Honestly, my experience with this resort was completely different from what I expected.

After I made the booking, I checked the reviews on Google Maps and read several negative comments. To be honest, it really discouraged me while I was on the way, and I started feeling worried about the quality of the place. At that moment, I blamed myself for not reading the reviews before booking, which made me quite frustrated.

But thankfully, all those concerns disappeared the moment I arrived.

The resort turned out to be absolutely wonderful in every aspect — clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. Everything was at a high standard. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. From housekeeping to pool lifeguards to restaurant staff — everyone was kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful, always doing their best to provide excellent service.

Room service was outstanding, and what stood out the most was their positive attitude — they were truly happy to help with anything we requested, which made a big difference.

I spent a beautiful week with my family, and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
I would confidently give this resort a 100% rating and highly recommend it. We will definitely come back again — more than once — and we will truly miss our time here.

Just one small suggestion for management:
It would be great to address the mosquito issue at night to make the experience perfect.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay 🌟

I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. The bedsheets were stained, the bathroom was disgusting, and don’t even get me started on the insects crawling around.

The staff were unbelievably rude and completely unhelpful. Every simple request felt like I was asking for a favor they didn’t want to give. Zero professionalism.

The food was another disaster—cold, tasteless, and honestly questionable in terms of hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend eating there unless you enjoy risking food poisoning.

Nothing worked properly: broken AC, weak water pressure, and unreliable Wi-Fi that barely functioned. For the price they charge, this place is an absolute scam.

Save your money and your sanity—stay literally anywhere else.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we faced several problems, both from reception and the food. It was terrible; even dogs wouldn't eat it. Why prepare such food when we paid a high price? When you go to the chef, he tells you one piece won't affect the rest, even though the chicken was spoiled. Also, in what other hotel in the world are you given extra cards when you go to a room? There were three of us, and when one of us wanted to leave, he had to wait for the other to come and give him the card. When we lost our card, we were charged $5, even though we're Arabs. I don't understand why there's such blatant racism in the reception. I hope someone in charge will contact me so I can explain the rest of the details. It's truly awful.🙏👍

This is long so I will do a summary, workers are rude, servers are very tight with meat and alcohol, the pool area is dirty but a nice area when clean, food is not nice, alcohol is cheap shit, reception don't understand English and are not welcoming, rooms are dirty, WiFi is bad and entertainment was bad. Workers were rude and not welcoming, every time I had dinner there they had a meat carving station, whenever I asked for more meat they kissed their teeth at me and gave me a single piece then started asking the next person what they want (this happened on 3 different days). At the bar I asked for a vodka and diet coke, the bartender put a little bit of vodka in so I asked for more, they said no and refused despite it being an all inclusive. The alcohol is cheap and it's hard to get drunk from how bad the alcohol tastes, there is also no wine other than at lunch in the cafeteria. The food is not nice and they don't have any food like chips or pizza so I was only really eating beef stew and food from naama bay. Reception is not helpful and no one at reception can speak English. My room was dirty, drawers in my room were broken and the room was dirty. The WiFi didn't work well so you could only get service in reception and sometimes around the pool never in your room. The nighttime shows are basically just the entertainers dancing on a stage next to the pool with 4 tables to watch from. Pool area was nice but there was always stuff in the pool, they were cutting the palm tree leaves at around 2pm while I was there so loads of dirt and sticks were in the pool while people were still swimming.

initially, reading the negative google reviews made me really worried about staying here, but my experience couldn’t have been better. from the moment we arrived the staff were very welcoming, which really set the tone for the whole stay.

the staff were honestly one of the best parts of the hotel. everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything. special shoutout to night manager Nadem, Kamel, Peter, driver Mohammmed, and the team at Nunus ! ☺️ all of them were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely made our stay more enjoyable. you can tell they really care about the guests and take pride in their work.

the food was also really good, with a wide variety of options each day. the pasta station was a highlight. there were always options for different tastes, which was great.

although the hotel is slightly further from the beach and main attractions, it was still very easy to get around. the hotel transport made a big difference ! the cars were always clean and comfortable, and the drivers were friendly, professional, and gave great recommendations on places to visit, which made getting around sharm so much easier.

our room was spacious, clean, and seemed newly refurbished as it looked much better than the photos i had seen online. the bed was very comfortable and the room was well maintained throughout our stay. reception was always quick to help with anything we needed, like irons or extra amenities, which made everything feel very smooth and stress-free. housekeeping also went the extra mile, always leaving the room spotless and doing cute towel designs which was such a nice touch and something we looked forward to coming back to.

overall, i had such a positive experience and felt really well looked after during my stay. despite the concerns i had before arriving, the hotel completely exceeded my expectations. i would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future. thank you everyone !
