rooms but oke, situated in a quiet environment just outside noisy and busy Faliraki.
Don’t expect a 5-star all inclusive resort for this price!!! You’ll get what you pay for!
Price - Quality ratio is very good for this Hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff .
Pool area clean and always a sunbed to lounge on .
Rooms are large and equiped well enough ( not if you want to do

‘Proper’ cooking , but ok to prepare and store snacks) . No cleaning equipment , so take dishcloth / washing up liquid or buy there .
Clean enough , a bit ‘tired’ . My aircon was a godsend ( but remember you have to pay about £40 a week for it ).
Felt comfortable and safe there as a solo female traveller .
A bit of a hike to shops / bars / beach , so unless you plan to get a car you’d need to be happy to walk 25 minutes each way ( and a big ish hill to get back up and enjoy the view ) .
Decent full size fridge in room .  Sheets and towels changed once in my weeks stay and bins emptied once . This was fine for me .
I would stay there again if I was planning to get a car - but otherwise I wouldn’t . Taxi 10euros from Faliraki to panorama studios .

This luxurious property is situated on a hill on the outskirts of Lardiko bay and set amongst the countryside, only 1.5 km from the tourist area and resort centre of Faliraki. The beach is a 15 minute walk away, and Rhodes Diagoras Airport is approximately 18 km from the establishment. This is an attractive studio complex which boasts fine architecture and marvellous gardens. All the rooms are simply decorated but very comfortable creating a tranquil atmosphere for its guests. They also come with a private balcony or a terrace, and a small kitchenette featuring a fridge. Guests can soak up the sun on the sun loungers and parasols next to the outdoor freshwater pool with children's section, while enjoying a refreshing drink from the poolside snack bar.
