Everything about this hotel is lovely, the staff are very attentive and lovely.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable, also cleaned everyday.
You don't have to take any toiletries as everything you need is already there and topped up most days.

The food on offer is great, you can always find something different every night.
Top brand drinks, whatever you drink you can have at this hotel.

Mira the young lady in the gym is very good & helpful, would definitely recommend a keep fit class with her. She is very accommodating whatever level you are at.

If you're a golfer the faldo courses are in great condition and a challenge, also all inclusive at the golf club, so know need to rush back to the hotel.

Stayed at Cornelia Diamond and Deluxe many times and would definitely recommend.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options at every meal. The daytime activities and evening shows made our holiday very enjoyable.

We would especially like to thank the Guest Relations team for their kindness and professionalism. They were always helpful and made us feel truly valued. The hotel’s cleanliness, overall service quality, and the friendly attitude of the staff were also excellent.

Our only negative experience was in the bowling area. The dark-haired employee with curly hair working there came across as indifferent and unwilling to help. We also heard Turkish swear words, apparently because they assumed we did not understand Turkish. This was not in line with the high standard of service we experienced throughout the rest of the hotel.

Other than that, we had a wonderful holiday and created many great memories. We would definitely consider coming back.

I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels over the years, and unfortunately Cornelia Diamond didn’t quite live up to my expectations.

The bedroom and bathroom were lovely and I couldn’t fault them. The hotel itself is very large, with plenty of sunbeds available and no issues getting towels. However, I was surprised that the sunbeds had no cushions and weren’t particularly comfortable. The outdoor chairs around the resort also lacked cushions during the day, which seemed disappointing for a hotel in this price range.

The reception staff weren’t the friendliest, although most of the staff elsewhere in the resort were excellent. They were always attentive when taking drink orders and clearing plates away.

My only real service issue was at the Seabird Bar. One evening I sat for around 10 minutes without anyone coming to take my order, so I eventually went to the bar myself. Shortly afterwards, a group who had just arrived were served immediately. When I mentioned this, it left me feeling overlooked.

The buffet restaurant was decent, with an excellent salad and dessert selection, but after a few days the food became repetitive.

I also tried the seafood à la carte restaurant. Considering there is an extra charge, I expected much more. The food was average, nothing particularly special, and much of it could easily have been served in the buffet. I was also disappointed that, despite paying extra, I was still offered the same poor house wine.

The spirits and cocktails were very good, but the wine selection throughout the hotel was disappointing. As someone who enjoys wine, I expected a better choice and higher quality wines from a hotel of this standard.

The daytime entertainment was very underwhelming. There was little effort to engage guests, nobody seemed to be informing people about activities, and the entertainment team lacked energy and personality. I would have expected activities such as water polo, pool games and more interaction throughout the day.

On the positive side, the evening shows were excellent and one of the highlights of the holiday. The live bands and music were enjoyable too, although not particularly memorable.

Overall, Cornelia Diamond has some strong points, including the rooms, facilities, evening shows and hard-working staff. However, for me it lacked atmosphere and personality, and didn’t offer the level of comfort, dining experience and entertainment I would expect from a luxury resort at this price point.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Cornelia Diamond with our teenagers. From the moment we arrived, everything about the hotel felt effortless, making it one of the most best all-inclusive holidays we've had.

The food was outstanding throughout our stay. The buffet offered an incredible variety at breakfast and lunch, while we chose the à la carte restaurants for dinner most evenings as we prefer this for our evening meal.. The Italian and Forest restaurants were exceptional and easily our favourites. Bubble was also a brilliant addition, making it easy to grab something delicious whenever we felt like it. The themed evenings in the dome bar were great fun, and we loved the special cocktails created to match each theme.

The staff were exceptional throughout the hotel. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming and eager to help. Housekeeping was excellent, the rooms were always spotless, and the constant replenishment of bottled water and the minibar made everything so convenient. Any request was dealt with within minutes.

A special thank you to Melissa in Guest Relations, who was absolutely wonderful. She was approachable, professional and incredibly helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. She is a real credit to the hotel.

The facilities are excellent, although there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Charging €50 per hour for the padel court for all-inclusive guests felt expensive, particularly as the courts were mostly empty while we were there. A lower guest rate or discounted block bookings would probably encourage more people to play.

The only other point we'd raise is regarding the gym, which is superbly equipped with excellent facilities. However, we saw very young children using the free weights and resistance machines with their parents, with some parents even filming them. At one point, a child climbed over me to play on a machine while I was exercising. For everyone's safety, we feel a minimum age for access to the gym should be enforced, even when children are accompanied by their parents.

Overall, Cornelia Diamond is a superb hotel with fantastic food, wonderful staff and an atmosphere that makes it so easy to relax. We had an amazing holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to families with older children. We would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Cornelia Diamond and would definitely recommend this hotel. I came with my wife and our two sons, and we all had an amazing vacation.
The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, the service was excellent, and the pools, beach, and sea were beautiful. The rooms were high quality, clean, and comfortable. A special thank you to the Kids Club team—they were absolutely fantastic. Our children loved every minute there, and the staff made them feel welcome and safe. For us, the Kids Club deserves a perfect 10/10.
I would also like to share a few constructive suggestions that I believe could make this already excellent hotel even better:
Pier lighting: The pier could use more lighting at night to create a safer and more enjoyable atmosphere.
Tea and coffee at the pier: The tea and coffee served at the pier tasted a little unusual. It may have been related to the water quality used there, so it might be worth checking the water system or preparation method to improve the taste.
Cue Club: The Cue Club was extremely hot and humid. The staff member serving us was very kind, but the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly, making it uncomfortable to play billiards.
Entertainment team: This was probably the weakest part of our stay. Compared with other five-star resorts in Antalya that we have visited, there were noticeably fewer daily activities such as pool games, archery, water games, competitions, and other interactive entertainment. The entertainment staff did not actively encourage guests to participate or create an energetic atmosphere. For example, when I went to play beach volleyball, the activity leader was mostly sitting instead of organizing a game or inviting guests to join. At times, it seemed the entertainment team was more focused on passing the time than engaging with guests and creating a fun vacation experience. A more active and enthusiastic entertainment program would make a big difference.
Outdoor humidity: During the evenings, the humidity around the pool area and amphitheater was very high. If possible, adding more fans or cooling systems in these outdoor areas would make the evening entertainment much more comfortable.
Dinner consistency: On our last evening, the dinner was noticeably below the standard of the previous nights. It may have been due to a different chef or a particularly busy evening, but there was some inconsistency in the food quality.
Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation and truly enjoyed our stay. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and these suggestions are simply intended to help make an already outstanding hotel even better.
