Hotel is great, rooms are lovely and clean, the hotel is clean and fresh , spacious great pool, welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, well most!
Down side….. the restaurant has no organisation staff don’t know if they are coming or going, no welcoming staff to seat you it’s a free for all.
And the food isn’t great at all, it seems to repeat on a daily basis. We have had to order out as the food isn’t for us. You know you get a certain standard in an all inclusive but here the food is below a standard that we have experienced many times before.
So please do come here but don’t do all inclusive eat out.

This is by far the worst hotel experience of my life. Panorama Naama Heights 4★ should be shut down or reclassified, because it is nowhere near a 4-star standard — not even 2 stars.

Our room was infested with cockroaches, spiders, and other insects crawling everywhere — on the walls, in the bathroom, and even near the bed. The room has never been cleaned, not even once during our stay. The air feels damp and dirty, and the smell is unbearable.

No bottled water is provided, even though the tap water is unsafe to drink. In a country like Egypt, that’s simply dangerous. They try to sell you water instead, showing zero concern for guests’ wellbeing.

The reception staff are shockingly rude and unprofessional — they don’t care at all, just repeat “come back tomorrow at 12:00” every time you ask for help. Any request or complaint is ignored completely.

The swimming pool area is filthy, full of dirt, hair, and trash, and the pool itself is broken and looks toxic — cloudy water, broken tiles, and no cleaning whatsoever. It honestly looks like it hasn’t been maintained in months. No one should risk swimming there.

This place is a health hazard. It is unsafe, unsanitary, and deeply mismanaged. I have allergies, and being surrounded by insects and filth made me genuinely afraid for my health.

Please, do not book this hotel. It completely ruined our trip and should not be on any reputable travel website. Save yourself the stress, disgust, and health risk — stay anywhere else but here.

It's quite set back from the beach and naama bay.  The hotel had major building work going on during my stay.  I was not informed about this, the lobby area was dirt and dusty.  The food is ok, bbq was great.  Wifi is available in the rooms not just in public places.  It was a cheap getaway, you get what you pay for.  The cats on the resort are beautiful

This has been the worst hotel I have ever seen.

The rooms are very dirty with bed bugs attacking us all night!! We paid for a family of 4 but got a room for 3 people only!! Didn't get the upgrade for a bigger bedroom till 2 days before we leave. The pillowcases and fitted sheets are stained !

The food hall is also dirty with furniture falling apart and repetitive food and no hygiene once handling food at all!

Pools have alot of dead insects and also very cold which makes it very hard to swim in. The waters slides move around and generally unsafe for kids.

No hot water in the rooms!!! You have to wait for at least 30 minutes before any hot water reaches your room !!!!!

Positive feedback on this hotel has been left by staff who work there to get incentives.

The only entrance to the hotel and reception area is a construction site with no safety measures at all, and you end up inhaling all the dust and cement powder which will give you a constant cough from day one !!!! There is cables, scrap wood and many more things on the ground that you have to step on to actually get to reception.

I cannot understand how it's a 4 start hotel it's not even worth two stars and in the UK standards this hotel shouldn't be operating at all!!!!!!

Sorry for making this a long review but avoid this place at any cost for the safety of your family!

The rooms are so clean . And the room’s view was amazing!!! Mina the the resturant’s staff was very helpful and good also
The taxi driver Mr Ibrahim was very good man and very helpful that we were very happy with him .
Their food is good but not the best!

Wifi is not available in the room but it was ok in the rcepsion area! Also reception still need a renovation! Their staff of reception wasn’t very good!!

staff at breakfast don’t speak and understand english. a young man pointed tea bags twice even if i asked if they had brew tea or normal tea. the way he showed it was rude. once we got in the room there was no bath towels and when i asked for towels the house keeper guy wanted me to give 5 dollars😃 you must have your own mobile internet because wifi never connects in rooms.
